Very nice hotel in an excellent location close to Masjid Al Nabbawi and opposite As Safiyyah Museum and Park which has a nice souq and many places to eat. I booked a triple room which was a little smaller than ideal but was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. There was also a regular shuttle bus for anyone that may have difficulties walking the short distance to the Haram.

Service beyond expectations. Was upgraded to Presidential Suite from Junior Suite with Partial Haram View by the polite and kind DM Anas. Very large living area. Bed is very comfortable and nice bed linen and pillows. Hotel is close to men’s entrance to haram mosque. Look forward for the widespread bf and dinner of quality. For someone fussy about food pretty pleased. Restaurant staff servers do their due diligence to serve but sometime they cater better service to certain individuals. Table setting can be improved. One of the server bad attitude. Small built and not helpful. Chefs passionate in their food preparation.

I was very satisfied with the experience of booking an apartment overseas this time. I could cook and wash clothes in the apartment. Because it was Ramadan, there were no restaurants to eat in during the day, so I could just cook something in the apartment. There was a big Carrefour across the street! Shopping was very convenient!

EXCEPT,they provide us the wrong food (plain bread instead of garlic bread) for room service dine-in.Other than that,recommended place to stay.

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

Excellent location just north of Masjid Nabawi—about 7 minutes’ walk to the women’s entrance at the northeast corner. Clean and comfortable rooms with good internet. Staff are friendly, and service is consistently warm and professional. Ideal for pilgrims seeking convenience and comfort. Close to food outlets and shopping malls. There were initial glitches when the hotel said we did not have a booking. However, Trip.com agent helped clarify the issues promptly and checked in without problem. The receptionist even upgraded our room.

We have used this hotel for visiting Masjid Ul Nabawi. They have 4 times bus service to Haram. The food is good. We were just leaving hotel in the morning and returning to sleep. İt is much cheaper than taking hotels near Haram.

Location of the hotel was perfect, not even 5 min walk from the masjid however the hotel and rooms are very dated. Cleanliness was an issue, rooms were dark and it was very cold. Service was good but the hotel walls were very thin so you could hear everything from rooms near you.
