Our small holiday home is a 50 m² apartment and is located in a separate cottage with private entrance, small garden, terrace and conservatory. The accommodation is conveniently located and offers many opportunities for an individual holiday or a short break in the capital Berlin.
The apartment is ideal for couples, but is also very popular with families. It offers a total of 4 people (additional bed for 5. Person (toddler) possible), is lovingly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Children are welcome guests, as are small dogs. A highchair is available, space for a travel cot is also available. The property is fenced.
The apartment is handicapped accessible and wheelchair accessible. There are no steps. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
In the kitchen you will find a complete equipment.
The sleeping area comes up with a new box spring bed, the living room has a flat screen TV with satellite TV.
There is a play area for the little ones and information material (environment tips) for the adults.
Sheets and towels are in our linen package.
An initial equipment such as toilet paper, soap, kitchen towels, dish soap, filter bags, salt and sugar, etc. goes without saying. (We furnish the apartment as we wish and like it elsewhere). We also want to meet a certain quality standard without star classification. Our guests should feel comfortable with us.

The apartment is located on our residential property with private access and patio area with barbecue and sitting area and a winter garden for cool evenings. We strive for an individual care during your stay.
A parking space can be found on the doorstep.
Shops and restaurants are in the immediate area. The lake is within walking distance and very popular for walks. There is a playground and ice cream parlor, as well as an Italian restaurant with beer garden overlooking the lake. Falkensee Train Station is a 20-minute walk away and a bus stop is right on the doorstep.
