I originally thought that the renovation in 2014 would be very old, so I was very nervous before setting off. But when I arrived, I found that it was much better than the photos. Spacious, bright and comfortable, perfect for our family. The villa and Sheraton Golf share a front desk, and all hotel facilities are also shared. Everything is great and very suitable for vacation. The hotel staff are all warm and friendly. Emele. Tamani, who cleaned our room every day, carefully prepared enough water and tea bags for us. The cleaning was very meticulous and clean, allowing us to have a comfortable holiday.

Such a beautiful resort! We were lucky to be upgraded to a beach front room and it is definitely worth it if you are booking! The staff are all so lovely and they made our special occasion even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

We arrived at the hotel after an early flight, and the front desk lady was so kind as to upgrade our room. Although we had to wait a few hours for it to be ready, the ocean-facing room we finally got was absolutely stunning! The hotel is elegant, with great beaches and surf. The food at both Toba and Nova restaurants was excellent, reasonably priced, and the service was spot on. They even thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us before we left the next day, which was a really thoughtful touch. It would have been perfect if the room had more bottled water.

I had a disappointing experience relating to service. My room had no wifi upon check in. I made the staff aware of this straight away, yet nothing was done until mid-morning the next day after I insisted it be resolved. All up I had to visit reception 2 times and call reception 5 times before they finally sent someone for a rather quick fix. When I called reception (outside of check in/out hours) often there was no answer. Furthermore, I paid for an oceanview room with 2 single beds, at check in I confirmed this was what I booked and requested that the room was not overlooking the pool. All these requests were ignored, and I was given a pool room with 1 bed, with no explanation for why. While the staff are friendly (most hospitality staff across Fiji are), for a ”5” Star resort I found the service very lacking.

Inccident 1. Hotel deliberately charged $103 for a can of coke. Argued with the front desk man that I didn't consume everything in the minibar except for a can of coke. Wasted my good 25minutes explaining to him. Incident 2. House keeping lady barged into my room at 7.30pm not even hesitated to knock on the door. Thought it wasn't an appropriate time for house keeping.

The upside is that the beach is beautiful, stretching across the entire area, and it's located within the resort itself. A convenient shuttle bus loops around the resort for 12 Fijian pesos for an unlimited all-day ride, taking you to other resort hotels to enjoy the beach. The downside is that everything is expensive, and they're using various tricks to squeeze in extra cash. At the bank, you get 2.263 Fijian pesos for every US dollar, but this hotel only offered 1.9, which is quite unscrupulous. We were also overcharged at checkout, and we only had to complain to clear our name. A word of caution: always exchange some Fijian pesos elsewhere to avoid being scammed here!

This hotel is perfect for those who prefer to relax and enjoy their vacation at the hotel rather than spending time sunbathing on an island. The hotel boasts several restaurants with excellent food. My favorite room type was the one with direct pool access from the balcony. These rooms, situated on either side of the central garden, feature their own private, long pool, where you can watch the sunset. The facilities are relatively new. The sand on the beach is quite dark due to the black coral rocks, but since I'm not a fan of beach activities, this didn't affect my enjoyment of the holiday.

Resort location was good kept very neatly. What we came across was some staffs were very anti towards non White tourists. We pay same amount of money as other tourists we are not local. Some very grumpy workers worked pass with out no Bula  even when we said it ourself but as they see white people they say it to them. Would I return back no because of those some staff attitudes. We have travelled over 50 resorts in Fiji and never came across with this attitude.

The location of the hotel is good. The surrounding museums, city halls, etc. and shopping in the market are all within walking distance, so there is no need to consider parking and transportation. Check out time is 11am, not 10am like most hotels in Nadi. There is no free wifi in the room, but there is in the public area. It is very convenient to go to the pool or beach chairs to rest and surf the Internet at night. The Fiji Museum is smaller than I expected, and just in time for some openings. The main exhibitions are not open. It is a pity that it is said to be fully open at the end of the year. The museum store is a bit hidden and not very eye-catching. The door is closed, but it is actually open. I bought 1 A painting of Tapabhu. When coming to Suva again, holiday inn will be the first choice
