Hotel looks lovely and on the surface seems like a high quality hotel. But the service was seriously shambolic. They didn't provide hand towels in the room, we had to ask several times for them before they finally appeared. The breakfast was bizarre - noone manning the coffee station but you weren't allowed to serve yourself (it was just a push button machine). No decaffeinated tea or coffee. It took ages to receive the love station food even though the breakfast room wasn't even 1/4 full as we were very early. They agreed to book us a taxi but on reconfirmation they had no record of it, so they tried to persuade us to instead use the hotel charter vehicle for 4x the price! It's a shame, for the price we expected better service and less chaos.

The location is perfect, close to OMR, ECR, and easy access to city. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful aroma while entering. The rooms are really large 484ft². If you are smokers, you would need to upgrade to a balcony room as the property is a non-smoking environment. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sheets are perfect. Each room has a comfortable couch for a work station. The kitchenette is available to use at an additional 3000 inr extra. The dishwasher is available for use. Bathroom is very spacious, and not to mention TAJ Soaps.. Pool, Gymnasium, steam and sauna are complimentary.

The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

This is definitely the hotel with the best CP value in Chennai. First of all, because we stayed together for a certain anniversary, the hotel said that they could help prepare and upgrade the room type, which is more than six stars The hotel already had a good price and I was very satisfied with the superior room. Later I found that the swimming pool was perfect, not too deep, the water was clean, and there was no odor in the changing room, which was a big plus The breakfast options are also diverse and the food is delicious By the way, the hotel also has a piano that can be provided for guests to play. We also played two songs. It was really a big surprise in India where pianos are hard to find.

Had a good weekend at Sheraton Grand mahabalipuram. Loved the huge garden facing the beach. The pool size is decent. Had Buffet Breakfast and Dinner at the restaurant, which had a good spread of Vegetarian items.

My stay at the Radisson Blu at Egmore for 3 days was absolutely a gem. From the moment we arrived on 12 June 2025, we had warm welcome from the concierge and attentive service from the reception staff. The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries . The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea. Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.”

Like this hotel, it is a very convenient location, beside Chennai silk, a short walk to McD, Grand Square mall, Adyar A2B, and shopping, foot reflexology.. And short drive to Phoneix Mall. Very new hotel so.everything very well maintained, pls continue to keep it that way. They served with welcome snacks and fruit platter, nice gesture. I like everything about this hotel except for the services, everything after also very slow. Asked for a dental kit, but it never came until housekeeping. Staff generally need to improve, especially at their only restaurant.. The fitness centre and pool are good. My only nice encounter at the hotel was Nithilan. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

It is close to the airport, but if there are a lot of customers visiting the industrial complex, it is quite far.

We went to a conference in Chennai, we stayed in this hotel before, it is converted located, although the shower was broken, one of kind of 5 star hotels in India.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.
