This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

One of Macau's top hotels (right next to Hotel Okura). The room is massive, with a sofa big enough for one person to sleep on, and a private plunge pool. Both the elevator and the elevator lobby look incredibly luxurious. The in-room amenities are also top-notch, featuring a separate bathtub, a dedicated vanity, two TVs, and a mini-bar with all drinks and snacks complimentary. Even the bottled water is French Evian. After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorts you to your room and explains all the facilities and important details. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

This is by far the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at in Macau 🏨. A lovely lady at the front desk, realizing we were two families traveling together with two children, proactively arranged connecting rooms and upgraded one of our original king rooms to a Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower 🗼 view room. We ended up with a spacious two-bedroom, two-living room suite, and the kids were thrilled, playing trains 🚄 and doing gymnastics 🤸 in the room. When we requested a change to the minibar drinks, a server 💁‍♀️ promptly came to replace them. Plus, we received a complimentary exquisite afternoon tea set upon check-in, a three-tiered French Eiffel Tower 🗼 pastry stand 🥧 that was incredibly ceremonial!

Exceptional stay at Paiza Lofts. We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights for our family of 15, and every one of us truly enjoyed it. The suites were spacious, spotless, and so comfortable—it genuinely felt like home. The staff were outstanding. We were celebrating my dad’s recovery, and Ariel thoughtfully arranged a cake for us, which meant a lot. Iris was also incredibly attentive during our group check-in, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable. A heartfelt, memorable stay—definitely our top choice when we return to Macau.

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

The room is quite standard, not big. The infrastructure is online. The overall artistic atmosphere of the hotel is great! I like the gym very much, but it's a pity that the swimming pool is not open... I like the fruits and chocolates sent, and my favorite little lion! I came to watch the Macau 2049 show, which is just downstairs. I just shook my hands and went down. Please note that you cannot bring drinks into the show!

The hotel service is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. I learned that the upper floors of the hotel are also being renovated, and I am looking forward to seeing the results. After all, in Macau, this hotel is still very desirable.

It's been a week since my trip ended, and I've been so busy with work that I haven't had a chance to write a review until now. If I remember correctly, this is my fourth stay at The Londoner. I must really love it to choose it every time I visit. It's been a long time since I was last in Macau, and also a long time since I stayed at The Londoner. My impression remains the same: the service is excellent. Before check-in, someone still contacted me personally. Since we'd already connected on WeChat previously, we continued our communication there. Cindy from Guest Relations was able to answer every request I made and fulfilled all the possible ones. Also, a big shout-out to one of the young ladies who helped me with check-in and Patrick, who assisted with my room key card at the end. Both were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. After processing my key card, he even walked me to the nearest elevator. The service at The Huating was significantly better this time compared to my last stay. What impressed me most was Jessica, the manager during cocktail hour. She was so kind and amiable, always serving guests with a smile. She truly deserves her position as manager. Also, the male server who took my drink orders (I didn't catch his name, but I'll be sure to ask next time!) remembered my preferences. That's a huge plus. The service for both breakfast and afternoon tea was great. My only minor comment is that when I went for afternoon tea late, no one proactively mentioned the ice cream; I only got it after asking. The breakfast selection remains as plentiful as ever, and I particularly enjoy the à la carte section since I'm not keen on cold food early in the morning. Because I'm a very light sleeper, I asked The Londoner to arrange a sofa bed so we could sleep separately. The sofa bed was very comfortable, and after splitting up, we both slept really well. Finally, they even drove me back to the Border Gate and gave me rice dumplings as a parting gift. The driver's service was also excellent. I will definitely be staying here again.

Our anniversary trip this time exceeded all expectations; it was an absolutely top-tier experience, all thanks to The Londoner Macao! We stayed in the Louis Suite, which features a vintage British design style. The decor perfectly blends classic leather with modern technology. Since it was our anniversary, the hotel even decorated the room and prepared a cake, making the occasion feel truly special. The dining experience at Huating also offered incredible value for money. This package included breakfast (brunch), afternoon tea, and evening cocktail hour. The breakfast (brunch) ran until 1 PM, and we opted for the Western breakfast, featuring highlights like lobster eggs Benedict, as well as fish maw soup, crab porridge, and Chinese dim sum. The Chinese and Western dim sum for afternoon tea were beyond our expectations, especially the chilled seafood with dressing, various sandwiches, and ice cream. The evening cocktail hour from 6 PM to 8 PM offered unlimited drinks, with the bartender introducing each beverage. There were also so many snacks that it could easily serve as dinner. Finally, The Londoner's service standards are truly industry-leading. After booking, a butler contacted us in advance to make arrangements, and upon check-in, the concierge even greeted us by name. It felt like all the service staff were incredibly detail-oriented; these small service touches left a deep impression on me. For our next important celebration, I will definitely come back here! 🎉

A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.
- Muxi456
The room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

From the moment I checked in, I experienced thoughtful and attentive service. A special shout-out to Val for the warm welcome; they helped me with my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to all the room's amenities. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was a truly memorable stay.

Consistently great! Check-in was super fast, and they set up the kids' tent for me quickly, which made for a very comfortable night's sleep. The little one had a blast too! The only downside was the weather those two days, but I'll definitely be back!

Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai Strip only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our stay truly felt like a home away from home. We owe a massive thank you to Sonia and Nate from the Concierge team. Unfortunately, an elderly family member had an accidental fall, sustaining a scratched arm. Sonia and Nate were absolutely incredible – they went above and beyond by helping us coordinate parking and even accompanying us to the hospital for treatment. We are profoundly grateful for their exceptional assistance!

My girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

This time I brought my child to stay, and the experience was truly fantastic. The service was impeccable. When checking in, we were offered snacks and tea. The butler personally escorted us to our room and explained the facilities. The room was extremely clean and very smart; everything could be controlled with a single tablet. There was even a special tent and toys for the children, and the minibar was very well stocked. When the butler heard we were going to the kids' playground, he personally took us there and recommended nearby restaurants. I'm very grateful and regret not staying for two more days. Before check-out, the front desk thoughtfully asked about our onward plans, which was very considerate. Next time I visit, I will definitely choose Yingxinghui again.

I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

Fantastic hotel experience! It's conveniently located with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel's Tianletaoyuan (kids' club/play area) was a huge hit; my kids absolutely loved it and couldn't get enough. I come to stay here quite often, maybe three or four times a month, and I always choose Good Holiday. Crowne Plaza has an excellent location, close to the subway, high-speed rail station, and shopping malls. The hotel is clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the room decor is cozy. What I'm most satisfied with is the variety of pillows available – buckwheat, latex, all sorts of options to choose from. The hotel's personal butler service is great; I added them on WeChat, and they respond promptly to any questions I have.

We had a very good stay at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and would definitely come back again. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and the staff really did their best to make us comfortable. A special thanks to the reception team for helping us with a late check-out since our flight was very late at night. That made a huge difference for us and was greatly appreciated. The concierge team was also very helpful with directions, recommendations, transportation, and even helping us with our orders. Communication was easy, and everyone was very professional and welcoming. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is directly connected to a mall, which made everything very convenient. We had easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights for us was the lounge access on the 24th floor. The happy hour was really enjoyable, and we spent a lot of time there relaxing, admiring the beautiful city view, and enjoying the atmosphere. It became one of our favorite parts of the hotel experience. The breakfast was also very cozy and pleasant because it was not overcrowded. We could actually relax, take our time eating, and enjoy the view peacefully, which made the mornings feel very comfortable. The hotel itself is very large and spacious. While the rooms are a little older in style, they are very comfortable and generously sized, which is actually something we appreciated. Sometimes older hotels offer much more space and comfort compared to newer properties. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The combination of the excellent service, spacious rooms, lounge access, and perfect location made this a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

I had a profound experience of a long-standing five-star hotel's pursuit and dedication to quality, and I highly recommend everyone to check it out if you get the chance. It's often said that a mountain doesn't need to be high to be famous if an immortal lives there; similarly, five-star hotels aren't just about endlessly competing on hardware and decor. Focusing on enhancing soft service skills is what truly attracts consumers, and I felt this deeply during my stay. From the efficient handling by Front Desk Manager Zhang Zhiying, to the warm concern of the duty manager, the female manager with the code 066FOLIYA on my checkout bill (didn't catch her name), the staff at the buffet restaurant, the reception at the business center, and the guidance from the housekeeping staff... many details confirmed my impression: the Shangri-La brand still strives for true five-star hotel standards, and I highly commend them.

It's true that all hotels in Shenzhen, including the Four Seasons, are primarily business hotels, giving off a strong business vibe rather than a resort feel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially its proximity to Futian Station, making it super cost-effective for same-day return trips to Hong Kong for meetings. The service at the Four Seasons is, as expected, impeccable – appropriately warm and meticulous. Cleanliness is a given. There were only two minor discomforts: first, we were initially given a corner room, and my wife had nightmares staying there at night. When we asked to switch, they didn't clearly inform her that the new room would incur an upgrade fee. They quietly deducted it from my deposit, which felt a bit uncomfortable. They could have been upfront about it instead of doing it discreetly. BTW, the Zhuo Yue Xuan at the Four Seasons is genuinely delicious, but remember to ask for less white wine in the char siu.

Facilities: While not new, you can tell the facilities were top-notch in their day, especially the thick walls which provide excellent soundproofing. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was a pleasant surprise. My child crawled around and played, and we didn't spot any overlooked dirty corners. We also visited the kids' play area. Although it's just one room, it was very clean – I didn't find a single hair in the ball pit. Service: The service was also great. Lily, the restaurant manager, and Lena from the lobby were both excellent, attentive without being intrusive. Additionally, breakfast was good; it wasn't crowded, and the variety and taste of the dishes were impressive. The noodle chef was also very kind. The Chinese restaurant doesn't use pre-made meals; the quality was high, and the flavors were a delightful surprise!

The staff on the first floor were proactive in helping me with my luggage and took it to the elevator. When checking in at the 31st-floor reception, Ryan greeted us warmly. I specifically sought him out, and he kindly assigned us a high-floor room on the 48th floor and even offered complimentary breakfast for the children! A big thumbs up for that! 👍 **Room** The website stated 43 square meters, which felt about right, a standard size. The in-room tea was Twinings tea bags, both green and black tea. The fixtures, like the faucets and showerhead, seemed newer than those at the Hyatt in Dongguan. The hairdryer was a Lefein, with strong airflow, a big plus! The shower pressure was excellent, another thumbs up! 👍 The linens were standard, and housekeeping was very prompt; our room was already clean when we returned from breakfast. The twin beds were 1.2 meters wide; though small, they were firm and could be moved together. The only thing I didn't like was the quality of the toothbrushes; I recommend bringing your own if you're particular. The air conditioning was quite noisy. **Food** The dinner buffet was fantastic! The chef team spoke Cantonese, and the hot Cantonese dishes were on point, especially the black char siu – delicious! The stir-fried vegetables were all good, and the boiled beef in chili oil was excellent! You could also get clay pot garlic seafood made fresh on the spot; you pick your ingredients and hand them to the chef to prepare. Sashimi was readily available on platters for self-service without waiting. The grilled beef at the live station was incredibly tender; my child had three servings! There were also grilled squid and other meats, with a short wait of only three or four people. Desserts included Napoleon cake, cheesecake, and durian mille-feuille, all made fresh by the chefs. The individual serving was steamed lobster with glass noodles, and the meat was springy and very fresh! If I had to pick a fault, it would be the lack of freshly squeezed juice. In comparison, breakfast was slightly disappointing. During the May Day holiday, if you arrived at the restaurant a bit late, you had to queue. Also, later on, the freshly squeezed juice dispenser was empty and not refilled. The noodle bar only offered minced meat and green beans as toppings, and there was no good chili sauce. The variety of Chinese hot dishes was limited. The highlight was the freshly made wontons; although they took a while to cook and there was a long queue, they were amazing when I finally got to eat them! The soup was incredibly flavorful! Breakfast was just about filling, but the quality was a bit lacking. **Public Areas** The lobby on the 31st floor offered beautiful sea and mountain views. The gym was outsourced but truly professional and spacious! There was even a 24-hour gym! The swimming pool was smaller than expected, with shallow water, and was an outdoor heated pool. Children's facilities were minimal, almost non-existent. There were parent-child activities, such as handicrafts, which we didn't participate in. After dinner, you could walk to the seaside boardwalk; though crowded and noisy, it was sufficient for a stroll. The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the entrance to Bitongdao on Wutong Mountain, making it convenient for hiking. Staying at the Hyatt in Yantian during the holiday ensures good food and accommodation, allows for hiking, and offers easy access by car or metro to OCT (Overseas Chinese Town) or Dameisha/Xiaomeisha for an enjoyable trip!

The location is great, right by the sea, offering beautiful views at different times of the day. The facilities are excellent, and the soundproofing is superb; once the door is closed, you can't hear any outside noise. The surrounding area is well-equipped with seafood restaurants, cafes, and more. The hotel service is fantastic; they provide eye masks and earplugs in the room. The concierge service is very thoughtful, recommending various restaurants nearby, and they even granted me a late checkout. The local people are very friendly. I was curious about an unripe loquat tree nearby and started taking photos to look it up, and the owner enthusiastically picked some ripe ones for me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Very acessibe and the area was interesting but it was comfortable and close enough to where we wanted it to be. Close to the electornic market which was also a plus for us. Had everything we needed so we definitely liked it. :) I don't have an image of the hotel itself but I have pictures of surrounding area.

Traveling with kids, I always choose Hampton Inn. This time, the breakfast at the Shenzhen Hampton Inn was fantastic – the taste was consistently great and there was variety every day. My daughter ate a lot each morning! The staff were very warm and helpful, which left a strong impression; they promptly resolved our issues. I even discreetly snapped some photos 😄😄😄. So grateful!
