The St. Regis has yet to disappoint, especially when it comes to breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic! 👍 My wife and I were here for a business trip (it's perfect for a getaway without kids). At this caliber, the facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service are all top-notch. (One small suggestion: perhaps a heads-up about the room's fragrance. Not all guests appreciate it, but it could be moved to a cupboard.) The service from all departments was excellent, especially the concierge. We were going for dinner a short distance away and couldn't find a taxi, so they arranged a hotel car for us. When we returned, they warmly greeted us and asked about our dining experience, which was very thoughtful. ❤️

Had a fantastic stay! It was so peaceful, without any noisy crowds. I absolutely loved the elegant and understated decor. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants at the hotel are definitely worth trying. Breakfast was à la carte, with exquisite dishes and just the right portion sizes. Plus, there wasn't a constant stream of people walking around. Even though the restaurant isn't huge, everything was very well organized. All the hotel staff I encountered this time were incredibly nice, especially the housekeeping staff who were so warm and thoughtful. The gym staff and restaurant servers were also excellent. I'll definitely be staying here again!

This is my second stay at Rosewood, and for 6000 a night, the mini bar prices are outrageously high – 200 for a small juice and 75 for a Coke. That's a real turn-off. The toiletries in the bathroom are also very basic; the shampoo made my scalp itchy, and the entire line, including the soap, has no scent whatsoever. The afternoon tea is only good for photos; honestly, the pastries don't taste good at all. I got tired of them after just a few bites. Rosewood's pastry chef is really mediocre... The Chinese restaurant, however, tastes quite good, but you need to book in advance. The bar closes at midnight from Monday to Friday. Breakfast is quite lavish, and the service is pretty good!

This was my third stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong, and it was the first time I've encountered a room that smelled musty. Thankfully, after speaking with them, they were able to switch me to a room with a normal scent. Breakfast was excellent as always; they even gave me a box of chocolates as an apology for the slow waffle service. The lunch at The Legacy House was absolutely delicious, it definitely deserves more than one Michelin star.

Room type - Grand harbour one plus Good location, very convenient for shopping and dinning to arrive just a minute using hotel lift. Great variety choices of restaurants from food court to fine dining at K11 Musea. Hotel guests can even taking a relaxing walk and running along Victoria harbour view. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, staff Ken Chui & Jimmy made me feel welcomed and valued, especially Ken sent me handwritten welcome notes, warm gift & thanks for his giving detailed information on my modification request of upgrading room. Every interaction, whether with the front desk, housekeeping & dinning staff, Hotel team's dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience truly made my visit memorable. Thank you for going above and beyond. I look forward to my next stay!

Last year, I booked a sea-view room. This year, I brought my child and booked a two-bedroom sea-view apartment, which was excellent value for money. The private elevator was a pleasant surprise; having one elevator per unit offered great privacy. Even during the typhoon, some vendors at the food court downstairs were open, which solved our dining dilemma. The hotel's proximity to the subway station is incredibly convenient – you don't get hit by any sun or rain. I'll definitely choose K11 again next time. The service was also exceptional. Highly recommended!

I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the downside, there were security issues, as anyone could access the guest room floors, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, which detracted from the overall ambiance. However, the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond by preparing champagne glasses and slippers for us, and they even helped deliver items to our room. Overall, while the security concern and dim lighting were significant drawbacks, the attentive service made the stay more enjoyable.

Went for the breakfast view. No longer swarmed by influencers, it's much quieter now. Breakfast for four was served simultaneously by five or six waiters – quite an impressive sight, perfect for a photo op!

Wow, I had a fantastic stay at the four seasons in HK. The arrival greeting, checking and personnel who greeted us were all fantastic. This was our final stay after 7 weeks away and I couldn’t ask for a better and more glorious end to our trip.. The room was perfect, a perfect harbour view, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and that’s coming from a chronic insomniac, and the attention to detail was phenomenal. The blackout blinds, the quietness in the room, the level of cleanliness, no detail was overlooked. I can’t praise you highly enough. I actually missed our first night booked due to a time change error and that was a shame as I would’ve valued another night sleeping in those comfortable beds. Will I be staying at four seasons again, absolutely, can’t wait. Btw where can I get that bed for my home? More organisations could learn from your level of custom care and service.  Nancy

Rating: 10/10 We booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and my parents were extremely satisfied with their stay. They stayed in a room with two large double beds, and everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room size was spacious and very comfortable. All aspects—service, facilities, location, and cleanliness—were absolutely top-notch, deserving a full 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay, especially for families!

This was my first stay at a Mandarin Oriental, and I chose their historic birthplace. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Central Station. Just find Harry Winston, and you've found the Mandarin Oriental. The standard rooms are already luxurious and elegant. Outside the window is Chater Road, bustling with luxury boutiques. The warm yellow reflections off the wooden furniture made me feel like I'd stepped back into the golden age of the last century – a beautiful reflection of economic prosperity, yet never loud or ostentatious. Even with evening turndown service, a good hotel is incredibly thoughtful. They prepared bookmarks, bedtime tea, and essential oils, and all amenities were replenished. The room also came with small items branded with the Mandarin Oriental HK logo, such as leather coasters, cable organizers, luggage stickers, and lens cleaning cloths. I asked the front desk, and they confirmed I could take them all (currently, Mandarin Oriental doesn't offer small-sized toiletries, only a small body lotion, which I loved the scent of, so I requested extra). The hotel's 'hidden drawer' is very practical. You just write your request on a piece of paper, place it in the tray in the drawer, and ring the bell. Whether it's for laundry or amenity replenishment, you don't even need to make a phone call – perfect for introverts! Every detail of my stay here was meticulously taken care of. Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent, and the temperature and humidity were maintained at a very comfortable level, allowing me to get refreshing sleep during a busy trip. The breakfast selection is quite rich, with semi-buffet and full-buffet options available at different restaurants. For tourists, I'd recommend the full buffet as it offers a wider variety of dishes, including both hot and cold options, and you can also order à la carte desserts like pancakes. Before leaving, I bought some rose jam and a fan, officially becoming a fan of MO.

Even though it's an older hotel, it's still incredibly well-maintained, and if you look closely, you can even catch a glimpse of its past luxurious, almost decadent charm. The location is absolutely superb, convenient for both the Star Ferry and the Peak Tram. The service is also excellent. I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. For the same view, you're paying half the price of the Rosewood next door. While it's a bit smaller than the Rosewood, the Regent feels much newer. Dining: Breakfast exceeded my expectations; it was far more extensive than what you'd typically find at other hotels in this price range. Service: The entire staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Facilities: The toilet isn't a bidet, but that's perfectly acceptable given the price point.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, the cigar bar was fantastic, and breakfast was great too. I'll definitely stay here again. What's more, I originally booked for three days, but due to a sudden illness, I only stayed two days and checked out. The hotel kindly refunded me for the unused night.

Due to a typhoon warning, which would impact our plans, I tried to cancel my 3 PM booking at 10 PM on the same day. Unfortunately, Ctrip's policy made the order non-cancellable, so we had no choice but to check in. It's incredibly unreasonable that hotel bookings in Hong Kong made through the platform are non-cancellable – it's a huge trap! They should at least charge a cancellation fee based on the time remaining until check-in. After all, an empty room is a wasted resource, and other guests might need it but can't book due to it showing as full. The room itself was generally fine, but not very spacious. I booked a city view, and at this price, I guess that's what I was paying for. The views from the restaurant and sea-view rooms were decent, but you really need good, sunny weather to appreciate them. On the morning of check-out, there was a mix-up with my friend's luggage, which delayed our departure by 10 minutes. Our driver, who had been waiting for quite a while, was visibly annoyed and almost canceled our ride.

This is the tallest hotel in Hong Kong, with the lobby on the 103rd floor and the highest swimming pool on the 118th floor. Even though the hotel has been open for over 10 years, it's very well-maintained and doesn't look old at all. There's no extra charge for a child's rollaway bed, and the overall experience was excellent! Both the adults and kids were very satisfied.

Even though I booked the lowest-priced room, the service was exceptional. Perhaps because it was our first stay, we had a dedicated staff member accompanying us from the moment we got out of the car, through check-in, and all the way to our room, explaining everything in English. During the day, I left my laptop out, and when I returned, I found an alcohol wipe next to it. My charging cables were neatly organized by the bed, and my cosmetics were thoughtfully arranged. The turndown service was a great experience. The hotel is also very close to the Avenue of Stars and K11, just a few steps away.

This time, my wife and I snuck away for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. The Peninsula, as always, provided excellent service and was spotlessly clean! On the first day, our flight was delayed due to the weather, and we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. As soon as we entered the room, we found that many decorative items had already been set up for us, creating a wonderful atmosphere! On the second day, they even thoughtfully prepared a small cake for us! Their attention to detail was truly impressive!

## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I'm not sure if I got an upgraded room type, but my room even had a walk-in closet. ## Service: The hotel room essentially met all my requirements. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

We had a wonderful stay at The Royal Garden. We were kindly upgraded on arrival, and the room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable with a lovely view. One of the highlights was having access to the Club Lounge — the service there was excellent and the evening drinks and snacks made it a great place to relax after a day out in Hong Kong. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to the harbour and plenty of shops and restaurants. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Langham Place, above Mong Kok MTR Station, making transportation incredibly easy. I had a great stay here, and the service was excellent. I was able to do an early check-in at 2:00 PM, which was a huge help, as the original check-in time was 3:00 PM. Check-in and check-out were both super easy and fast. Most importantly, the cleanliness is top—the rooms were immaculate. Location: Almost Perfect The location is almost perfect because it is right next to the Mong Kok East station. However, for some reason, all of our plans required us to use either Mong Kok station or Prince Edward station, not the East station. This meant we needed to walk about 7 minutes every time we wanted to travel, which added up quickly. Hotel Access The hotel is conveniently linked directly to the MOKO mall. Just be aware that the direct access from the mall closes at 11:00 PM. If you return later than that, you will need to re-route a longer way to the hotel's main door, and I barely even saw what the main entrance looks like! Key Suggestion for Travelers If your flight reaches Hong Kong very early, like 4:00 AM, I strongly suggest you rent an extra day earlier. This way, you can check in immediately upon reaching the hotel and won't have to wait until 3:00 PM for check-in, as waiting is very tiring after a long flight.

The first room I got was unpleasant. The hallway at the floor and inside the room was had a cigarette smokes. I was stay up for a whole day. Inside the room was shocked me! A lot of mirrors surrounding inside the room. On the next day I spoke with front desk and they changed the room to me as what I booked originally. Better view and cleanliness. More options and convenience to take the public transits. More selections for the restaurants and shops.

Facilities: The facilities are very old. The elevator is slow, and the ceiling is so low that I almost hit my head when standing. The power outlets are also very loose. Hygiene: The cleaning was perfunctory. The windows were so dirty I couldn't see the outside view, and there were many water stains in the bathroom. Environment: The room is very small, barely enough for one person. Service: The service was quite friendly, and they actively guided me through check-in. However, I booked a king-size bed room on Ctrip, but I was given a twin room, which meant the bed was very small and uncomfortable to sleep in, and it wasn't long enough either.

Good choice in Hong Kong for families with children Pros: - the room is big enough for Hong Kong, the room layout is good, and the room is fresh enough - quick check-in and check-out at the hotel - good breakfasts Cons: - I booked a 2 double premium mid floor room, and I specifically chose a higher floor for a better view. However, there was a terrible building in front of my window, as shown in the review. The hotel should probably warn you that you'll have the same disgusting view from your window, no matter what floor you book. Don't overpay for a high floor in this hotel.

We booked the quadruple room for 3 of us, room was small with us getting into each other's way quite often. There is also no space to put luggages (we had 2 medium ones) except the window ledge which was lined up against the beds. There were mirrors reflecting each other everywhere in the room, including a mirror in the middle of the room where there was a divider for the tv (seen covered with a towel in the photo). Also there were 3 large mirrors in the bathroom, the only wall with no mirror was the door.  It is branded as an eco hotel, there is no water provided in the room, except an empty water bottle which you can fill up at designated floors in the hotel. The 2 lifts were super busy and was crowded alot of the times when we took it. Note there was also no hand soap in the bathroom. I thought it may have been missed out so I asked at the front desk and was told they don't provide any handsoap. So I asked for another bottle of shower gel to be placed at the sink, and was given a Johnson and Johnson baby shower gel. The only good thing was - slippers provided were good and anti-slip. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were from Elemis.  All in all, will not be staying here again. The abundance of mirror was creepy.

The hotel is super close to West Kowloon Station. Just take escalator from Austin Exit F, then turn right and walk straight for about 100 meters from Exit 2, and you're there. It's really convenient for getting around; you can even walk to Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei. Disneyland is about a 50-minute subway ride away. I was originally worried the hotel would be too old and run-down, but upon checking in, it was much better than I expected. Even though it's old, the room is spacious! That's a rare find in space-constrained Hong Kong. The hotel doesn't provide drinking water, so you'll need to boil your own or buy it from the 7-Eleven downstairs. Only disposable slippers are provided, so bring your own toiletries. There are also plenty of great food options near the hotel downstairs; the wonton noodles were amazing!
