The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Hilton Herbis Plaza. Luggage check-in is on the 1st floor, while check-in and check-out are handled on the 29th floor. Most staff members speak English well. The overall facilities are quite new, and the rooms are spacious. The stay experience, views, and friendly communication were all excellent. The hotel's own restaurants are mostly on the 29th floor. For breakfast, you give your room number, and during busy times, you might need to take a number and wait to be called. Weekday breakfast hours are from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. In terms of convenience, the newly built Kitte mall is right below the hotel, with many restaurants from the 4th floor upwards, making dining easy. The hotel is connected to JR Osaka Station on the 1st floor, and from the 1st or 2nd floor terrace (2nd floor recommended), you can walk directly to the neighboring Daimaru Department Store and further to Hankyu and Hanshin Department Stores. The shopping and dining experience is superb, and access to trains and subways is very convenient. A couple of downsides: 1. Dining closes strictly at 11 PM, and guests are asked to leave, which is less flexible and attentive than hotels in my home country. 2. Although the hotel is on a high floor, there are train tracks below. You can hear quite distinct train rattling sounds at night, which only stop around midnight when services gradually cease. Travelers sensitive to noise should be aware of this.

Overall, this hotel is quite good if you're staying in an executive room.
Service: The sommelier in the lounge was very professional. Regarding food, they offered caviar and sea urchin rice bowls, and sake starting from breakfast. For dinner, there was freshly shucked lobster. However, the champagne was just so-so.
Because they don't recognize member benefits, the lounge was very quiet, which was great.
Facilities: The rooms are small compared to other hotels of the same caliber. The room layout is typical Marriott design. Executive room guests can use the large public bath, but there's no swimming pool.
Environment: The air conditioning in the room was excellent, completely silent, and the airflow didn't hit you directly. However, being above a train station, there was train noise. Higher floors would be better.
