I had a wonderful stay at Villa Alma, a charming lakeside boutique hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. My room faced directly onto the lake, offering an exceptional view that made each morning feel peaceful and refreshing. Waking up to the still water and mountains was easily one of the highlights of my trip. The hotel’s facilities were thoughtfully designed and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The sauna was a relaxing retreat after a long day out, and the shared living room had a warm, cosy atmosphere—perfect for both working and unwinding. I appreciated how quiet and inviting the space was. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It was comprehensive, fresh, and well-prepared, with the omelette being a particular favourite. The selection offered a good balance of local flavours and classic breakfast items. A special mention goes to Sophia, who provided excellent service throughout my stay. She was friendly, easy to communicate with, and offered many helpful recommendations, from nearby restaurants to places to visit, as well as practical tips on boat and train options. Her hospitality made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Overall, Villa Alma is a beautiful spot for anyone looking for comfort, scenery, and warm service. Highly recommended.
