My mom and I stayed here together, and the location was quite convenient. When we ran low on amenities, we contacted them and they replenished everything the very next day – super efficient! 👍
The fridge was huge, great for storing things, though the kitchen was a bit small. There wasn't enough counter space between the stove and sink for chopping vegetables.
The bathroom size was decent, but I wasn't used to there being no dedicated space to put clothes.
Overall, for the price and staying 10 nights, especially being a 10-minute walk to Osaka Castle Park, the value for money is excellent.

The facilities are very clean and perfect for people who just sleep. The toilet and bath are clean! The stairs were too steep in the room on the 2nd floor and it was difficult to carry a carry case, but it was cheap so it was completely ok.

The room is very clean, there are simple tableware such as microwave ovens and refrigerators and dishes, you can make a little breakfast, the room structure is long, the two ends are the place to sleep, and the bathroom sink is in the middle. The surrounding environment is very quiet and the traffic is convenient. The only downside is that the stairs are steep and narrow, and it is very difficult to drag luggage up and down.

The location is very good, it takes 20 minutes to walk in Namba. Next to it is Tsutenkaku. The room is on the second floor, and the area is enough for three people in Japan. It is highly recommended to burn the bird shop next to the intersection train track. I will stay here next time I come to Osaka.

This is my first review.
We stayed exclusively at this accommodation for our 4-night, 5-day trip to Osaka (anticipating that finding accommodation in different areas would be difficult with children), but it was much cleaner than I expected. Since it is close to Shin-Imamiya Station, we were able to get around easily.
Thanks to the great accommodation provided, we were able to happily wrap up our trip.
Pros: Not too far from the station, clean, spacious enough for 4 people with 2 single beds in the room and 1 queen bed in the living room.
Cons: Some noise from the next room during morning preparations and evening bedtimes, and dry if you visit in winter as the heating is on full blast.

Very clean and undisturbed throughout the stay; no contact with the landlord required. Great location, close to the subway. Fully furnished with all appliances, so you don't need to bring much luggage. Daily laundry is available, and there's a dedicated balcony for drying clothes. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby.

Blown away by the bakery downstairs! Not only do they have freshly baked bread, but also delicious and affordable food from the hotel restaurant. I loved how plentiful the hotel shuttle bus and taxis were! 😍
On our first night, we got an upgraded room. While it was bigger, the toilet and shower were combined. Since we were traveling with an elder, I was concerned about the safety of climbing in and out of the bathtub. After speaking with the front desk, they changed us back to our original room type. The next day, the hotel staff even brought our luggage directly to the new room and helped set up the extra bed – I was so grateful! ❤️

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with all daily necessities provided in the room, so there's no need to buy extra or bring your own. Each floor has self-service washing machines with both washing and drying functions, which is very convenient. Just prepare one-yen coins, or you can exchange them at the front desk.
Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean overall. If you need your room cleaned, you need to put the cleaning sign on the door before 2 PM; otherwise, it won't be cleaned.
Environment: The environment is superb, right in the city center, very close to Shinsaibashi and Umeda commercial districts, just one subway stop away. The subway is the Midosuji Line (red line), and it's about a 700m walk from the hotel. It's also quiet despite being in a bustling area. The hotel surroundings are very peaceful, with a 7-Eleven and a coffee shop right outside, and many restaurants and cafes nearby.

This is my second stay here, mainly because the location is super convenient for transportation and shopping. It's right by Kintetsu Department Store, which is downstairs, and there are all sorts of delicious food options. Getting anywhere from here is a breeze. This time, I booked a room advertised as 24 square meters, but the actual experience was quite poor. It had an outdoor balcony, but the room itself was enclosed, so the balcony basically ate into the usable space, making the room feel very cramped. Plus, it wasn't cleaned properly; there was dust on the nightstand, which is really unacceptable for a five-star hotel. After discussing it with the front desk, they upgraded me to a 31-square-meter room. Their service attitude was still good. My advice for future bookings is to pay close attention to the room type. My stay at Hotel Nankai Osaka truly exceeded my expectations! 🥰 The hotel is right next to Namba Station, just a three-minute walk after exiting, which is incredibly convenient whether you're catching a train or heading to Shinsaibashi for shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities felt high-quality. With the windows closed at night, I could barely hear any outside noise, so I slept very soundly. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the freshly made ramen and omelets were delicious. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful, always ready to answer questions, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. We loved this location so much! 7/11 right underneath, family mart around the corner - we went to 7/11 every morning and night, haha! It is a really nice area to walk around in at night! There is a beautiful bridge over the river.
The Yodoyabashi subway station (at exit/entrance 19) is a 45 second walk from the hotel.
They clean the rooms everyday unless you put the do not disturb magnet up!

To get to nearby attractions or the airport, the Kitashinchi subway station isn't ideal; you'll still need to go to Osaka Station or Umeda. I've been to Osaka many times, and this is my first time booking this hotel – absolutely delighted!
The location is fantastic, right to the right of the JR station's central exit. You step out of JR and you're there. It's surrounded by shops, right in the heart of the commercial district.
Check-in is on the 19th floor, and the guest rooms are from the 20th to 27th floors, offering great views.

This hotel popped up as the top result when I searched for hotels in Osaka on Ctrip, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The location is excellent – not far from the airport express line and several subway stations, plus it's within walking distance to Nihonbashi, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori, which is super convenient. The hotel has a good number of rooms, and what's particularly great is that there are many twin rooms with ample space. Each room comes with a microwave, a fridge, and a table. We mostly ate breakfast in our room, buying milk, salads, bread, and rice balls from the nearby 7-Eleven, which was cheap and easy. There's also plenty of space to hang clothes, and they provide a generous supply of hangers – a must-have for washing clothes daily in the summer. On the fifth floor, there's a self-service laundry room, and on the sixth floor, a shared 'kitchenette' where you can do some simple cooking and get water, which was very handy. Right next to Shin-Imamiya subway station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff rotate, with two people on duty at a time, including locals, Chinese, Koreans, and Indians. There's a women's shower on the 4th floor, men's showers on the 6th, and a men's bathhouse and microwave on the 10th. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and places to eat nearby. The room was super small, but quite clean, and they provided towels and plastic slippers. Because it's close to the train tracks, there's a bit of noise. Plus, there's some noise from motorbikes speeding by. I stayed for 3 days, and there was hardly any noise from other guests.FromSAR 46
