My mom and I stayed here together, and the location was quite convenient. When we ran low on amenities, we contacted them and they replenished everything the very next day – super efficient! 👍
The fridge was huge, great for storing things, though the kitchen was a bit small. There wasn't enough counter space between the stove and sink for chopping vegetables.
The bathroom size was decent, but I wasn't used to there being no dedicated space to put clothes.
Overall, for the price and staying 10 nights, especially being a 10-minute walk to Osaka Castle Park, the value for money is excellent.

The room is very clean, there are simple tableware such as microwave ovens and refrigerators and dishes, you can make a little breakfast, the room structure is long, the two ends are the place to sleep, and the bathroom sink is in the middle. The surrounding environment is very quiet and the traffic is convenient. The only downside is that the stairs are steep and narrow, and it is very difficult to drag luggage up and down.

The location is very good, it takes 20 minutes to walk in Namba. Next to it is Tsutenkaku. The room is on the second floor, and the area is enough for three people in Japan. It is highly recommended to burn the bird shop next to the intersection train track. I will stay here next time I come to Osaka.

Great location, very close to JR and subway; Room contrast with the hotel, really much bigger; There are all the kitchen cooking utensils, you can buy something in the nearby supermarket to cook; The only drawback is that the heating of the bed and breakfast is not warm enough, below 5 degrees during your stay.

This is my first review.
We stayed exclusively at this accommodation for our 4-night, 5-day trip to Osaka (anticipating that finding accommodation in different areas would be difficult with children), but it was much cleaner than I expected. Since it is close to Shin-Imamiya Station, we were able to get around easily.
Thanks to the great accommodation provided, we were able to happily wrap up our trip.
Pros: Not too far from the station, clean, spacious enough for 4 people with 2 single beds in the room and 1 queen bed in the living room.
Cons: Some noise from the next room during morning preparations and evening bedtimes, and dry if you visit in winter as the heating is on full blast.

Great location, with convenient subway access to the airport, Namba, and Shinsaibashi. It seems to have been recently renovated and features a balcony. The space is decent, making it a good recommendation for families of three or four. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children to Osaka. They have a shuttle bus directly to Osaka Station, making shopping a breeze and eliminating the need to plan your transportation. There's also a shuttle to Universal Studios Japan (USJ), which you need to book in advance, just be sure to be on time. For the return trip, you'll need to make your own way back, but the subway is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka. Highly, highly recommend!FromUS$74

The biggest selling point of this hotel is undoubtedly its high-rise location! All guest rooms are situated on the 16th floor and above. We were on a high floor, and through the room's enormous windows, the entire cityscape of Osaka unfolded beneath us. At night, the traffic lights on Midosuji Avenue looked like a golden river, and the distant Umeda Sky Building and Namba's high-rises glittered with lights. This feeling of being surrounded by the entire city was truly dreamy; I couldn't stop taking photos.

Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable.
* **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store.

When we visit Osaka, we often choose the Swissôtel Nankai. It's a bit pricey, but you're paying for unparalleled convenience – everything from transport to shopping and dining is right at your doorstep.
The front desk staff arranged for a room with an amazing view. The floor attendants were attentive and thoughtful. When it rained, the bell staff didn't hesitate to lend us an umbrella.
The Teppanyaki restaurant on the 10th floor was absolutely fantastic.
The only minor downside was that the shower water pressure was low and it wasn't hot enough; I think it might need some maintenance. Despite that, it will likely still be our top choice for our next trip to Osaka. We hope it continues to improve!FromUS$177

Although Hotel Nikko is an older establishment, it's incredibly well-maintained.
**Facilities:** Excellent! The shower, toilet, refrigerator, and kettle are all high-quality and fully equipped.

This is a really great hotel! It's surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and two metro stations, yet it's surprisingly quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. The room was very clean too. I saw online that it was renovated in 2023. We booked a triple room for our family of three, and it was a bit snug, but that's a minor point considering all the good things. We could still open our 28-inch suitcase in the hallway right outside the door. Downstairs, there are even manga comics to read – even though I can't understand Japanese, it's still a nice touch. They even have Kagura Hachi! It’s fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.FromUS$50

Osaka was the final stop on our Japan trip.
1. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of bustling Shinsaibashi. There's a subway station just a few steps away, making it very convenient to get to Universal Studios.
2. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided service with a smile. They carefully verified our check-in information, which was great, and also offered free luggage storage!
3. The hotel has a small self-service beverage area, but they didn't offer machine-dispensed drinks, only pre-made options like fruit teas and coffee. The taste was generally mediocre, and some were a bit too sweet.
4. The washing and drying facilities in the laundry room are split across two different floors, with two sets of machines on each. However, this wasn't quite enough when it got busy. Also, due to heavy usage, the cleanliness wasn't always promptly addressed, and there was often a lot of lint and residue inside the washing machines; I'd recommend wiping them down thoroughly before use. Paper cups for the ice machine weren't always replenished on time, sometimes requiring a trip to the front desk. Furthermore, the laundry room itself is quite small. It also houses a microwave and the ice machine, and it gets very crowded with more than two people trying to use the facilities simultaneously. I'd suggest opening the main dining area in the evenings for guests to relax or heat food, instead of cramming everything into one small space.
5. The room was quite spacious. With three comfortable beds for three people, we all slept wonderfully!FromUS$43

Highly recommend! First off, the location is fantastic. It's close to the subway, JR, Hankyu, and Hanshin lines, so you can get to surrounding cities and the airport without needing to transfer. You can easily open a 26-inch suitcase and still have room to move around, which is a big plus. Thirdly, downstairs there's a Lawson convenience store and a pharmacy, along with various small restaurants. Directly across the street is a shopping mall, and you can access the subway and train stations directly from its underground level, which is super convenient in the summer. Finally, I have to mention that the underground shopping mall's pathways are quite complex, so if you're directionally challenged, proceed with caution. This is my second time staying at this hotel in Umeda, and check-in was very smooth. The lobby is on the 19th floor, and all the guest rooms are above the 21st floor. Floors 13-16 have dining options at the LUCA department store, which is also a good choice. The hotel offers great views; you can see mountains in the distance, though the window was a bit blurry on a rainy day. Daimaru department store is right on the 1st floor. Umeda has four train stations, and you can take the Midosuji Line (M line) four stops to Shinsaibashi or Namba for 240 yen – great for shopping and dining. On my last day, the HARUKA train took about an hour to the airport. Overall, it's incredibly convenient.FromUS$70

My family is lucky to stay at the 5th floor where there’s easy access to washing machine and water dispenser. The cleanliness of the bedroom: the bed a bit dusty, making my legs itchy. Toilet is small typical Japanese bathrooms. Luggage delivery wise, u need to scan a qrcode and do it ourselves and later pass to the front desk before 10am. Staff service is professional, speak short and sweet. Location wise is quite convenient. Walking distance to kuromon market and 10min walk to shinsaibashi from namba. From namba station to hotel, there’s a long walk so families with old members need to find a cab. Easy to get a cab or uber since hotel is located roadside. It's a great hotel, location is in the business district so a little bit further from central Osaka (Dotonbori etc) if that's where you'd prefer to be.
The onsen is great, as long as you follow the rules it's really relaxing and the amenities are fabulous.
Room was great, a really good size for Japanese standards, complete with complimentary waters everyday.

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is very new and clean with all the modern electrical switches set up in the room. We love the hot bath facility which is big and can accommodate many without feeling crowded. The hotel is a bit far from the shopping districts in Osaka but it offers a quiet and enjoyable stay. There's a women's shower on the 4th floor, men's showers on the 6th, and a men's bathhouse and microwave on the 10th. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and places to eat nearby. The room was super small, but quite clean, and they provided towels and plastic slippers. Because it's close to the train tracks, there's a bit of noise.
