We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

Premium Room, twin beds – the space was just right. If you book on the day and there's availability, it can be cheaper (includes breakfast). Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Room service was also fast. It would be perfect if the beds weren't so soft! The hotel also offers other activities like a swimming pool, pottery making, and a Taj Mahal storytelling session, which was fantastic! It's about a 12-15 minute walk to the Taj Mahal, or you can take the shuttle bus if you prefer a shorter stroll.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you for the lovely cake we received during our celebration — it was such a thoughtful gesture! I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!

The hotel is one of the nicer ones in Agra. The room was very nice. The hotel location is mis-marked on Google Maps. When you set course on Google Maps, it will navigate you to a different location off the side of the highway, instead of the correct address. The service was good, but we felt that the front desk was misleading about Ubers in trying to convince us to take their taxi. Additionally, the food services are extremely expensive.

This was a lovely hotel to say in for our 2-day trip to Agra. It is a 10-minute walk to the Taj Mahal and restaurants. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, very accommodating, and super-helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange a driver to pick us up and drop off us from our bus stop. The rooftop has a pool that my kids loved swimming in for hours to beat the heat (we were visiting in July!) and a restaurant that has quite a selection of food. The breakfast was pretty standard (cereal, potatoes, and other Indian style breakfast food, etc.) and delicious. If you're visiting Agra, I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Good: The bedroom and shower room are very spacious, there are several types of outfits are in the room which is useful, a good restaurant, an Ayurveda Spa experience, and very friendly staff who even speak a little bit of Japanese. Old hotel, the facilities in the room are old and the cleanliness is acceptable. Agra smog is very serious, especially in the evening, the air is filled with a strong burnt wood taste, sleep at night is awakened several times... The hotel has no fresh air system filtration, and there is no warm air in the room AC, for Agra 5-6 degrees at night It’s too cold to sleep! The hotel’s own garden is beautiful, with Indian dance performances on weekends and all the staff are nice. When we checked in, we rushed to three tour groups. The group meal filled the cafeteria, causing breakfast to be eaten at another restaurant in the hotel. The quality should not be collected. The next day the group left and everything returned to normal. Based on the price/performance ratio, I suggest you stay at this hotel when you come to the Taj Mahal. Be sure to wear a mask.
