Reviews From Real Travelers
This hotel has everything the good hotel should have. It has a nice and polite service, serves delicious breakfasts, provides entertainment ( bowling, billiard), a pub offers various fast food, drinks, indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, massages. 20 m from the main building there is a restaurant that will meet the expectations of selected guests. The hotel's surroundings are very interesting, it is located on the waterfall.

”Special place for you”, those where the exact words when we arrived there, with a 2 months in advance pre-booked parcel (blue zone) and 50% payment. We had arrived quite late and tired and didn't had the chance (and even consider a scam) to check the change of ”parcel” that they've made to us due to ”a competition on the lake and we are fully” (but ”fully” should included us, because WE HAVE PAYED IN ADVANCE AND HAD A RESERVATION). Keep in mind that we have booked and pay 50% (even if on their papers it's says that the parcels shouldn't be pay in advance, they still request to charge in advance), but enough with the words.. here are the photos. It was our first contact with Poland, as you can imagine how we've left the country :) Definitely NOT recommend the staff and services, very unprofessional, rigid and not customer oriented. To prevent any possible fake reply: We didn't had any refunds for the first night when we stayed in that ”jungle”. They just let us pick a parcel within the main camping following day when we get there with big complains forall of this, still finding excuses that there was a competition. Irreal.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I stayed in October for 2 nights during a business trip. Receptionist was very helpful and speak very good English. Room was very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of free parking places and you can park you car easily. Location was okay quite close to city center. There are complimentary water and coffee in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Wifi free and signal was good. There is a minibar in the room but it is empty you can put your drinks or food. There is also a flower shop at the entrance and you can exchange money there. Rate was better then the bank.

The hotel was good in every sense. Silent confortable The polish beds are very thin, but confortable anyway. Restroom good enough They gave a box for breakfast cause I had to leave early to the airport. To recommend

In Hilton you get what you pay - you never get personality, but you get a generic, positive hotel experience. Local main square is by the corner. Has some basic services. Train/bus station is not within nice walking distance. There is one Auschwitz-sized reason for that. Public transport in general is better than in most Polish towns.

A perfect choice if you are looking for friendly treatment and a clean room. The hotel has its own underground parking space, which is a plus. It’s location is convenient if you want to visit the local historic sights.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I booked this hotel mainly for convenience to get to Auschwitz for a 9.30am tour, but I also wanted to treat myself to the superior double room & the spa the evening before. Firstly, there were 2 single beds rather than a double (see photo) and they said sometimes in Poland a ”double” refers to 2 singles. It's misleading and I find it odd they're not more clear, especially as they must've had similar complaints about this before, so beware! Secondly, I went down to the spa to spend time in the sauna and jacuzzi but the area was drafty because the door to a strange patio area was open. I think this is where the outdoor pool normally is but there was nothing there but a couple of chairs and an umbrella, so this was another let down. Thirdly, and the worst thing of all, was the breakfast. Awful all round, I've only ever had as bad a breakfast once before and that was in a Travelodge. The coffee was bland, the choice of food was limited, a lot of the spread was cheaply presented and nothing like the photos, so beware. Worst of all was the fruit which was rancid, literally. See my photo, it's quite unbelievable. Also, rather disappointingly, I was looking forward to having a pint in the cellar bar but I discovered it was only open certain evenings, I was gutted, nothing seemed to be going right here. The only reason I gave this 2 star rather than 1 was because of the dinner. I had purchased it as part of a package with the room and had it in a restaurant attached to the hotel. After reading the menu for a while the waitress told me I needed another menu for the package deal so of course I was suspicious. I've taken a photo of this menu as you should be aware the choice is limited. I ordered the zur, dumplings & tiramisu. For all I know it was all defrosted but to be fair it tasted really good, so this was a saving grace. Anyway, please beware of my points, its not a great hotel but it is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride to Auschwitz (1) so it is convenient, though there will be closer smaller hotels or B&B's that are a closer walking distance I'm sure. I have been totally transparent with this review and often I wish hotels could do the same, please don't be surprised if your stay is not as good as you expected.

Hotel is amazing. Good breakfast included with stay, but not much variety to choose from. Restaurant set up was a bit strange. Website lists 3 but there was only 1 location. Whatever you do DO NOT get a Thai massage! They use their full body weight and do not adjust the amount of pressure they use. I’m 5 ft 6 inches and 125 pounds (58 kg) the masseuse weighed more than I do. After less than 2 minutes I had to stop the massage because it was SO painful. I asked her to use less pressure and she just kept saying “traditional Thai massage is deep pressure” I ended up having to pay more money for a different massage instead of her just reducing the pressure she was using. See posted pictures of my husband’s back after his massage and my arm.

I AND MY SON stayed there from 5 Feb to 8 Feb for 3 nights. Its a beautiful hotel, compact and homely. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is big and good. The kitchen is very well equipped with Microwave, Toaster, Fridge, Cooking Plate, Water heater, coffee maker etc and all types of utensils. You can cook and sit on the table and comfortably eat. It's a place I recommend 100%. YOU CAN PARK your car in the hotel premises so that's also very safe and secure. Most importantly it is walking distance to the Auschwitz 1 Camp. If you are staying there with the intention of visiting the camp, then as ypu step put of the 6th room gate, ypu find a huge park bang opp...just walk through and at the end of the connecting road turn left and in a few minutes you will be at the Auschwitz entrance. First day, we made a mistake and turned to left from the 7th room entrance, but then we came to the backside of the Auschwitz camp which is only a staff entrance, and we had to walk another 1km to reach the entrance. Hence don't turn left. Thank you 7th Room....you made a most memorable and a wonderful destination, and 2 or 3 years later I will visit again and MOST CERTAINLY stay here! Aseem Varma

I have rarely had a pleasant stay as in your hotel. The room was comfortable and stylishly furnished and the service was excellent. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a wide range of delicious foods. The central location of the hotel has allowed me to explore the attractions of the city conveniently. I'm looking forward to staying back to your hotel at my next visit. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
