The staff was always friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a wide range of delicious foods. The central location of the hotel has allowed me to explore the attractions of the city conveniently. Overall it's good. It's a 20-minute walk from the scenic spot, which is quite convenient. It would be better if the hotel could provide ticket booking and free pick-up service.

The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves. There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off. The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones. You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price.

Hotel was very clean, staff were pleasant. Location to Auschwitz 1 was 2 minutes walk from the front door. Free bottled water in the fridge. Unfortunately the fridge wasn't working. The advertised English/Irish breakfast was nowhere close. It consisted of scrambled eggs and a hotdog sausage. Baked Beans one day then mushrooms the next (not together). Continental breakfast looked fine. Varied Bread rolls. meat, cheese and salad stuff ? No lift - which is a problem if you're disabled. (Send email beforehand to book ground floor room) Beds were single and hard.

Arleta was kind and efficient. She made sure to deliver the keys to us even when we didn’t manage to check in until almost 4am. The conditions of the room were good, bottles of water were left for us and the beds were super comfortable. I congratulate the Staff as I am very grateful for this experience.
