The location is behind the commercial street, shopping is very convenient, there are fewer restaurants and convenience stores nearby, you need to walk. In a five-star hotel in Turin, the reception hall is very luxurious. At the front desk, you need to pay a deposit of 50-100 euros or the bank card number in the name of the check-in person, so friends who need to check in remember to prepare cash (no credit card deposit required) or credit card.
The hotel has two floors, and there is a connecting corridor on the first floor in Italy (the second floor in China) by elevator. In the prominent position of the elevator and the corridor, there will be guidance signs in English, Arabic, Chinese, and Chinese. Be sure to check the building where the room number is on the card when you check in, and the front desk will guide you when you deliver the card.
The room is similar to China Hotel, with free slippers, mini bar, paid snacks, kettle and so on. All the facilities marked with text in the room are English, Chinese and Chinese, so don't worry about the language. Here are two points to note: First, because the room is equipped with cotton wool facilities such as carpets, the entire room can see obvious high-density flying hair in the presence of light; second, there is a large amount of flocculent deposits in the kettle This may be due to the quality of the tap water in Italy. The room is great. Walking into the inner building of this hotel is like walking into a Roman palace. The room is very large, with dry and wet separation, good hygiene, and very high ceilings. The room has a balcony, looking at the church opposite. It is very close to all places, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to both the attractions and Via Roma. The location is great! Serviced butler-style one-to-one service. Overall, it is great and worth experiencing. A small suggestion for the hotel is that their gypsum board is a little peeling. Well what can I say. It's supposed to be the 4 star hotel. the location is great. The staff working there work very hard and are polite. Breakfast is really good. However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. We arrived at the airport after 11pm and arrived at the hotel after midnight, so the 24-hour check-in was very helpful. There were shower gels and other amenities, but I recommend bringing your own! It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. We took a bus from the airport and walked from PortaSusa station, but it was relatively safe and we didn't encounter any homeless people.
The room was modest, but it was enough for a night's sleep.

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is located 3 minutes from Porto Nuovo train station, metro station and bus stop. The city center is 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. There is a shopping street nearby. Check-in was quick. The hotel has excellent soundproofing. Comfortable bed. Plumbing worked properly. The room was on the 3rd floor and overlooked the courtyard. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station, and a 5-minute walk to the left is the subway station. There is a supermarket not far across the road, but most supermarkets in Turin close at 8 p.m.
The girls and boys who received the hotel were all very smiling. The room was not big, but it was enough. The hotel stored luggage for free.
When you arrive in Turin, you must first go to the Castello Square on Garibaldi Street. There is a tourist center on the left building facing the Royal Palace of Turin, where you can buy a museum + public transportation card. This card is very cost-effective. After buying it, you can enter almost all museums in Turin for free and take buses and subways unlimited times.
I suffered a loss when I first arrived. Yesterday, I bought a public transportation card at a tobacco shop (small convenience store) on the street. Before coming, I was afraid that it would be difficult to buy tickets for the Egyptian Museum on site, so I bought tickets for the Egyptian Museum online in advance for 18 euros. Yesterday, I spent 10 euros to visit three museums, and the net loss was at least 30 euros.
