This is the best accommodation experience for my 14-day trip to Switzerland. There are kitchen utensils to cook by yourself. The kitchen utensils are also very clean and safe to use. You can see Matterhorn directly outside the living room window! ! The overall space is very comfortable The location is also very convenient next to the train station Unfortunately, there is no elevator and it is more difficult to carry your luggage by yourself.

Less than ten minutes walk from Zermatt Station, you will pass the supermarket and garbage recycling station along the way. The kitchen utensils, drying racks and hair dryers in the house are all available, and the sanitation is very clean. The view of Matterhorn with the balcony is a cost-effective accommodation.

Very warm studio, you can cook, tableware is also full. Although I didn't meet, the staff was very enthusiastic and responsible. The self-check-in was very easy to find. The river was in front of the balcony and the sunrise bridge was out. I had a great time in Zermatt!

I had no expectations because the reviews said the view of the Matterhorn was not that good, but it was in a perfect location. I was able to see the Matterhorn at sunrise from my room, and I have fond memories of eating breakfast I bought on the balcony. The bathroom was very clean, and I was able to watch Netflix on the hotel TV by connecting a Chromecast. I forgot my charger adapter, but they lent me one right away, and they also helped me store my luggage before check-in. The hotel's customer service was also great.

The hotel is clean and big,breakfast also nice. It offers the free bus pick up from station to the hotel from 8am to 17pm. But the staff service could be better.

As a boutique hotel in Zermatt, it is still worthy of praise. The room and quilt were very clean, the shower water was sufficient, and the room area was relatively spacious. There are many surprises: gym, swimming pool, pool, rock climbing, SPA, game consoles and kitchens in the room. Breakfast is delivered to the room. But it is a pity that individual waiters are a little cold on the eastern face. What a pity!

The hotel is close to the train station, you can inform the pick-up station, or you can take the local E-Bus, which is very convenient. The room is spacious, with a balcony, open the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see Matterhorn, the appearance is different every day. The hotel has hot and cold food for breakfast, as well as freshly squeezed juice. Dinner is Italian rice, the price is similar to the street restaurant, and the side dishes are slightly more than outside. The hotel provides slippers. The hotel is closer to Sunega Station, and you can also take the elevator to Zermatt Viewing Point from there, and you can climb less mountains.

There are too many hotels in Matt! But the hostess of this hotel is very ”affinity” and will take care of the tourists with the staff! After we check out, she will take the initiative to say goodbye to us! Let me feel ”home away from home” atmosphere! The room is fully equipped and cleaned! Breakfast is fresh! It's about a 10-minute walk from Zermatt station. It's in the opposite direction from the main street, but it has a quiet and calm atmosphere. The cable car to Sunnegga is right there (3-minute walk). There was no kettle in the room, but they provided boiled water (if you asked), which was very helpful as I used it a few times. There was no sauna or pool, but the room had a bathtub so I was able to relax quite well. The outside temperature was quite low (even though it was September), so it was cold, but the room was heated so I was able to stay comfortably. The transfer to Zermatt station at check-out was 5 francs per person. (Free for those who book directly)

Overall, a very good experience, especially the location. It's very central and incredibly convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with both Vietnamese specialties and a variety of Western options. As an established five-star hotel, the service and English proficiency of the staff were superb. My only gripe is that the housekeeping wasn't quite up to par. I stayed for six nights, and they hardly replenished the shower caps – I only got one for the entire stay! Also, the conditioner wasn't refilled after the first day; it was never topped up. In short, the room cleaning and replenishment services didn't meet five-star standards, failing even the most basic resupply needs.

Really loved our stay there, it was a very comfortable, clean and an excellent experience. Didnt require a deposit, lent us an iron with board, and the room was large with a great view on a high floor. Hard to find in SGN. The restaurant was quite nice too with good views on the top. The only downside was the location was a little far from the attractions and need to rely on Grab which was from 60 to 120k vnd depending on demand to get to the main places.

The front desk service was okay; their Chinese wasn't very fluent, but their English was good, and they proactively helped me arrange a taxi. All in all, it was decent.

Only comment is the complimentary tooth paste could be better instead of the paper packaging tooth paste which is insufficient. Other than that, it is a great hotel for this price range. Very near by the key Market area where plenty of local food, clothing, shoes and bag shopping. About 4km Grab ride to District 5, China town area.

A very nice urban hotel with many tourist locations within reasonable walking distance. The staff is helpful and sweet, rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok, it lacks variety and simple food in my opinion. But afternoon tea is fantastic. The swimming pool is not big and the suntanning area has limited place, but it was right in our floor, so we enjoyed it as much as we could. The gym has no AC, so it was mostly useless for me, as I always lack air everywhere. Our room had a whole other room with a dedicated kitchen and washing machine and living area, which is fantastic. But it is placed very to some kindergarten around the corner, which was very load and audible.

We got a room for around €uro 115 with a very large bed. This is a bit high compared to other rates in Saigon (on average, €50 is enough for a decent hotel in the heart of District 1), but it allowed us to have a very pleasant experience in this historic hotel with early 20th-century decor. We took the opportunity to take some lovely photos throughout the hotel. The breakfast room is a relaxing place with a view of the river and terrace seating. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked and combines Western and Asian dishes. The riverside location isn't ideal, and other hotels further inland in District 1 offer better locations for quick access to tourist attractions. However, it's a convenient spot for getting to the Water Bus dock. The historical sites in District 1 are a 30-45 minute walk away. The hotel staff communicate very well in English, and some even speak French.

I had a lovely stay at Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa in District 1. The location is absolutely perfect close to Ben Thanh Market, cafes, restaurants, and everything you need, yet still tucked away enough to feel comfortable and safe. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how attentive and professional everyone was throughout my stay. Traveling solo, I felt very comfortable here. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was great (very important after long walking days!), and housekeeping kept everything spotless. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop area such a nice place to unwind. The pool and spa facilities were a bonus, especially after exploring the city. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of busy Ho Chi Minh City. Breakfast had a good variety, and I enjoyed having both local and Western options. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s great value for money, excellent location, and perfect for solo travelers or couples visiting Saigon.

I stayed in hotel for three days. Every night, may be around 1:00-3:00AM. I can hear very clearly about the big bang sound outside for someone opening the door or their talking voice. That really made me very nervous. I suggest the hotel can consider about changing the soundproof materials of the door. If they can improve this concept, I may rebook for next trip in Saigon.
