The hotel takes about 5-10 minutes to get from Milan train station, stopping by a supermarket to buy food and water. There are many restaurants nearby, each about a 3-5 minute walk away. The hotel entrance was indeed difficult to find the first time. You had to take the elevator to the -1 floor to reach the check-in counter. The keyhole is located by the elevator button (photos uploaded). The hotel is exactly as pictured, with a stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and a TV with YouTube access.
We arrived around 6:00 PM, so we checked in at the nearby UNA hotel century Milano as instructed. However, the UNA hotel century Milano was under renovation or closed. We ended up going directly to Torre Galfa Milano Luxury Apartment | UNA experience, where fortunately, the staff were waiting for us.
If you plan to check in after 6:00 PM or arrive before 6:00 PM, it's best to contact the hotel to see if there are any new check-in requirements.

The hotel is close to Milan Train Station, making transportation convenient and safe. It's a high-rise building with a bright and expansive view. My family of three stayed for two nights. The suite was spacious and came with a kitchen, complete with pots and other utensils. If you're not used to eating out, you can buy some ingredients and cook your own meals. There was also a washing machine, iron, and clothes dryer in the room. It felt like home. Highly recommended for travelers with children!
