I booked for 1 night stay the stay was good. The rooms was really clean and the room service did a good job. I paid for 1 night(1 room ,3 people stay). For that price, I feel the service is not that great(It was okey, but overpriced). For 3000 per night it would have been a great deal.
The negative part is the restaurant. They have both an AC and NonAc restaurant. I used the AC one. Thruth be told they don't know how to manage a restaurant. I can understand the delay if there are many people present at a time, but when I was having dinner, there was not that much rush, still the delay was toomuch. 1 had 2 Dosas initially, it came fast. They I ordered 2 more, and waited for it for more than 15 min, after the time they said I had to wait more time. So I cancelled it second order.
Hire some good staff who know how to mange a restaurant.
The above scenario was same for the breakfast in the morning as well.
The restaurant prices are also unjustifiable compared to the service. If the service was great, the i am okey to pay, but not in this case.

good hotel, room, bathroom, etc. are very clean. location excellent.
