While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points.

When we came for dinner on the first night, it was very nice and we were given free freshly squeezed juice. When we came on the second night, we encountered this employee. This employee was very rude. When we came to the restaurant and just sat down, he immediately asked for our room card to print the bill and asked us to sign to confirm the bill. This is very rude. When we asked about the juice, the employee said ”juice and food are charge”. He did not specify that the juice would be charged separately. And the juice we were given was not freshly squeezed. When I asked him about the juice, he said ”I told you” in a very unfriendly and rude tone without a smile. It was an ordering tone. I don't like this. When he asked me to sign to confirm the bill, he kept asking me to write my ”family name”. I wrote my ”family name” in Chinese. Later, he asked me to write it in English in a very fierce way. The whole wonderful trip of the hotel was ruined by him. Very angry. Originally, we had three days of itinerary in Sharm. But we will not choose this hotel again.

Overall, the hotel is decent, albeit old, considering the all-inclusive concept and the clientele it's designed for. People accustomed to a more civilized European vacation might be shocked by the behavior and savagery of those staying at the hotel. But this isn't a problem with the hotel itself, but rather with the concept itself and who it attracts. Don't be fooled by the thousands of rave reviews. Everything is very mediocre: the breakfasts are completely tasteless, the cold meats are very low-quality, and the variety is monotonous. Lunch and dinner are good, but again, nothing particularly delicious. If you're not picky and just want to relax for a little money and eat and drink as much as you want, you'll certainly like it. If you've experienced higher levels of service and everything else, you'll likely be disappointed. Also, a very big drawback is the lack of a beach as such. There's no sandy entrance, so it feels like you're right at the seaside 😀 But it's also a plus that there aren't many people with children who might ruin your mood with noise. In mid- to late February, there are very few people. The staff is very friendly and nice, especially the man working and delivering orders at the beach bar. I have no complaints about the hotel itself; I knew what I was getting into and who it was for 😀 That's why I'm still giving it a high rating. But I'd like to leave an honest review, as comments from a certain crowd might confuse someone who has never been to a hotel like this before.

had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. Everything exceeded my expectations! The beach restaurant was fantastic, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. My room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the service — they kindly upgraded my room to a suite, which made my stay even more special. On top of that, they gave me a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to the guest relations lady who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. She truly made my experience better. Also, the team at Cala restaurant was outstanding. The manager, the service staff, and especially the service women were all extremely kind, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality was perfect and made every meal enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely come back again.

His professionalism, leadership, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are truly exceptional. He is, without question, one of the hotel’s greatest assets and someone who deserves special recognition for his outstanding work. My sincere thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Badawy, whose kindness, friendliness, and positive attitude made every interaction a pleasure. His willingness to help and his warm personality left a lasting impression and contributed greatly to the quality of my stay. I would also like to recognize Mr. Mahmoud, the night buggy driver. Every night, when we returned through the main entrance in the early hours of the morning, he would drive us back to our room with a smile, professionalism, and genuine courtesy. Despite working late-night shifts, he consistently displayed a positive attitude and excellent service. He is a wonderful example of hospitality, and I genuinely believe he has the qualities and potential to grow into a leadership position in the future. While the hotel has an outstanding team, I believe it would benefit from placing greater emphasis on room maintenance and preventive upkeep. The rooms are comfortable, but some areas would benefit from more regular maintenance and attention to detail. Addressing these points would bring the physical product in line with the excellent service provided by the staff. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. This hotel mainly does business with Russians. It is booked by them. The waiters greeted in Russian. In comparison, Chinese guests were insignificant and had a bad attitude. Fortunately, Ctrip helped to solve the problem. This used to be the Hyatt Regency in Sharm. Now it is called Park Recency. You can experience this kind of edge yourself. The hardware is old, nothing else to say. It is a luxurious five-star resort. You can watch the sunrise over the Red Sea from the balcony. Sharm is worth a visit.

First I would like to say that I have stayed in this hotel 4 times previously and we love being there. This holiday was not the same. Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently. I explained I could not sleep in there with a baby with such a strong smell of paint. I was then given the option to be down graded to another room and after complaining to 3 managers I was upgraded to another room. Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work. I am disappointed in this trip and I won’t be staying there again due to the lack of professionalism by the management,

The staff was very kind and helpful. It's a huge hotel with a private beach and swimming pools. It's only a 10-minute walk from Naama Bay city center. That suits us well. What we didn't like, compared to another hotel we stayed at in November, is that here they serve water in a carafe at the table, and the minibar is extra. If you have a late flight, I recommend booking an extra night because each additional hour you stay costs about 10 euros just to keep the room, and dinner is about 25 euros per person. The all-inclusive wristband will be removed at 12:00 PM, which is check-out time, and drink prices are similar to Italy. Otherwise, everything was fine. If you want to stay close to the sea, you should book Novotel Beach; Novotel Palm is across the road, a 2-3 minute walk away, but much quieter and more peaceful.

Многовато «политики» : наклейки с украинской символикой в общедоступных туалетах, названия блюд на украинском, при отсутсвии русского перевода.( может дело в персонале анимации?) Отталкивает небрежно сваленный строительный хлам из номеров, запах старой мебели и собственно старая мебель Плохо уходила вода в кране, не работал телевизор или пульт от него, сломан доводчик двери. Гостеприимством тут и не пахло. Когда был замечен «фонтанчик с черным дельфином» ( россияне поймут) - показалось символично ;)

1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day. 2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish. 3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style. 4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant. 5. I'm so glad that I've chosen Solymar for my first visit of Sharm. The territory of the hotel is small, very beautiful and gives cozy feeling. I booked it for two days, but then decided to stay till the end of my holiday. The food was great, big thanks to all people who work in the kitchen and in the restaurant. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and nice, especially Maher and Allah. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
