It was a full of pleasure stay. We stayed for 5 nights. In morning a lot of activities on beach & pool. A beautiful spot for snorkling & diving. Wind surfing and canoeing was a nice experience in the lagoon (Thanks Khaled) Dynamic animation team. In nights, everyday has a show with different vibe. They celebrate my birthday in a nice way. All staff were smily and helpful. Excellent experience looking forward to our next one in Magic Life Kalawy 👍

度假村很爽，很大，強推！！！
就是離赫爾格達很遠，我是自駕去的，裡邊清一色歐美白，亞洲面孔一個沒碰上，前台找kassem，雖然他不會中文，但是人真的很好，有任何問題都會幫你，當然其他人也很好。
重點是夏天你帶孩子來可以玩各種游泳項目，娃的天堂。強推！！！

非常不錯的酒店，雅高集團管理的，員工訓練有素，酒店風景很美，環境很好，下海也方便，可以天天下海看魚和珊瑚，房間還不錯，不算太大，也不小，就是淋浴間的水有點小，可能因為這邊的水都是海水淡化，所有出水量比較小，但是總體酒店各方面都是很好的，庫塞爾這地方也比較冷門，從馬薩回來，住這裏，住了4晚，沒看見一箇中國人，酒店裡麪和外面是兩個世界。

I had a very nice, quiet, and relaxing stay. All the staff are friendly and always asked if everything was alright. There was a small issue with my reservation during check-in, but it was resolved well. The food had a good variety and was always delicious. I would love to come again. My regards to everyone, especially Anderrahmen, the pickup and drop-off service, very nice 🥰👌🏻

We liked the hotel. Good cleaning, delicious food, good beaches - ponton and lagoon.
The staff is also good. Except for one manager who was on evening shifts. In the hotel we faced a couple of problems in check-in and expulsion. And the manager Mohamed Mahmoud not only did not help us but also caused us excessive stress. And spoiled the impression of the hotel.
The day manager on the recession Mohamed helped us and was kind.

One of the best resorts I have visited in the Red Sea,
I stayed for 3 nights at the end of August, and from the beginning, I felt like I was at home،
the staff are very polite and professional and do everything they can to fulfill your needs and make you have a quality and happy time,
starting with the reception manager Mr. Mohamed, the person who takes care of all the guests with a beautiful smile and high professionalism,
to the cheerful chef Ahmed in the restaurant and all the staff there.
The pool is kinda small but it's nice and clean, the beach is too long and has a multi beautiful spots for snorkeling and also sandy in some other spots.
There's only one towel center on the halfway between the pool and the beach.
The food is delicious and you'll always find something you like and they serve cold and hot drinks in the 3 meals, btw I stayed in some other higher-reviewed and higher-priced resorts in the same area and i didn't totally like their food.
I really recommend the place and it will not be my last time there.

It's a place where there is no one around and it comes with 3 meals. It was the best. It was good that there was entertainment around noon and night when I had time to spare. Since it is far from town, there is no bus and only taxi. It is a location where advance negotiations with taxi drivers are required.

Die Anlage ist großzügig und schön gestaltet! Etwas problematisch sind die begrenzten Schwimmmöglichkeiten vor dem Riff! Zumal auch noch von den Gezeiten eine Abhängigkeit besteht!
Die Essenauswahl scheint sehr groß zu sein, zutreffend für Nachspeisen und Brot! Wenig Fleisch wird angeboten! Etwas sonderbare Kochgerichte! Recht geschmacklos zubereitet! Der Eindruck ist recht gemischt! Das Personal ist recht freundlich!

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The grounds are beautiful, the food is excellent, the pools are nice, and the staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The sea is stunning, although the shore isn't always flat, but that's not a problem.

Pure weather, clean, enjoyable, food was acceptable and diverse(no east asian food though). I loved the grass well maintained and soft under the feet.
The room was not double bed but twin bed. Despite I did 2 bookings(one after another) explicitly asking double bed.
Lot's of german family with children but the room not oriented swimming pool are calm. Many games available (darts, petanque, diving, tennis,...)
Service acceptable but a bit rude sometimes : specifically they don't like we order at the bar/counter(I don't always have time to wait for the waiter). They give you an order angrily to go sit and wait for them, no smile. That part was not acceptable.

Плюсы:
1. Понравилось то, что было немного людей, максимум 10 человек. Номер рядом с пляжем, без посторонних людей. Свободные лежаки, не нужно искать время , чтобы найти место. Есть два пляжа и причал, где можно поплавать. Прекрасное место для снорклинга и дайвинга. Очень легко плавать и увидели много рыб, так как администрация отеля оберегает территорию от рыбаков.
2. Еда была ок, но не было чувство удовлетворения и что ты наслаждаешься этой едой. Включены напитки: кола, спрайт и вода. Официанты вежливые и дружелюбные.
3. Очень красивое место, чтобы расслабиться и отдохнуть.
4. Я отмечала день рождение во время пребывания в отеле. Меня поздравили во время ужина , подарили торт и красиво организовали полотенца в комнате в виде лебедя
Минусы:
1. Персонал , который убирает не выполняют свою работу. Они готовы выполнить только, если ты им дашь чаевые. Ванную комнату никогда не моют. Грязный душ, остался пластик от бритвы от других посетителей. Три дня не меняли полотенца и не положили шампунь и мыло, туалетную бумагу. Приходилось просить два дня на ресепшене, чтобы кто нибудь соизволил отдать то, что мы просим. Особенно после экскурсии , мы были уставшими, но не могли принять душ, потому что не было мыла.
Когда я звонила, на ресепшене брали трубку, как выяснилось, потому что на тумбочке в комнате, был указан не верный номер телефона
2. За пляжом не ухаживают. Не моют шезлонги, для приличия могли бы покрасить хотя бы зонтики.FromAU$78
