I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritence and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The welcome we received upon arrival was unparalleled compared to any other hotel I've stayed at. The staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to ensure we felt at home immediately.
The service at the pool bar was outstanding. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and made excellent cocktails. The pool itself was pristine and provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful surroundings.
To our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views.
Throughout our stay, we encountered staff who were not only polite but also highly professional. They were always ready to assist with any request and did so with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests.
The location of the hotel is another highlight. It's conveniently close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, it's situated near a beautiful beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea within minutes of leaving our room.
Overall, our experience at Heritance was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. We will certainly be returning in the future!

Great property located right on the beach at Negombo, close to the airport. Great pool and restaurants. We only stayed one night but could have easily done 2 nights there. Would recommend. Rooms were clean and spacious and all overlook the beach.
