10 mins walking from Milano central station, friendly staff. Apartment environment is so good for a family with kids. Only 2 things needs to improve it. One is not so easy to find check in location, you can find the entrance door but you don’t know how to get in, it’s better to put more information about it. Secondly, no instruction about oven, coffee machine or washing machine in English. Not so easy to figure out how to use it. Overall it’s a good property for staying.

Apartment is large and very comfortable. However, the check in process is a hassle and there is no clear instruction how to find the check in counter.... Apartment is barely clean as well but is stayable... thankfully there is security guard is very helpful and nice to guide us.please do check if you were to check in after 6pm as check in will be another location. Be sure to find where is the check in place first..

Very good hotel, run by a Chinese uncle, convenient and cheap nearby. Traveling, eating, shopping are very convenient. If you go again in the future, you will definitely choose.

Very small room, 12 o'clock in the evening, no hot water, the trash can was not cleaned when I checked in. Fortunately, the traffic is more convenient, it is also a single room, 20 minutes walk from the central station. Two subway stations, can make do for one night.

A few recommendations:
1. Great location! Enjoying breakfast in the restaurant, you can look out over the arcades, and the Duomo is about a 10-minute walk away. These two points are very convenient for the Duomo, a popular destination for gypsies. After breakfast, you can grab your phone and head to the Duomo to avoid backpack theft.
2. The free minibar is very well stocked, and we even had a welcome drink delivered to our room! However, this might have been due to our late arrival and the awkward communication regarding the shuttle bus.FromPKR 137,008

Pros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected!

We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel. It was close to the Duomo and other attractions. The Front Desk staff were lovely and helped us to check in early. The room was clean and well-appointed. The breakfast had plenty to choose from, and there was a dedicated staff member to just make coffees for everyone. The only point to mention was that as we were arriving, the door with a ramp did not automatically open and the bellmen did not assist us with luggage (just one step up), but it was a minor issue as we can handle our bags on our own.FromPKR 84,531

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing.
The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible.
I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances.
A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service.FromPKR 33,796

There's a Conad City supermarket nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel is very close to the S2 train station; it's right outside the exit. Very dated hotel facilities BUT the fact it was so central more than made up for it. Rooms were clean and a lovely maid. yes they could do with a refit but why when you probably are never going to be in them bar to sleep. Beds were firm, room was quite hot, couldn’t work the air conditioning but again it wasn’t the end of the world. No tea coffee machine in the room but Italians hate instant coffee it’s pretty cheap to buy when out at most place. Would def stay againFromPKR 36,916
