We are very lucky to have stayed in many beautiful hotels in Dubai, and around the world, but Jumeirah Al Naseem is quite possibly our favourite hotel ever...! This year's stay excelled last years visit, the customer service seems to have jumped up another level in 12 months, from an already high bar! Particular shout outs have to go to the Butler team: Ashraf, Diego, Lee, Feroz, Usman, Zaheer and Zsofia (and my sincere apologies if I missed anyone out!). The team looked after us extremely attentively, made sure everything went smoothly, and were always on hand whether via WhatsApp or in person - a huge thanks from me and my family! I can only repeat my previous review in regards this hotel: fantastic room/suite, dining options were always plentiful and top standard; pool, beach, kids club, watersports, tennis pitches, buggy service, access to Wild Wadi were all huge contributors to an awesome holiday!

Spent 12 nights with the family over Easter school break. Stay was amazing, really good food provisions at breakfast, everything you could think of was available. Both my children have nut allergies and they ensured everything was freshly made. We had a family room consisting of a king bed and Sofa bed. Sofa bed was ok, not that comfortable to be honest, but the kids were ok with it. Restaurants as you would expect are amazing, they are expensive, but if you are going to Dubai you need to expect this at high end resorts. It is like a catwalk show at breakfast and around the pool, expect a showing of Dior, LV etc head to toe and some loud conversations of people flaunting wealth - it did not detract from our holiday though, we just made sure we was as far as possible away from them! It is expensive, but well worth it!
