Pretty tired hotel in a god location, took ages to check in, almost thirty minutes and there was a long queue behind me and just two people on the desk. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you arrive at a city and just have the evening, half an hour is a long time. I jumped straight in the shower before heading out - no towels! In a 5 star hotel. I had to use the duvet cover off one of the beds to dry off. Told reception and the towels were there when I got back from town. Generally the room is shabby, shower curtain attached by just a few rings, cracked tiles etc. Breakfast was ok but again, a coffee machine in a 5 star? Someone constantly dragging chairs around somewhere for maybe an hour, no exaggeration, like they were dragging one after another about 10 meters each time. Great view from the 5th floor pool and terrace. Would never stay again.

I rated this hotel a little low because of an issue that has to do with invasion of privacy. I took the elevator to my room with my child and wife because my wife came to pick up some of Chile’s luggage. As soon as I walked into the room the phone was ringing. I didn’t answer it thinking that we are going downstairs and I will check with the front desk. Within minutes we went downstairs and I went straight to the front desk and asked the hotel staff if they called my room and they said yes. They wanted to verify the identity of my wife. I told them that was not needed and it’s an invasion of privacy. I found their behavior to be unacceptable at all. It’s unneeded since she wasn’t staying in the room and she walked up to the room with me and with our child.

This program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point. Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun. The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue.

The beds and bedding are spotless, the toiletries are clean as new, the windows are bright and clean, and the hygiene is remarkable. The convenience of transportation is really a must. It is adjacent to the main road and connected to the post road. Buses and subways are around, making business travel and visiting scenic spots all convenient and unobstructed. As for the furnishings in the room, they are ingenious, and the details such as shelves, charging stations, and emergency lights are all considered, which shows that they are thoughtful. However, there is still room for improvement in service. Although the response is not slow, the initiative and enthusiasm are not enough. When the guests ask questions, there are occasional delays, which is not perfect. As for the price, the price and value are weighed, although it is not a big discount, it is fair, not overcharging customers, and not surprising. Four-bedroom room with mesonin, top two beds, bottom two single beds, everything very clean and comfortable, windows come out on the inner balcony. There is air conditioning, teapot, refrigerator, fan, napkins. Breakfast is very delicious, saturated and beautiful (egg, baking, honey, jim, olive pasta, fruit, sufle, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee). Attentive and kind staff. On the roof of the terrace with lying and tables. A small pool is probably more decorative, have not tried to swim)) To the main attractions you can get on foot.

These are good apartments. The room has a refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, and washing machine. You can cook your own food. Nearby is the Bim store. Large living space, modern interior. There was a small problem with hot water; it takes a long time to heat up using an autonomous heater. Sometimes the noise of the air conditioner and washing machine in the neighboring rooms was disturbing. The room I lived in is located on the 4th floor, and on the roof there is also either a laundry room or bed linen washing. The sound can be heard in the room - this is a minus. The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden, where it is pleasant to relax during the day and evening.
