This was our first visit and it definitely won’t be our last. Everything about our one night stay was perfect. The castle room was so comfortable, the spa was a delight and the Sandeman restaurant was a treat. The staff were beyond helpful and the surroundings were breathtaking. A very special stay in a special hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

On arrival we had a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and shown to our gorgeous room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The added extras and attention to detail were exquisite and in my book should be a 5 star hotel. Everything from the food and drink to the surroundings was absolutely beautiful. Also don't worry about taking wellies as they can be provided along with dry robes. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here and will be back.

Great hotel in many ways - lovely spaces, great staff but breakfast was not quite as good as hoped. Waited an hour for breakfast,  no gluten free toast arrived & the eggs Benedict’s GF toast was not delicious at all. I think there was a staff shortage. For a fairly expensive hotel this was disappointing.

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

🥰 My stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. Staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast offered a delightful variety. I appreciated the convenient location and peaceful atmosphere. Overall a highly satisfying experience for my trip.

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

Watch out for the Half Board SCAM. Half board means an evening Meal. However it seems you have an allowance only and if you go over you get a bill at the end of your stay. Terrible.

Well located hotel just 2-3 mins walk from Pitlochary Station exit to hotel back gate 👍🏻. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in providing/recommend places of interests. Breakfast is a must have, pretty good with traditional dining area.  Room are clean, well maintained and spacious (room facing Garden). The Dam and Fish Ladder is just 20mins walk from the hotel. Thank you Fisher team!

Had high expectations from the hotel as the photos were really impressive. Room was in the extension at the back. Hotel is like a maze and not great with luggage as lots of stairs. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was a good selection but I wouldn't say it was worth the price I paid.

Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

we are four guest, but supplied with 2 satchel coffee, when we asked more, we have to go head to reception to collect as they are short of staff to drop off...same as checking out, not allowed to leave door entry cards in the property and have to return the cards to reception gym is tiny...not too much facility to use... the cleaning bottle is misplaced, such as shampoo bottle is placed on handwashing place ( all of the bottles are fixed and could not moved around) ... it is ok but not very handy though generally speaking, the receptionist is polite, but you have to do the things as above due to their staff availability

The location was perfect! Very close to the Falls of Blair and other amenities. The staff was super friendly but I would have expected more from a 5 star facility. The room was tidy and had a very comfortable bed but it was small and we could hear the guests next door. The breakfast was ok ..nothing fancy as advertised in the website. A bit pricey for the service we had received.

Idyllically situated overlooking the Keltney Burn, a small river, Kiln House is a Listed Building noted for its picturesqueness, nestled among splendid Scottish scenery. Perfectly positioned as a Highland hideaway or as a home base for tourism, it is within easy reach of all of the activity and sightseeing that this undeniably beautiful part of Scotland has to offer.Kiln House accommodates up to four people. It has two double bedrooms, one with a Super King Size bed that may be separated into two single beds if requested. There is a main living area and a mezzanine, a kitchen-diner, a bathroom and an en suite shower room. It is equipped as a practical Home from Home. Kiln House has a fibre to property Internet connection.Scottish Short-term Let Licence: PK11053FBuilt in 1824 by Colonel David Stewart of Garth, Kiln House was originally intended as the Malt Kiln of the Keltneyburn Distillery and is a rare and early example of its type. It is part of the historic Keltneyburn Milton — formerly a rural industrial hamlet centred on a watermill, since transformed into residential properties by an award winning project.Inside, the multi-level layout reflects its original purpose, although is also modern and open plan. Kiln House is thoughtfully furnished and equipped for comfort and practicality, interweaving creative, contemporary and traditional themes, yet echoes the unique history and heritage of the property in its décor too.Outside, the natural landscape of the garden cascades down to the edge of the Keltney Burn, the river in the garden, in a series of terraces clustered around the old mill lade and what was once the tumbling run-off from its sluice. Outdoor living is well catered for: breakfast or dine, sit and read, or have a romantic glass of champagne together, as the burn splashes by. This is a place to relax, to just be and enjoy.Expect to see Highland wildlife: Red squirrels darting by the river and coming into the garden, roe deer in the evening in the field opposite the Smithy, occasional red deer in the distance or as a herd on the nearby hills; heron, kingfisher, grey wagtail, ducks and white-throated dipper on the Keltney Burn; and in the surrounding area golden eagles, osprey, buzzards, pheasants and now and again evidence of pine martin, otter, beaver, badger and fox.And Scotland’s history is found everywhere around Kiln House.Situated just below the geographical centre of mainland Scotland Keltneyburn sits above the Highland Line in the historic area of Breadalbane in between the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs and the Cairngorms National Parks. It is surrounded by National Scenic Areas, Wild Land Areas, National Nature Reserves, Scottish Wildlife Trust Reserves and Sites of Special Scientific Interest.Popularised by Queen Victoria‘s visit to nearby Taymouth Castle in 1842 the local landscape extends across a series of deep glacial valleys with mountainous divides. Considered ‘the most varied and the most beautiful’ of locations by Sir Walter Scott, because of the combination of awesome ruggedness rising above lush pasture that characterises the scenery of the Lochs and Glens nearby, he described it in 1828 as ‘…beauty lying in the lap of terror.’Ancient standing stones, Iron Age hill forts, Castles and Highland cows are to be found here, as are mountains, lochs and waterfalls. The pretty village of Kenmore and Loch Tay are 2 miles away. The ancient Fortingall Yew, believed to be 3,000 to 9,000 years old, is further along the road. The mountains Schiehallion and Ben Lawers and several other Munros are around Keltneyburn, where Kiln House is positioned at the beginnings of Glen Lyon, the "longest, loneliest and loveliest glen in Scotland".Loch Rannoch and Loch Tummel, the Falls of Moness within the Birks of Aberfeldy that Robert Burns wrote of, the Falls of Dochart at Killin and close by, the less well-known Falls of Keltney; and of course the wilds of Glen Lyon itself are each just short distances away, while the local town of Aberfeldy, where Bonny Prince Charley's army crossed the River Tay en route to Culloden, has shops, cafés, a cinema, the Dewars Whisky distillery and a delightful bookshop. The locality offers walking, cycling, fishing, golf, canoeing, white water rafting, restaurants, even chocolatiers, with much more in day tripping range, including museums and galleries.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 13-17.Younger children are allowed if well supervised..About customRules:Lettings of more than 28 days are not allowed because of local regulations and legal factors.
