The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. The room was very bright and clean, with a predominantly off-white color scheme, creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere. The front desk and staff were friendly and helpful. The tall, handsome concierge was very considerate. I especially thank the beautiful front desk manager in a black suit who took care of the elderly during check-out. I am deeply grateful and grateful. This trip to Denmark, and even Denmark, left a wonderful impression of the warmth and hospitality of the people. 酒店房間很大，廚房各種設施齊全，冰箱 洗碗機 烤箱 微波爐，各種餐具 油 鹽 胡椒都有。床很舒服，衞生間較小。
就是酒店沒有電梯，房間在三層，把行李搬到樓上費了九牛二虎之力，退房存行李還要往地下走半層。
其中一個房間的窗户外就是旁邊教堂的鐘樓，每天早上大約八點開始敲鐘，十分鐘左右敲一次一次五分鐘，早上還有垃圾車聲音。

It is a top designer hotel. The location has nothing to say. Super convenient.
Snacks and drinks in the minibar are complimentary, breakfast can be paid for on the 5th floor terrace, the service is great! Enjoyed the last night in Copenhagen!

Come to Geben Hagen recommend to live here, give the service 100 points first, each is very enthusiastic, really every one, there is a young lady who can order Chinese at the front desk, really hard to explain the details to me, the design layout of the room is very like, is considering the convenience of users, I like every detail of the room. It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

Wonderful experience at villa copenhagen. The check-in took a little too long because we booked 1 large bed but they put me to twin room. The lady receptionist tried to solved it best as she could. We stayed here 2 nights. The rooftop pool experience is a must for the visit. The room interior is fully and classy decorated with high quality materials. Bed was nice. I recommended this hotel if you transit by train. The location is right by the train platform, back exit. The lobby bar vibe was cozy and lively.

The hotel is only 200m away from the train station, which is very convenient. There is an amusement park next door. The breakfast is also good, but I didn't understand at first that slippers and toiletries were not provided (most of Europe does not provide them). Fortunately, I asked the hotel and bought a pair of slippers to solve the problem.

This hotel is really a rip-off, probably because it is the peak season. The price is very high. The standard room I booked is already very expensive. After entering the room, I saw that there was no place to put the luggage, and the lighting was very poor. So I spent a lot of money to upgrade to a two-story suite. It was also very ordinary, and the room was very narrow. The air conditioner was right next to the bed, and it was very noisy when I slept at night. There was no free mineral water in the room. This hotel is a rip-off except for its good location.

The location and service were nothing to say. After I left my luggage, it was not check-in time yet. When I got ready to go back to rest in the afternoon when I had a room, my luggage had already been sent to the room. I will consider staying there again next time I go to Denmark.

Beautiful, modern and cozy design. Location is near the city center but it's a 10 min walk from the metro. Service is great, love the happy hour drinks. To be honest the room design is nice but not too user friendly particularly the bathroom. Would've loved more towel racks and surfaces to put stuff in the shower. During our stay there was also construction so the shower was very weak. Wasn't too pleased with that.

The location is very good. The Red bus station is across the road, and it's 5 minutes' walk to the Town Hall Square. The standard room was upgraded to a suite free of charge due to full occupancy. The environment is comfortable.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We booked a meal at Sticks and sushi on the rooftop and had a beautiful meal for my hubby's birthday. In the room the toiletries in particular were very good quality and had a lovely perfume. The lifts were fast and efficient. There was always a cab in the forecourt if we needed one. The hop on hop off bus stops right outside every 25 mins if you have a Copenhagen Card. It is only a 15 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens and the Central Station. The waterfront is only ＜5mins walk. There is a large out of town shopping centre about 10mins walk away.FromNZD 162

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Mayfair in Copenhagen. The staff were friendly and provided free water and some board games, which was a nice touch. The room was decent, though the bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure could be better. It had heating but no AC, which was fine with the nice weather. Sofia gave us a upgrade as room was not ready as we went in still the cleaners were cleaning and were replacing a broken mattress.. before i could express a disappointment I was offered a room with harbour view which was very professional and customer centredFromNZD 199

Great simple room, overall very clean and well presented hotel. Big/deep sink was handy for on-the-go washing. Great view of trains if you're on the right side. Alternatively, I imagine train noise is insignificant if you request a south facing room. Location initially seemed ideal, but there is no access across the tracks anywhere, so the walk to the station is a little longer than expected but still pretty short if you're just doing it once a day. No decent supermarkets nearby though, closest is also a 10 minute walk away which can become annoying due to not having a fridge in the room to store supplies, so you can't just do all your shopping in one trip.FromNZD 112

It's a modern looking, slightly hipster hotel. The room are clean and spacious in Europe context. The design is smart where I especially like the Basin is outside of the bathroom, which mean both person can split the task of cleaning up after you wake up. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the central bus station. The hotel breakfast is really good. The food is very tasty and there are a lot of food choices. The front counter staff are all very helpful and offer us advices to travel in the city. The hotel provides different amenities, we can get whatever we need at the reception. We can also buy travel tickets from them. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The rooms are clean.
