A hotel I fell in love with at first sight. It prompted me to make up my mind to fly to Siem Reap to see Angkor Wat. The actual appearance of the hotel did not disappoint me. It was the secluded pastoral style I liked, the so-called white-style vacation feeling. Except that the rice in the field had been harvested, there would be mosquitoes, etc., which I think I can accept. The food selection is not very rich, but it is all excellent and not very expensive. I especially recommend a seafood noodle in the pool bar restaurant, which is super delicious. The Khmer cuisine course for children's activities is really a conscientious course, 50 US dollars per child, but it is really rich in ingredients, three dishes and one dessert. The more tasteless thing is horse riding. You have to spend 3 US dollars to arrange a tuk-tuk at the hotel, and then 30 US dollars to lead the horse for 30 minutes. For those over 7 years old, it will feel a bit boring. Talk about something that makes me feel a little depressed. I communicated with netizens on Xiaohongshu and found that it cost about 1,000 yuan to book this hotel at the same time on Qunar. Then I carefully searched and compared the reservations for the next few days. Under the same conditions, it was really a few hundred yuan cheaper. This made me a little unhappy. Please compare prices on different platforms. After all, the hotel services you enjoy are the same. I strongly recommend you to go on vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zannier Phum Baitang in Siem Reap, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the serene atmosphere enveloped me, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodations were beautifully designed, blending traditional Cambodian aesthetics with modern comforts. Each villa offered a sense of privacy and tranquility, making it easy to unwind and relax. One of the highlights of my stay was the food, especially breakfast. The selection was amazing, and I particularly loved the noodles in the Khmer section—they were flavorful and authentic. The homemade yogurt paired with honey was a delightful treat, and the fresh fruit salad was perfectly cut and refreshing, adding a vibrant touch to the meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met and that I felt welcome throughout my visit. Their hospitality truly added to the overall experience. In summary, my stay at Zannier Phum Baitang was nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with exquisite dining options in Siem Reap!

Excellent location: Located in the center of Siem Reap, about 8 kilometers from Angkor Wat, about 15 minutes' drive from Angkor Wat International Airport, surrounded by many attractions such as the Angkor National Museum, convenient transportation. Long history: The hotel opened in 1932 and has a profound historical heritage. It has hosted celebrities such as Chaplin, Charles de Gaulle, and Clinton. The architecture and decoration style are full of French colonial style, which allows tourists to feel the strong historical atmosphere. Excellent service: The staff is warm and friendly, thoughtful and meticulous, and provides considerate service from check-in to check-out. Complete facilities: The hotel has a 35-meter round-trip swimming pool, a family entertainment swimming pool, a poolside pavilion, a comprehensive sports field and other health facilities, as well as a business center, a library, a map room, a Sugar Palm Club, a children's playroom, etc., to meet the needs of different guests.

We arrived the hotel during Cambodia new year, each offered a Krama ( cotton scarf) with Raffles logo by hotel to celebrate the new year. Very art deco colonial building with beautiful swimming pool. Beautiful at corners of the hotel with sculptures etc. We met the f&b manager of the hotel, he kindly arranged 4 complimentary breakfast takeaways for our sunrise trip next morning. Worth to try the breakfast with champagne offered. The bath salt in the room was so aromatic and relaxing. However we saw some ants on the side bed in the room.

A very unique hotel. I paid extra to upgrade the suite. The suite has many services and facilities, including an outdoor bathtub, swimming pool, and lounge. The service was also super good. The main person who received us was a 23-year-old thin boy who was very enthusiastic and from the village. He told us a lot of stories and made us feel at home. I forgot to leave a tip when I left, I felt very sorry for his good service😂 Very featured hotel. We upgraded to suite. The facility is very comprehensive. The hotel service is great. A 23-year old boy who is quite slim served us. He was born and grew up in the village, and told us a lot of stories. We felt at home. We are sorry that we forgot to tip when we left😂 worth another visit!

I thought there would be a lot of bugs because it was a tent, but there weren't many more than I thought, and it was very nice to be with my children because there were many experiences, such as eating elephants, feeding buffalo, and eating marshmallows at night. It was very cold at night because it was in the mountains. It was cold enough to have to wear long-sleeved pants in the morning.

My stay at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel is great Despite being just a short distance from the bustling city center and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, the hotel felt like a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The accommodations at Jaya House were luxurious yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. My suite was elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a plush bed, spacious bathroom, and a private garden. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They even provided free laundry service, complimentary tuk-tuk rides to nearby attractions, and a local phone for us to use during our stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

Facilities: A little bit old, but it doesn't affect the experience at all. The decoration is in traditional Southeast Asian style. Hygiene: The cleaning service is good. You can also wash clothes. I didn't take the tip in the room. I don't know why. Environment: There is an annual special project on the night of 12.31 New Year. Ice cubes are arranged and free snacks and drinks are served. The taste is good. The experience is full. It is suitable for those who like to take pictures. Environment: The location is not good, so it is equipped with free pick-up and drop-off, which completely makes up for this shortcoming. The service is good. You can use your Nokia phone to call a taxi. It is very convenient and feels at home. Service: Full score is worth it. The boss will check in and introduce it to you. Free pick-up and drop-off, free spa once a day, many services make you very happy, breakfast and dinner taste very good. It is worth experiencing the hotel's Haidilao.

This has been a breathtaking stay at Waka Villas (7 star quality indeed). The private Villa with Pool and an interior of traditional mixed with modern minimalism and warmth, was ever so welcoming after long days on tours. Well situated only a few minutes by tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap city where markets and intriguing streets allow for a wonderful experience among locals. We want to thank the entire Staff especially Manager Mr. Okabe and our kindest Siem and Kim for being always one step ahead of our needs. And our tour guide „Mr. T“ (Tola) who has a one of a kind way of explaining the history of Cambodia with so much fun we ended up retelling his stories to our families! Encouraging us to think about what we see and understand the bountiful kindness of the Cambodian people. Thank you for introducing us to Cambodia with so much love. Looking forward to booking here again!

No doubts one of the best stays ever! Starting from the seamless communication before, through the checking in process, during the stay, and check out - everything was perfect. O really enjoyed the privacy of the villa, swimming pool and modern architecture. The hotel also organised a tour guide - Tom. Really passionate and knowledgeable man. I strongly recommend Waka Villa.

A hotel that is so low-key that it is almost ignored Unlike Park Hyatt, which is strongly promoted on the list Unlike FCC, which has a historical story Unlike Amansara, which is prohibitively expensive But the smallest Anantara in the world has completely conquered me with its ”small and beautiful” All suites, a total of 39 suites in the whole hotel, Even if it is fully booked, the number of guests will not exceed 100. It is quiet and comfortable, perfect for vacation⛱️i people are ecstatic! The service is at a level that makes people can't help but praise💕 Because of its small scale, every guest is taken care of very attentively. Before checking in, the butler will send an email to confirm the flight time, special needs, etc. When you just enter the hotel, you will be given a scarf as a welcome gift; then go to the spa center for a foot cleaning ceremony, and you will also be given a very distinctive welcome drink, which is ice-cold, sour and sweet and very refreshing. There are Chinese explanations to introduce the hotel and room tour... The room is carefully decorated, with handwritten letters, welcome fruits, local desserts, handmade honey... After dinner, the bed is ready, the supplies are replenished in time (the smell is very good), and ice cubes are prepared. Breakfast is a combination of self-service and ordering, and the local egg rolls are delicious! Culturally rich📕 The hotel is really promoting Khmer culture. There are many activities every day, such as handicrafts, cycling, and shopping with locals in the market, etc....providing opportunities to fully experience local life The hardware design is also unique, and the room fully incorporates traditional Khmer elements, such as teak floors, silk decorations, and carvings inspired by Angkor Wat reliefs... If you book dinner in the garden, there will be local special performances Checking in at the hotel will also give two tickets to the Ferris wheel, each worth US$12. The Ferris wheel is right next to the hotel, and you can overlook the hotel and the entire Siem Reap! If I have to say the shortcomings, I think I may be a little far from the bar street. It takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi, and there are not many places to eat nearby. Originated from Thailand, Anantara has been cautiously expanding with ”one city, one hotel”. I personally think this brand has a deep understanding of Southeast Asian culture. If you come to Siem Reap, you can really experience it! Above, save where you should and spend where you should! You can avoid the crowds, stay in a suite + enjoy full-service for more than a thousand 😎, the price-performance ratio is really great!
- Chedaoshanqianyouxiannv
We stayed at the Anantara for four nights and really felt the warmth and sincerity of every staff member. My partner got a fever the day after we arrived in Siem Reap, and the hotel staff helped by buying medicine and even made him a pot of warm ginger tea and porridge . He felt much better the next day. Overall, we were really well taken care of during our four days here. :

If you are a fan of camping/ glamping, this the Jungloo room type is definitely a very satisfying option for your stay in Siem Reap. It is spacious and relaxing. The room is surprisingly clean and pest free, the air-conditioner functions very well that the indoor temperature keeps cool even during at noon, the hottest period of the day. Staffs are super responsive to the guests and I don't need to wait for long time for any requests made. Free ear plug for sleep is provided by the hotel but luckily there is no rain at night during my 5-day stay, we don't have a chance to use them and we slept quite well every night.

We stayed at Templation Hotel end of Sep for a trip to Angkor Wat. The hotel was absolutely lovely and for a very decent price range. The service was impeccable, the staff would leave daily delights in our room each time after cleaning. And the restaurant was delicious. One small thing to point out is that, there’s not much to do in the hotel itself. Not much of a problem for us given purpose of visit was the scenic temples, but if u want more amenities and more of a staycation then maybe not so much for you.

I stayed at Khmer Mansion recently, and the entire experience from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Their customer service is honestly the strongest part of the hotel—the staff communicate clearly in English, understand what you need without overcomplicating things, and check on you regularly in a genuinely helpful way. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Room service food was consistently good, and they deliver fast. Now the honest bits: The room Wi-Fi needs to be fixed. It’s weak and inconsistent—not great if you rely on connectivity. After four days, the food options felt repetitive. Not a dealbreaker, but something they can definitely improve. Location-wise, this hotel is ridiculously convenient—walking distance to Old Market, Night Market, Pub Street, spas, and even the circus. Despite the minor issues, I would stay here again mainly because of the staff and the location. They genuinely make the experience worthwhile. Final rating: 4.75/5

Had a great stay. Service was great and location is quite convenient — Walking distance to shops and Pub Street. Cafes can be found nearby too. And only a block away to Koí The, my go-to mill tea store from back home (was surprised to find it in Siem reap.) I was also able to enjoy the the pool and gym ( simple equipments only ) Only issue I had was with the roim AC, it was cold enough for my liking despite having switched the temp to the lowest temp possible. I just didn't bother reaching out to the staff as I couldn't be bothered to lug my things again just in case they'd offer another ( if they even would.) So make sure to check before you unpack all your things. Overall, everything went well, no other complaints.

I had an amazing stay at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I don’t remember any names, but truly, every single person I interacted with was friendly, kind, and professional. The resort itself is beautiful — very peaceful, with a lovely garden and pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere throughout the property — it felt like a true escape from the busy world. The food at the restaurant was also great, and breakfast had a good variety. The hotel is same as in the pictures. It’s very pretty and authentic inside, the pool is clean, the rooms are spacious, the water is hot. Lovely staff, good rooms and fantastic location. Reasonable food prices and drinks. Great cocktails. Very clean showers and amenities and water refilling station at ground floor. However, a few things to note. 1) can be quite loud in corridors which you hear in the room 2) there’s a constant humming of services so recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper 3) the pool is huge but some algae which meant backswimmer bugs which bite…once raised they were on it, but we shouldn’t have to raise it. See photos. 4) our room definitely smelt fousty - guess that’s what happens if you have no window. Overall, totally worth the price paid but as the pool is a huge selling point, I urge them to clean regularly and use strong chlorine.

We had an unforgettable five-night stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most thoughtful, kind, and generous staff who went out of their way to make our trip special. A particular thank you to Naza, who was absolutely exceptional—her warmth and attention to detail truly stood out. The facilities were amazing, especially the infinity pool, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The Moroccan theme throughout the hotel was beautifully done and genuinely made us feel like we were transported to Morocco. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the Old Market and Pub Street, with a laundrette, coffee shop, and pizza restaurant conveniently located right nearby. We also loved the food and drinks at the hotel, everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. Over the course of our stay, we ordered food and drinks daily, spending a total of just $160 USD, which was incredible value for the quality. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be recommending it to our friends and would love to return next year!

Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. The hotel is one to remember, since the check -in, with the super yummy tea and the fresh towel, your feel really well cared for from the staff. The breakfast is awesome and couldn't ask for anything else, there is plenty of western choices as well as very tasty fresh juices. The hotel is really nice, clean and very well decorated but the staff makes it even better because they ALL went the extra mile to make us feel at home and nothing is trouble for them. My husband really enjoyed the swimming pool and I could go back every day to have the smoothies and mocktails they make in the bar, they are the best. We had a very early excursion to the temples and they gave us our breakfast in a beautiful basket. All the food was amazing and we really appreciated that all the things they used for us to eat our breakfast was reusable, there was not plastic at all. We took it back to the hotel and after cleaning it could be used for another guest. Awesome and beautiful idea. We also enjoyed the flowers, the cake and the fruit we had in our room due to our wedding anniversary. We were granted a late check out , which we really appreciated as we had a late flight. They also offered to have a shower in the spa if we needed one after check out. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Seam Reap.
