It's hard to speak from experience given that the desert was absolute there, there was very little life in this month of February, but we can easily imagine that in high season life is in full swing in the hotel as well as the neighborhood. The hotel restaurant ”Little Italy” the dishes were not bad the products were good but not really faithful to what we had asked for (spaghetti bolognese and carbonara) yet simple but good to each his own tastes. Overall the staff was welcoming and attentive.

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room.
What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults.
Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room.
At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue.
I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance.
Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly.
The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

The hotel itself has good facilities and a large swimming pool. But if you want to go to the beach, it is really not as convenient as a hotel by the beach. And the beach shops in this area have serious slaughter of customers. It is better to live as close to the upper part of the beach as possible. Pure Salt is recommended. Although the general room facilities are average, the surrounding atmosphere is very good. There are many delicious restaurants, shops and everything are more formal and cheaper. If you have high requirements for the room, it is recommended to add some money to book a room with a sea view, because it has been completely renovated so it is better.

This hotel is very nice. Clean, friendly staffs. Foods were delicious and lots of varieties. Location is very near to the beach, just right behind the hotel.
There’s bus stop 2min away from the hotel so quite convenient. But it’s far from downtown. You have to take the bus to get around. It costs only €2 per trip so still ok. You can also take the airport bus from the same station.
Overall, this hotel is worth the money. Would recommend it.

Booked the junior suite for our anniversary and it was so nice and spacious! Love the in-room speaker and balcony overlooking the sunset 😍 there is sauna and indoor swimming pool and the breakfast selection was good. Only downside was that there’s only one small elevator.

The room is so big and comfortable
The hotel pool is good, no one swims in the water because many older uncles, uncles, Li, vacation 😂
However, the pool towels can be borrowed first than cash deposit.
The dinner buffet is delicious, so it’s a bit of fun.

Fantastic Resort, great size room excellent facilities and location near the beach and boardwalk.
Nightly entertainment in the lobby bar and spectacular pools to relax by with chilled music by day.

RIU Concordia is central to beer and skinke street in the second beach series. The beach is accessible in two minutes' walk, as well as many bars, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is located on a street, with which you get in the room as well as nothing, since the windows and doors are sound-dämpfed after the renovation 3 years ago. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are 120 cm larger than average. There is a large selection of German broadcasters in the TV. Breakfast is similar to a good 4-star hotel (although RIE has abolished the Serrano skin). The great friendliness of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant is to be highlighted. We will certainly book the Concordia again!

Breakfast and dinner are both rich, and dinner has some themed features. During the Spring Festival, there are sweet and sour pork ribs, which are very authentic and should be made by Chinese chefs. We had a great 2 days stay , we love the pool view from our room with the balcony, so relaxing, the room ,beddings and towels were so clean and fresh. The receptionists who attended us when we checked in and even during our check out were fabulous and very friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and the bus stop to the airport was just a 10 min.walk. Though there was no complimentary water,still not bad. The last night was a bit annoying as one drunk lady was trying to enter our room and insisted to open it despite telling her that its not her room, I tried to ring the reception but phone seems not working. Swimming pool was great ,i wish they could extend the time. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.FromDKK 975

Everything about this place is simply perfect.
The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and we loved having a private balcony with sun loungers – such a relaxing touch.
Breakfasts were absolutely amazing – varied, fresh, and delicious every morning.
The hotel also has a sauna and a gym, which is a great bonus.
The bed linen was spotless, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable – we slept like babies!
Special thanks for the hotel’s beautiful interior design – stylish, modern, and very cozy.
The location is ideal – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, literally right across the road.
We also loved the opportunity to rent bicycles at the hotel. It took about 35–40 minutes to cycle to the city center, and I can’t even describe how enjoyable the ride was. I highly recommend renting bikes in the afternoon to enjoy the waterfront and the views.
There’s also a rooftop pool, which we, unfortunately, didn’t get a chance to use since we only stayed for 3 nights – but I’m sure it’s just as perfect as everything else.

Friendly staff, reasonably size room with lift available, good breakfast with loads of selection, very comfy bed and firm pillow and great pressure the shower, shame only a bottle of water for our whole stay and also no kettle. Great hotel for a winter getaway.
The location is great, 200m to the beach (but not too much in party tourism), the motorway is 1 minute away (ideal if you have a rental car and want to have access to the island).
The rooms have a small refrigerator and very comfortable beds.
The food is good for a 4 star hotel.
