It is an open unit, there is no room, there are room facilities, small washing machine, bathroom equipment is enough, but the bathtub is very high, be careful when going up and down. There is a considerable terrace with tables and chairs.

The location is very good! Close to the ancient city, downstairs is the bus station, railway station, tram station. There is no other advantage other than that. The room is very small and the single bed is very narrow. On the first night, I actually fell out of bed. This is too unscientific. I don't know if the European guest's room is different. Otherwise, in the European body, this bed is only enough for a minor child.

Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel. The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-in. The queue moved a bit slow due to each guest having to fill out a form (the standard name, phone, address, signature). I think eliminating this process would speed up check-in for everyone.

Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. Would visit again for sure. One picture of the outside view.

Temporary want to go to the Tallinn Helsinki Hotel is used to store a large suitcase. Carrying a bag and saying to go and picking this cheaper Ctrip agent price is much better than booking. The same day the booking is no problem, the hotel room conditions are more common. Nothing is good in the off-season, no one seems to be very quiet, breakfast is very good, but because in the ancient city remind you that it is best not to carry luggage

A very nice centrally located hotel in Tallinn, about 15 mins walk to the old town where the Christmas market is located ( if you are here during that time). Room is nice, bed is comfortable , with nice bath amenities. We booked the junior suite with sauna and fitness equipments, that’s very nice to have all that within your room. Breakfast has good variety of European options . Very good quality too, would recommend this hotel to everyone who come visit Tallinn both for business or pleasure .

Cleanliness can be improved though - there was some long hair in the bed… Breakfast is very basic. I would have expected a bit more in terms of quality of food (eg. Scrabble egg was rubbery, juice was just diluted chemical). But price is reasonable overall.

No kettle no desk, but the design was sleek and modern. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea. No slippers provided (ostensibly for sustainability but the tiled bathroom was freezing). Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower. The room heater wasn’t terribly warm, overall the room temperature stayed stubbornly at 23 degrees (definitely colder at some spots) and still chilly for tropical natives like me. It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow. Without the spikes I had with me to pull onto my boots, I would have no doubt fallen a few times. The staff were overall pleasant and professional. There’s a map provided of the main attractions as well. If you do succeed at getting a cab, there is a driveway adjacent so the driver can pick you up from the hotel itself. Not too far a walk from the old town - about 20-30 minutes.

It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested. The saving grace is the good comfy bed. Room is spacious.

Dear sirs, Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all, how we could fit that room???? Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!! Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ?? Thanks in advacne, Brgds,Petri kalkkinen

The one showed had wooden floor, the one that was given to us had carpet which I am not a particular fan of. There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet. We should have mentioned but we only stayed 2 nights so we just left it and got on with it. Not particularly impressed considering it’s a 4 stars hotel.

I was given a room on the 1st floor and due to the weather, I’m only left with the option to open up the windows for some coolness to come in. Amazingly it was quiet during the night~ Breakfast was great. Appreciate the coffee machines and the options for hot food instead of just sandwich’s and salads. Will definitely use book this hotel again thought they charge for guest overnight parking.

I only stayed for two nights, and the breakfast dishes were exactly the same for both days, with no change at all. If you stay for a few more nights, you will really get tired of it. Facilities: The room facilities are not too new, but they are not old, and the hotel facilities do not look bad. At this price, this kind of accommodation is worth it. Highly recommend to stay!!
