The hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️

Triana Seville|2.71km from city center
The hotel is located in a very remote area, right next to an amusement park. On the map, it looks like it's just across a river from the city center, and you need to cross a bridge. But actually, there's nothing there. The nearest bus stops are C1 and C2. To get to the city center, you either have to cross the bridge and take a bus, or take several buses. Most of the people who stay here are families going to the amusement park nearby. It's really inconvenient to stay here if you're visiting Seville.

Great hotel!  The room is spacious and beautiful. Facilities are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Got champagne and lollies for greeting at reception.  The only drawback is the location. It is about20 to 30 mins walk to the major attractions and the city center.  The hotel is value for money with the level of standard provided, comparing to the 4 star hotel at Centro. We paid 9 Euro for a cab from Centro, there is also a the bus stop right outside which makes it quite convenient.

Although the room is entered through a small door next to the bar, it really feels like the entrance to the kitchen! But overall, the room design and supplies are very reasonable, and the supplies are quite high-end. The hotel's spa is also very good. If there is half a bottle of wine left in the room, they will help to put it in the refrigerator of the bar, and continue to drink it in the bar. The service is very good and they also give you potato chips, which makes you feel like you have opened a new bottle of wine. Parking is valet, and the overall service is good. In terms of hardware, the gym is a bit small, and the rooftop swimming pool is also quite small.

The hotel's location is quite satisfactory. The entrance is facing the alley for shopping, with ice cream shops and various quirky trinket shops. It is very convenient to walk to the Flamingo Theater, and it is also close to the big supermarket in the mall, just around the corner. The room is quite spacious, and comes with disposable slippers and disposable toothbrushes. The spa pool on the top floor has a good view, but the only drawback is that the pool is too small. The official pictures don't show the size of the pool. It may be that big in a conveniently located place, and it's good to have one. The piano in the lobby on the first floor performs from time to time, and the breakfast is also rich and tastes good.

The location is near the Urban Umbrella, and there is a Carrefour diagonally opposite. The staff is very friendly and answers all questions. They explain clearly and provide scenic spots and food maps. The hotel is very convenient to walk to most attractions in Seville, most of which are within two kilometers. The hotel environment is super good, all kinds of equipment are complete, without any damage or defects, and disposable toothbrushes and slippers are also provided, and the quality is also good. The shower gel and shampoo in the room bathroom are of good quality, and there is also hand cream, which are all good brands. I will choose this store next time I travel.

We were traveling by train, so choosing this hotel near the train station was a smart move. It's a convenient ten-minute walk from the station. Downstairs, there are great local restaurants and bistros that we frequented for dinner both nights, and the food was delicious. There are also excellent breakfast spots nearby. It's a bit further from the main attractions, about a thirty-minute walk to the Old Town and twenty minutes to Plaza de España. We really enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood around the hotel; it was lively yet relaxed on weekend evenings. All in all, we absolutely loved the city.

The hotel was booked at the last minute, but the location was excellent; most attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast options were limited, but I guess that's typical for European hotels. Is this sign on the wall indicating a four-star hotel? The room wasn't cheap, but water was only provided in the mini-room; everything else was charged separately. I asked the front desk, and they said the only free drinking water was available near the front desk, but the water glasses didn't look very clean. It was really disappointing…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station. However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.

Many people on Xiaohongshu recommend this hotel, but I personally feel it is average. The room is small, and the window of the room on the first floor faces the internal leisure area, which makes me dare not open the window for ventilation during the day, and I feel unsafe. The ceiling of the room is made of wood, and there will be some strange noises. Maybe it would be better to choose a room on a higher floor, anyway, this one on the first floor is really not recommended. The service staff is quite enthusiastic and gave a cocktail coupon for the bar. The breakfast is 15 euros, which is basically cold food with not many varieties.

An absolutely fantastic hotel! While it's a bit far from the city center, there are several bus lines nearby. Bus route 3 takes you to Plaza de España, from where you can easily walk to the Seville Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol), and the bustling streets of the old town, as well as the main bus terminal. Bus route 12 goes directly to the main train station. The room decor is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in for free around 11 AM. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even make your own waffles!

The location is a bit far, but it seems like there's a bus stop right outside, and a stadium next door. It's also right by a large shopping center with a Carrefour downstairs, all reachable within 5 minutes. There's also a fantastic, super value-for-money Argentinian steakhouse nearby. The room is small but perfectly adequate. The sofa bed was already made up upon arrival, which was a nice touch. You do have to go up one floor to get to the room, but otherwise, everything was great. We only stayed two nights; despite being street-facing, it was very quiet. Satisfied.

The hotel was centrally located with good public transport connectivity. The staff was good and polite too. Everything was very nice. The exterior of hotel was giving a vibe of some 5* hotel but real disappointment came in when we entered the hotel. It was built like some hotel from early 2000. The room which we stayed in was very compact for a family with hardly any space to walk. If you keep a bag in the room, it will occupy it completely leaving no space at all. The wooden doors of bathroom seems to be broken. The bathtub in shower area was quite small to accommodate. The wardrobe slider was hardly working as we had to push or pull it with great force. And lastly , it was succeptible to every possible noise. If someone is talking in nearby rooms or walking above our floor, you can clearly hear and feels like it's an earthquake when someone in upper floor walks. I

This is the best hotel experience I've had on my European trip. Had a wonderful time in Seville, highly recommended. **Location:** Very close to the bus station, a 10-minute walk, and within walking distance of the Cathedral and other small chapels. It's in the city center, which makes exploring very convenient. It's lively at night, and I felt completely safe walking around. El Corte Inglés is also within walking distance. **Breakfast:** The breakfast here is the best I've had so far on my European journey. They have a self-service fresh orange juice machine, fresh honey, smoked salmon, avocado, and various local olive oils. We enjoyed them so much we bought two bottles directly from the hotel. **Service:** The front desk provided us with a map, explained the attractions, and even helped us call to book a flamenco show. Coffee and desserts are available until 8 PM, and during the Christmas season, they offer special mini-desserts. The hotel also provides free bicycle rentals. Not far away is a riverside bike path, allowing you to cycle past the Torre del Oro all the way to Plaza de España. **Room:** The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The double bed was a proper large one, not two single beds pushed together. Having a bathtub was great for relaxing and soaking away fatigue, and the water pressure was excellent. I requested a quiet room on Trip.com, and both times I was given a corner room, which was fantastic. The room itself also had good soundproofing. The only minor issue is the higher price during holidays. A night during the Constitution Day holiday was 1.5 times the weekday rate.
