To be honest, I originally planned to book a hotel but accidentally booked BNB. The host communicated fluently in English and intimately guided how to enter the residence and recommended local specialty restaurants. The location is relatively close to the nearest point and can be walked. Overall, I am satisfied with this residence.

民宿離地鐵有一點點的距離。但還算近。從Museo 過去是上坡。拉行李會有點累。民宿裡面很舒適。Host也很親切。老先生不會英文。民宿附近環境就比較接地氣一些。早餐沒有蛋。但糕點非常好吃。很喜歡。房間很舒適，有個小冰箱。但也有老公寓的問題，水壓不足和熱水來的比較慢。要注意民宿7點關門。晚到就進不來了。另外就是wifi有點差。然後手機訊號也差。整體來說還是滿意的。重點：附近有一家小雜貨店。一瓶二升的水賣我1歐元。同樣的水之後在超市買，只要0.3歐。但民宿附近好像沒有大超市。 The location is a bit of distance from Museo station, especially if u carry luggage’s. It is uphill from the station. The B&B inside is very comfortable, so is the room. The breakfast does not have eggs, but the pastries are delicious. Many different varieties. The wifi somehow is slow and weak. The cell phone signal is weak as well. Overall, I have a good stay in this B&B

The biggest surprise of this trip was the hotel's two handsome front desk staff who were incredibly enthusiastic. The first one upgraded us to a corner room (perhaps because I'm a Hilton Diamond member), and the second one helped us arrange a taxi. Both windows in our room offered sea views, and despite being next to a road, the soundproofing was excellent – you could barely hear anything once the windows were closed. However, the location isn't super convenient; it's a 10-minute walk from the subway, so it's more suitable for those who can take taxis.

The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were delightful! The hotel's seafront promenade is currently undergoing renovations. For us, the location was excellent. Close to the opera house and the pier where boats depart for Capri. Our room was very small, and although we were given a superior room, it was the one below the restaurant. Due to poor soundproofing, we could clearly hear the music and every movement of the guests at the table. We were disappointed by the maid, who kept moving the phone, papers, and other items to specific places, despite us constantly removing them from the small nightstand in an effort to save space. On our last day, the bed linen wasn't changed, even though we left a postcard with check marks and, as always, a tip.

Could have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay! Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0. NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level  -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures. The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0. From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too. There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too. I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!

We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to.

The room was kept clean every day, and towels were changed. When I ran out of toilet paper, I called the front desk and they brought some right away. The front desk staff were always friendly. The breakfast was so plentiful that I wondered if there was an extra charge. Half of the breakfast was sweet, the other half was hot*, with ham, cheese, vegetables, and bread for sandwiches. There was fruit juice and a variety of coffees. The menu was the same every day, but it was sufficient. Although it is directly connected to the station, you have to walk through a slightly less crowded area to get from the station to the hotel entrance, so I don't recommend going out too much after dark. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Naples.
