The reception team assisted us professionally, with genuine smiles and confidence, especially Jociell, Sarra, and Supriya. We would like to give special recognition to Jociell for being very informative about the hotel’s facilities and amenities. She attentively answered all our questions and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we entered our room, we were impressed by its cleanliness and excellent features. The room was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of selections. The restaurant staff specially susi ( sorry if i mentioned the name wrong) and the chef for chef in live egg station that day, were very attentive and regularly checked on us to ensure everything was satisfactory. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Swissôtel to our friends and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

From the moment we contacted JW Marriott Marquis Dubai before our trip until the day we checked out, the service was outstanding. We had requested a baby crib in advance, and the team went above and beyond by surprising our daughter with balloons, a personalized coloring book, and adorable camel plush toys. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. Every evening, we returned to chocolate-covered dates in our room, and the hotel even prepared little surprises for the parents as well. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, plenty of closet space, a comfortable sofa, excellent amenities, and a fantastic view. What impressed us most was the genuine care and attention to detail from the staff. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

I recently stayed at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences and unfortunately my experience started with a very poor first impression. During check-in, we were not carrying our original IDs and presented a soft copy instead, which was initially refused. After a long discussion, they finally accepted my soft copy along with the physical driving license of the second guest, even though the reservation was not under her name. The whole process felt inconsistent and unnecessarily complicated. What disappointed me even more was that our luggage was mistakenly delivered to another room. It took the staff almost an hour to locate our bags and finally deliver them to us, which was very frustrating after arriving tired from travel. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and the valet parking service was very professional and convenient. However, because of the check-in issues and luggage mishandling, my overall first impression of the stay was not good.

The rooms were generally good, but it was incredibly noisy, making it completely unsuitable for a business trip. Every night, I could hear loud club music. One night was particularly outrageous; at 11 PM, the banquet hall downstairs was still blasting music for a party that the entire hotel could hear. When I called to complain, they said it was a wedding and would be over in 15 minutes, showing a complete disregard for other guests' comfort. We had two twin rooms booked, but were given king-sized beds instead, and the hotel refused to acknowledge their mistake. Even after we repeatedly expressed our dissatisfaction and showed them our English booking confirmation (for twin rooms), they still insisted we contact our booking agent. We finally compromised and got an extra bed, but by then it was already 2 AM.

I was worried about the bad comments after making the quick reservation. The price was not the best but being close to metro station was my reason of choice. The welcoming was really nice even I do not understand the hindulish. The room was quite but you will hear planes landing all the time if you are on 6th floor. The kettl and irone did not work but it was late to ask for a new one to drink tea or ironing. The hair drier was hidden under the table , the room was freezing cold even I turned off the AC. The room was moderate in clean but the room needs restoration which is very low than Ramada standarts. I am happy with staying here but it deserves more interest.

Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel. Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot. Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.

(There are two exits on one side; one leads to the second floor, requiring a short walk, while the other opens directly onto the hotel's side entrance on the ground floor.) There's a free government-run bus service outside the hotel to Yas Island/Louvre, which you can board with a ticket. Currently, it runs once a day. ② Room facilities: Quite old, feels like it hasn't been well-maintained since it was built a long time ago. There are many guests, usually families, and the elevators are insufficient. You often have to wait a long time (there are elevators on two sides, and the one for long-term guests on higher floors can go down). ③ Other: A 500 AED cash deposit is required upon check-in. Before getting your deposit back, you'll need to allow 10 minutes for a room inspection. I recommend taking photos at check-in to document the room's condition. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to attractions, but it needs to be booked a day in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. I originally booked this hotel for its convenient location to catch the free bus to Abu Dhabi, but it's really quite dated. If you're considering it for the same reason, I'd suggest looking at other hotels nearby, as there are plenty of options within walking distance.

From my room, I could even see the Dubai Frame, which made it feel extra special. The location couldn’t be better. It’s so easy to get around the city from here, whether you’re exploring or heading out for dinner. And having a mall connected to the hotel was honestly the best part. It made everything so convenient and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.
