The small courtyard is ok as a whole, most of the flowers are decorated with plastic flowers, the corridor room is clean, the room area is large enough, the bed is hard, the pillow is high, the water is bottled water to use a cup to put water to drink, I think bottled water is convenient and hygienic. The bath water is a bit small, not too powerful. Toiletries are in bags from brand Adolf. It is very convenient to drive to the Garden Expo Park for 8 minutes.

Stayed here for the second time, the service is as good as before. The train station and subway station are right next to it, and the location is extremely convenient. Apartment-style hotel, the room is large and spacious. Open the window, the green lake nearby, combined with the high-rise buildings in the distance, is pleasing to the eye. Washing machines and refrigerators are all available, so you don't have to worry about having no place to wash clothes when you stay for a few days on a business trip. The location is easy to find, and it's quick to order takeout or go downstairs for dinner. The elevator is a one-stop self-service check-in, which is safe and convenient. I have recommended it to my colleagues.

*** is old and not very good at operating the applet. It took him a while to get into the house (it is actually quite simple, but it is mainly because *** is impatient and finds it troublesome. He used to get in by swiping his card, but now he has no patience after all the trouble). The room is big enough and fully equipped. What a lovely washing machine. I often travel on business and have stayed in many rooms with washing machines, but this is the first time I have used one. It is quite easy to use. I give it a thumbs up. The view from the window is great. I also like the view. It is very close to Suzhou North Station, just cross the road, which is very convenient (a taxi to Pingjiang Road costs less than 30 yuan).

I had a really good experience overall. The hotel is convenient, comfortable, clean and absolutely beautiful. What I loved most is how the whole property has a very classic Chinese feel. With the traditional architecture, beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel and free access to Panmen Garden, it genuinely felt like I had stepped into an old Chinese dynasty. Such a unique atmosphere. The service was also generally good. I enjoyed the Wu Gong Hanfu experience. The staff were helpful and the photographer had really food skills and knew how to capture the photos nicely. My main downside would be the language barrier. I would expect an international hotel chain like Pan Pacific to have more English speaking staff at least basic English. It was sometimes difficult to request simple amenities. I called housekeeping but the call was transferred to reception staff and the reception staff also had difficulty communicating in English so getting a simple request sorted out become quite challenging. Other than that, everything was great. 👍

This sense of ease and peace is enough to soothe the fatigue of any journey. The dining experience is equally impressive, with the restaurant's signature Huaiyang cuisine being an absolute highlight. When my husband cut his hand, the front desk staff immediately offered alcohol wipes and a plaster. Staying at this hotel made it very convenient to get to nearby tourist attractions; a taxi ride typically took about 15 minutes, and subway access was also very easy.

I've stayed here many times and each time has been great. The location is also very convenient, with a subway station just a short walk away. The breakfast was plentiful, and all the staff were very courteous. I will definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn (Wuzhong) again for my future business trips to Suzhou. However, you might want to check the shower in room 1020; sometimes the hot and cold water are unstable, and a metal clip on the showerhead is loose and falls off with a touch.

It blends Italian light luxury with traditional Suzhou gardens, with every step in the courtyard revealing a new beautiful scene, creating an amazing atmosphere. Jinji Lake is right outside, and it's super convenient to get to Suzhou Center. The room is very spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It's fully equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and quality toiletries. I have to specially praise our butlers, Shaoyao and Shiliu! They proactively reached out before check-in, and during our stay, any questions we had were answered instantly. Their response to our needs was incredibly fast. They thoughtfully informed us about all the hotel benefits and offered recommendations for local attractions. Their service felt genuine, full of thoughtful details, and truly heartwarming. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the noodles at the Su Mian Fang were very authentic. The hotel also provides complimentary snacks and ice cream. Strolling through the gardens in the evening was particularly pleasant. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience, and it's a hotel I would definitely book again.
