Very satisfied. The room's large windows are beautiful, and the size is quite large for Europe. The location is also great. The amusement park is downstairs, the Pink Cinema is a few minutes away, and the Seaview Library is a 20-minute walk. The Little Mermaid and New Harbor require a subway ride, but they're not far either. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Service: Excellent. We ordered takeout but didn't receive cutlery. The front desk immediately provided us with cutlery, plates, and other utensils. They even said they didn't have chopsticks and offered us fruit and cookies.

Everything was great, and if you go in the summer, you can even enjoy coffee outdoors with a sea view. We went in winter, so all we saw was snow. Plus, the wind at night was really strong and cold. Some people were even taking a dip in the sea and using a sauna by the beach!

It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage and use the pool even after check-out. The rooms are very well soundproofed, and the bedding is high quality. The welcome was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive. The opening hours for both breakfast, the fitness room, and the pool are very generous.

The room is clean enough and a little bit small but there is enough space to spend to chill after long sightseeing. The wall is thin so we can listen to the noise from other rooms. There are not so many amenities, even no fridge and kettle. But there is free water in the lobby, and you can also order paid drinks there.

The building entrance and the reception areas are impressive. The receptionist is very welcoming. But the room itself feels like a cheap motel. Neet, but cheap. Not worth the price. Beds sound like a camp bed, but it feels ok. The shower is just in the same area as a toilet, and for the shower you stand right on the floor, the same floor as a toilet. Coffee/tea amenities: two cheap cups, and normal two coffee,sugar,creamer. Interestingly that coffee has a label of the hotel, but not cups. Lights are not enough in the room, it feels dark. And there is no central turning on/off switch for light in the room. You need to turn on/off each and every light manually. No hair dryer. There is no separate shampoo. It's just all in one soap+shampoo liquid. Leaving your luggage/bags after checkout is not for free. They have lockers, which you need to pay for. The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, and not a lot of options. The location is good. Not far away from the center. And there were no city views from my room, but it said so when booking. And there is a small gym inside.

Perfect hotel in my opinion. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Room was really nice, couldn’t hear any noise from outside or other rooms. I emailed them saying it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they left a note in the room and even put balloons up. Staff were helpful and they hold luggage. Would stay here again if I come back.

I was very happy with the excellent value for money. The location was a 4 not a 5 as it was a little bit away from the centre, but very close to Tivoli.

I had a fantastic stay at the Imperial Hotel in Copenhagen. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and everything was well-equipped. The service was excellent and breakfast was delicious with a great variety. If you are driving, I highly recommend using the hotel’s own parking – it’s convenient, safe, and makes the whole stay much easier.

At check in I bought breakfast for 2 for the next morning. I was charged by mistake both for the room and the breakfast (I had forgotten that I already had paid for the room when I booked it app. 6 months ago) Next morning I found out that I had already paid and the money was paid back with an excuse! The breakfast was below expectation. At 09:00 the bread I preferred was missing. I ask for more, but the reply was that this was not available anylonger. The shower was difficult to adjust and not user friendly! However, I will come back next time I go to CPH with little luggage and just need to sleep.

Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, National Museum of Denmark, New Harbor, Christiansborg Palace, Amalienborg Palace and many more. What makes this Hostel stood out is the amenities where travellers could meet and have fun. There are bars, billiards, beer pongs, and other activities that the guests even solo traveller could have fun. This also offers opportunities to meet local people and other tourists nearby.
