Just stayed in this hotel, I haven't checked out, I can't help but talk about it. 1. The so-called Morandi color swimming pool, which is too stingy, similar to domestic hotels in the 1990s. Little Red Book claims to be ”I haven't been here before, I haven't been to Brisbane.” You can say this kind of crap, how much money you have collected, haha 2. Room facilities are ok, with electric curtains. It's just the same photo fraud. If you know how much I look forward to living here, it's the same as an ordinary hotel with more than 800 yuan. Why should I pay double the price? Who makes money is easy! 3. The ceiling and balcony are all cement floor paint. You can say that it is industrial style, but it is indeed low cost and not worth his price. 4. The parking space is $ 25 a night? It only cost $ 1.8 an hour to park by the side of the hotel, and it was free after 10pm to 7am. 5. The only good location is the location, there are many shops you want to visit, davidjones is just opposite, it is very convenient. After vomiting, I hope you do n’t spend money on thunder, just watched Ctrip, many good hotels are only 800.1000, you can watch the beautiful night view of Brisbane, you do n’t have to stick to the net red hotel.

I chose to stay on the first day of my birthday. The hotel is better than I expected. I booked a city-view room at first, but later I thought the pool view was great and I wanted to change it. I would like to say that Ctrip's customer service attitude is good and has been helping to solve it, but it may not be very efficient, and it can not be guaranteed to change, but I still want to give praise to the customer service and patient attitude. Finally, I called the hotel to communicate my needs in the past, and I got the room type I wanted. The overall impression of the Hotel Calile is very good, especially the swimming pool, the swimming and camera experience is super nice! In the future Brisbane will choose to live here and will recommend it to friends.

Nested in a nice location in between the botanical garden and city centre. Food variety and replenish rate can be better at the lounge area during peak periods over the weekends. Can ask for hot chocolate and omelette which area not on display (nice touch) Water pressure for the showers can be higher. Besides that, everything else is great!

The location of the hotel is very convenient - 10 min walk away from the convention centre. The train station and bus station is nearby and the walk to the nearby turbocat makes the hotel in a prime location for transport. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. Although I check in early and the rooms were not ready, they were nice to allow us to use the facilites on the 21st floor to relax and shower. Also on the 21st floor is the rooftop bar which has the best views of South bank and the skyline. The Vista King Suite was a huge room with large bathroom sitting area and the bed was super comfortable. It took me awhile to find the door, which was hidden behind a glass door enclosure to block out noise. Housekeeping was efficient and meticulous. Breakfast was either in the cafe on G/F or the 21st floor. Servings were hearty and filling from the a la carte menu.
- Chyllax
The location of the hotel is literally next to the train and bus stations - this is the best part of our hotel stay. Housekeeping can be improved because there is dust on top of the coffee machine and table tops, both upon check-in and after each subsequent housekeeping every other day. Also, our request for more body wash was not fulfilled, creating some inconvenience. Such a service standard is not in line with a good class hotel. We went to Sydney after Brisbane, and the housekeeping standard of our Sydney hotel is much better. So, we have a comparison basis. Notwithstanding the feedback above, we are satisfied with our stay at Emporium Hotel, South Bank. Thanks.

The Pullman is reliably good and the location is good except for a long walk. If the bus that transfers passengers from Brisbane International to Brisbane Domestic was to stop near the hotel it would save a long walk from the domestic terminal. Pleasant stay but a pricey hotel based on airport monopoly.
- Ken and Sharon QLD
Good experience at check-in - we arrived at 2am and left immediately the next morning for an early flight. Location is superb - right next to the domestic terminal. View of the room was good too, looking at the airport.

Living Room bar is a must to visit !! Tony and his colleagues were super hospitable, mixed us most of the menu items, and our favourites were the Beet-ness and Espresso 2.0. We stayed for only the one night on the 19th floor and thought the view at night was great. Waking up to see so much of Brisbane in the morning was a real surprise. Breakfast Buffet menu options were vast, however we chose from the à la carte menu paired with some fantastic coffees to start the day.

We are very happy to stay and enjoy the swimming pool very much, and very impressed with you can make your own fresh juice for breakfast. All the staff were very helpful. Great position to walk around in the city.

We returned to The Star Grand Brisbane for the final leg of our trip, and once again, it did not disappoint. From the stylish, comfortable rooms to the friendly and professional staff, everything about this hotel makes it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The facilities are excellent, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location is ideal for enjoying everything Brisbane has to offer. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after our travels. One small downside: the complimentary snack and drink bar, while a nice touch, wasn’t refilled during our 2-night stay. It would’ve been great to see that refreshed, especially since we were staying more than one night. Hopefully that’s something they’ll consider improving. That said, it didn’t overshadow the overall experience. We truly enjoy staying here and will absolutely be back again. Highly recommended!
- mangoseller
Love my 3 nights stay, the bed and the room was very comfortable. The only draw back is to find a parking space when you hire a car cuz the star parking is expensive at $45 per one time in and out nit unlimited in and out. The other drawback is no buffet breakfast. The location is very convenient, easy to get to the city and to find food and supermarket (within walking distance). The amenities like pool, steam room, sauna, sky deck and gym are great. Overall value wise I think is too pricey for no parking and no breakfast.

Very new hotel, so the facilities are not complete yet. The street facing the hotel gate cannot be used for pick-up and drop-off, so you have to walk a short distance to reach the pick-up and drop-off point. People with mobility problems or elderly people should pay attention. There is no phone in the room, so I can't contact the front desk. I'm not sure if it will be installed in the future. The heating equipment is a bit faulty, and the temperature only stays at 21 degrees at most. If the weather is warm, this is not a problem.
- Vi Vii
It's a great apartment-style hotel in the heart of Brisbane. I wonder if there are other floors that aren't used as hotels, but I saw several people with large dogs walking in and out of the lobby. The kitchen is also quite well-equipped with an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, cutlery, pots, pans, and more—perfect for making your own meals!

Fortunately, I came back early to the hotel. It suddenly rained heavily outside. The ground traffic felt blocked a lot. This rain was the same as falling. What can you see from the balcony on a rainy day? The river view is still different

Check-in convenience: Having to wait for someone to arrive at work before checking in was inconvenient. Facilities: Comprehensive, but this depends on the room; amenities may vary depending on the room. The apartment is quite nice, though the location is a bit out of the way.

First and foremost, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's incredibly convenient for transportation and very close to the city center and major attractions, making getting around a breeze. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. The hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy, and the lobby is spacious and bright. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and courteous; they proactively greet guests every time, making you feel right at home. Check-in and check-out were also incredibly efficient, with virtually no waiting time, making the entire process very smooth. The room layout is well-designed, offering ample space and excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, fully equipped, and the toiletries were of good quality. What pleasantly surprised me most was the excellent soundproofing in the room – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, allowing for a truly peaceful rest. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, catering to all tastes. The servers were also very attentive, proactively asking if guests needed assistance, which left a very positive impression. I also had the chance to experience the hotel's gym and swimming pool this time. Both were well-equipped and well-maintained, with a very clean and relaxing environment. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable and quiet, perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. In summary, this is a high-quality hotel with excellent service, complete facilities, and a beautiful environment. I highly recommend it for both business trips and family vacations. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

I recently had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Brisbane. The overall experience was delightful, starting with the warm and friendly check-in process. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with a range of options to suit all tastes. The service in the dining area was efficient and attentive, making for a great start to each day. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to explore Brisbane's attractions. I highly recommend the Marriott Brisbane for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.
