The location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend.

The hotel is located right across from the Guggenheim Museum, with the breakfast restaurant facing the museum – a prime location. The facilities are good, and the rooms are spacious, but the air conditioning only cools; it gets very cold at night, and the rooms are too damp without it. The bathroom lacks an exhaust fan, resulting in poor ventilation, and the bathroom and bedroom are very damp after showering. The staff are quite polite.

Good location as it is just next to train station and metro station. Located in the shopping region. With 5 star standard. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and big.

Everything was perfect, good service at reception, excellent room, they upgraded it and my requests were attended to, phew, I am totally satisfied, very good and if I return to Bilbao we will repeat.

Although it is a single room, the area is not small. The hotel has a first-class location, right next to the airport bus station, on the small square, and convenient to go everywhere. You can walk to the old town and the museum river. However, although this hotel is a five-star hotel, it does not have a swimming pool. The breakfast is expensive at 26 euros and is relatively simple (by five-star standards).

Новый отель, рядом с центром. Чисто номера. Вежливый персонал. Но у меня списали с карты без разрешения повторно деньги за бронирование, которое я уже оплатила. И получила деньги только на следующий день . Очень неприятно, я осталась на двое суток без денег. 

Blindly selected hotel, not bad Service: polite, warm Parking: no own parking lot, you can park in a nearby public parking lot after unloading your luggage at the hotel, it costs about 20 euros until the next day, which seems to be a common situation for local hotels;

Loved this hotel. Staff were very friendly and were very good to help me with a lost phone in a taxi. Rooms are good and had food once at the hotel, which was very nice. It is in a good location and near all business and tourist attractions.

Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind. My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest
