I was a bit worried, but I found the hotel entrance quickly. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke Japanese, which was a relief. It's an incredible price considering Hong Kong's small size. The location is great! It's perfect for a place to stay just for sightseeing. If you're shopping and have a lot of luggage, you can just drop it off, take a short break, and then head out again... It's the best! The building itself is old, so some people might like it, but it's well-kept, and there's space under the bed to store suitcases and other items, and there's not a speck of dust on the ground! I was able to blend in with the locals and enjoy the authentic Hong Kong experience! (Though it might not be for those with a germaphobia,) I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique Hong Kong experience. You enter a password when entering the accommodation gate and when entering your room, so it's very safe.

The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. They even helped me with my luggage when I moved rooms. Sometimes people would smoke indoors, but the landlady made an effort to stop it. Thank you. Small is the expectation in an area as centrally located as this in Hong Kong. Good service, safe and comfortable place to sleep - thank you!

The boss is a handsome guy, very enthusiastic, because of pneumonia, check out early, he gave a refund without saying a word. The area of the hotel is about 150 square meters and there are 8 rooms. Although the rooms are not too big, you should have them all. They are clean and clean. The mattresses and pillows are similar to those of a 4-star hotel, which is very comfortable. As an established five-star hotel, I was pleased to find that the shower wasn't the kind where you have to stand in a bathtub, which I often encountered during previous stays in Hong Kong. 2. The bathroom has a direct drinking water tap, and the water tastes good, so I could easily refill my mineral water bottles. 3. There's a luggage rack in the room, which saves you from bending over to access your suitcase. 4. Hooks on both sides of the bathroom door are very convenient, and the toilet is a smart bidet model. ## Cleanliness The room was spotless and tidy, very satisfied. ## Environment 1. The location is excellent, near the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR Exit P2 and close to the Shangri-La Hotel. I feel this hotel offers better value for money. From my room, 719, I could look down and see the dining area on the 3rd floor, which was quite interesting and cleverly designed. 2. It's also close to the Hong Kong Museum of History, Hong Kong Science Museum, and Victoria Harbour. ## Service The service was excellent. The doorman promptly opened the door, the front desk attendant spoke fluent Mandarin, the concierge was enthusiastic, and the ladies maintaining the restrooms in the 3rd-floor common area were all very kind. ## Overall This was a very satisfying stay, without a single flaw. I will definitely choose The Royal Garden Hotel again on my next visit to Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

Mong Kok's travel ceiling! Royal Plaza Hotel made my entire Hong Kong trip comfortable and healing. I stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel throughout my self-guided trip to Hong Kong, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I simply must write a detailed review. The room was cleaned daily by dedicated staff, with impeccable hygiene control. The entire room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. The butler service was highly responsive and efficient; when I needed cutlery, it was delivered to the room instantly, which was very thoughtful. Every evening, I like to relax with a bath. The bathtub was clean and odorless. After a tiring day of travel, a hot bath washed away all the fatigue. Downstairs, there's direct access to Mui Wah Bing Tang, offering authentic Hong Kong-style food readily available and delicious, making dining out extremely convenient. What surprised me most was the location: the hotel is seamlessly connected to Grand Century Place, and Mong Kok East Station is right outside. Taking the MTR to major popular spots like Ocean Park, Disneyland, Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Causeway Bay was a breeze, with no need to worry about transportation. In Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, the rooms are spacious and wide, providing maximum comfort, suitable for both family trips and solo travelers. Two small, heartwarming suggestions for the hotel's improvement: Currently, the cutlery and bowls provided are a bit small. It was slightly inconvenient when I occasionally cooked Samyang Buldak noodles at night. If larger instant noodle bowls could be added, it would better cater to the needs of young guests. Also, if a stainless steel caddy could be installed on the bathtub, allowing for a glass of wine, aromatherapy, or a book while bathing, the ambiance and experience would be even better. Overall, it's impeccable. Hardware, service, and location are all top-notch. I will prioritize choosing this hotel again for my next trip to Hong Kong. I sincerely recommend it to all visitors to Hong Kong!

I stayed for three nights. On the first day, my flight was delayed by 4 hours, and I arrived at 4 AM. The front desk staff was on duty and processed my check-in quickly. The room had a direct drinking water tap, which was a nice touch. The room was also relatively spacious, and the windowsill had a soft padded cushion where you could sit or lie down. The bedding was a down comforter. Controls for lighting, air conditioning, and curtains were all push-button style, located on the bedside table, which was convenient. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Causeway Bay MTR Station Exit F1, very close to SOGO, and there are many dining options nearby. The hotel's Regal Palace restaurant is also outstanding.

This time, I was given a room on the top floor. The air conditioning was quite noisy, and the soundproofing wasn't great. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. They don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or combs, so you'll need to bring your own. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Jordan Station Exit D. You can also easily walk to Donki and Victoria Harbour from the hotel. I often choose to stay here when I'm in town for concerts at the Hong Kong Coliseum or to visit the Xiqu Centre in West Kowloon, as it's all within walking distance.

I chose this hotel because I was traveling with my mother, and she has some mobility issues. Considering everything, it was a great choice. It's super convenient for getting around, with restaurants, supermarkets, snack shops, and shopping all right outside. The metro and airport shuttle are also incredibly close, just a 2-3 minute walk away. The room was spacious enough to open two 26-inch suitcases and a smaller one, and it even had a mini-fridge. The only downside was that there's only one elevator that goes through the entire building, so you might have to wait during peak hours. But honestly, for this price and location, I think that's a minor detail worth overlooking! 🤣

The main advantage is its excellent location for getting around, being close to the University of Hong Kong and my child's dorm. This is especially convenient for older guests, as both walking and taking public transport are easy. The surrounding small restaurants and coffee shops offer great food, and the hotel's daily breakfast was very light and tasty. Getting to and from the airport, or going shopping in Central to see the sea view, is super convenient by MTR or bus (the picture below shows the sea view near IFC in Central). From a budget-friendly perspective, it offers great value for money.

Although we didn't get a twin room, the front desk attendant found a room with a 2-meter king-size bed for us, so kudos to her! 👍 We stayed on the 16th floor for four nights, and our housekeeper, Sister Ling, was incredibly friendly. That day, it was pouring rain, and I was resting in my room 😴.
