Facilities: Complete facilities Service: At first, we didn’t expect that we could only go to one amu*****t park a day. We wanted to visit two amu*****t parks on the same day and communicated with the hotel to get a perfect solution. Thank you lady for being so considerate. Environment: The room faces the paradise, and there is a happy atmosphere as soon as you open your eyes. There will also be characters taking photos in the lobby! Fans were ecstatic, but it was a pity that Tom and Jerry were not photographed.

very good! ! ! What a luxurious hotel. The service staff are super friendly. They not only introduce the hotel services in detail, but also lead the way to the room. The hotel has all the facilities. You can ride camels and kayaks for free. There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool and a beach. It is so good that I can’t bear to leave. Highly recommended! !

Currently staying here in room 550 (beautiful room and view) and we are Abu Dhabi converts. Came here to visit family and they recommended this hotel in Saadiyat and it has exceeded our expectations. Whilst we have noticed standards slipping around the world, St Regis Saadiyat pays attention to the aspects of a resort stay that make all the difference. Service is friendly, warm, efficient and attentive without being over the top. Food is delicious, beach is beautiful and despite the heat service is wonderful. Things like ice lolly’s and cold fruit are offered regularly. Water with ice and towels come efficiently which has not been happening in other top resorts as it used to. The hotel is conveniently located but Abu Dhabi itself is very easy to get around and do as little or as much as you’d like to do with ease. A fairly big resort but walkable so no buggies needed to get around (much to my sons disappointment!) Breakfast has changed now from 1pm to 11am so be aware. The spread is plentiful and beautiful as you’d expect. Special shout out to Kyle and Anuradh and all the friendly staff. Kids club has a fun little splash pool area. Kids can have fun for a couple of hours easily. Would be nice to see a few more planned activities but staff again are friendly and fun. We will be sure to return and have already recommended it to friends. Already planning to return next year! We hope the standards will remain. We were choosing between Jumeirah Saadiyat and Rixos but glad we chose here. Hope to see you again next year ❤️

To be honest... This is heaven. If you look after relaxation, this is the place to be! The best island of the country (Maldives feeling), so peaceful and relaxing, the sea is transparent, you can have nice walk near the hotel without any constructing around... The hotel is perfect, the breakfast has a lot of variety from vegan to ice cream to avocado toast station... I love the pool, the lobby, the architecture, the bathrub in the room!!! i am dreaming about coming back already!

It's a wonderful hotel. The majority of guests are Europeans. The breakfast is rich and the kids' club is very intimate. I have a lot of luggage, and there is no need to worry about language problems. It's easy to access.

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. The newly opened hotel apartment has a great environment and is especially suitable for a family to live in a large room together. The two-bedroom room is really spacious, has three bathrooms, and is very clean and tidy. But the sea view is not particularly perfect because there are some buildings under construction in the sea. At the same time, as a newly opened hotel, some facilities are broken, such as the window door handles and door stops. In addition, the hotel apartment shares a breakfast area with the InterContinental Hotel. The InterContinental Hotel is really old and the restaurant is really crowded. It takes 10 minutes to walk there every time. The scenery along the way is still very beautiful.

When I enter the room, the condition was the best ever I have experienced with other hotel in the world. I understood why a lot of travelers insist the 5-star hotel and especially Hilton. Location is really nice and the benefits is amazing. I enjoyed a lot of things such as ferrari world, beach club where is located in front of hilton hotel, private spa and other theme park for free !!!!!! And all staff in this hotel was trying to remember my name. It was so impressive for me and touched :) I am so thankful that it made my day for 2 nights and 3 days. Even thought I am lining in AD, I felt like that I was traveling in other foreign country. I will come back again in 3 months exactly for my new year vacation.

Me and my wife stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights to escape the hustle and bustle in Dubai. From the moment we crossed the entrance to the time we left we felt completely cocooned and pampered by the team and by the silence of the place. In fairness , you do get better experiences of a Desert Hotel in the UAE but for the short drive it was fine. Your views from the villa with pool are not really unobstructed as you will see one or the other shelter or building in the close distance but it is okay. However the desert around the edge of the villa wasn’t the cleanest and our short proximity to the horse stalls meant that we had a good time of smelling the same which was not really nice. On top of that the pool was quite the treat for all kinds of birds , especially pigeons. And not only are they drinking from the water but also do their business in the water which can be disgusting, but they are cleaning the pools every morning to minimize this. However we wish to have used the pool longer time. I know it’s nature but compared to other hotels of this kind it is not as bad as here. The Spa is fantastic and the treatments have been wonderful and well done. Also the facilities have been great to use including their snow cave which was a change from the norm. The food at the breakfast and at the in room dining where absolutely exquisit and well balanced. We did not visit any restaurant also because most of them were closed due to limited amount of guest which is reasonable. But in room dining was as good as being in the restaurant. On top of all the team made our stay complete. All staff were super helpful , always a smile and came up with suggestions we did not had in mind but ended up using. E.g in villa breakfast which we ordered by WhatsApp with our butler Jaouad. Jaouad was great and always there if you need him even on his day off. For us the staff made up for most of the flaws we encountered and we wish to come back asap.
