The room was good, but the first time I stayed in such a hotel, it was actually a homestay, but it was quite good. The room was very large. However, I still recommend that you don't go to Santorini in the winter. The service industry has stopped. It can be said that eating has become a problem here.

The room is large, uncovered in front, and it is beautiful to watch the sunset. Be sure to check in at the information desk of Oia Bus Station. There will be service staff to bring to the room, do not find it yourself. Check-in time is 1:00.

The staff was really nice and friendly, had plenty of options in their breakfast range ( from vegans to non vegans, all), rooms were neat & tidy and the sea view was incredible. 30 mins walking distance from fira, though the hotel provide free shuttle around the day. Definitely recommend! Will visit again.

Stay is good but room is really small for 2 person. Shower wasn’t great coz could not control the water temperature. The services were great. Very helpful upon checked-in and out. The staff helped to area our luggage to the room. They were skillful coz the walking steps can be challenging. The view is spectacular outside our room. Quiet corner which we get to enjoy our breakfast outside the room.

The hotel is perched at the highest point in Fira town. Carrying our luggage up was quite a strenuous task, so I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel. The fare from the airport is a fixed 40 Euros. The hotel's facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and loungers were incredibly comfortable, though the pool's daily opening hours were a bit short. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and the 270-degree panoramic balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.

When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded us to two rooms, each with a welcome drink, and then a bottle of champagne and fruit in each room, it feels really good. Breakfast We went to the restaurant to eat, gave a menu, order form, each dish is very large, it is recommended that only one per person is enough. In particular, the hotel's bed is super soft and super comfortable! The only downside is that there is a little distance from the town of Oia, and there is no sunset at the hotel.

I first stayed at this hotel almost 11 years ago, and it was my top choice again for my second visit to Oia. Its location is fantastic, right at the entrance to Oia town, which means you can head out for a stroll daily and effectively avoid the crowds. Despite 11 years passing, nothing about the hotel feels outdated. The lobby is quite small, like a tiny library, and the public areas, guest rooms, and pool are still beautiful. The breakfast restaurant offers a great view, though it's a bit cramped. The food tastes pretty good, the room cleaning is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly!

The service at the front desk and restaurant is absolutely top notch, pretty much the best I have ever experienced. The location of the hotel is also very good in Oia, and the restaurant next to the pool has a great view for breakfast and dinner. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very high. We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service. The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool. Thank you so much Nikki Beach!!! R. Skelton
