Had a good weekend at Sheraton Grand mahabalipuram. Loved the huge garden facing the beach. The pool size is decent. Had Buffet Breakfast and Dinner at the restaurant, which had a good spread of Vegetarian items.

In trip.com I had requested for airport pickup, but Hotel did not turn up and when I called them they said they were not aware. I had to schedule my own after landing. In-room dining they kept calling me to ask if I’ve eaten so that they can send someone to clear the plate. That’s very annoying.

Breakfast is top-notch—you will not find a better one in the area. The hotel's restaurants are also some of the best around. The rooms are spacious and clean. I've traveled to various hotels around the world in my life, and I was very impressed with the ITS Grand Chola. This was my second time staying here, and I plan to come again.

This is definitely the hotel with the best CP value in Chennai. Later I found that the swimming pool was perfect, not too deep, the water was clean, and there was no odor in the changing room, which was a big plus The breakfast options are also diverse and the food is delicious By the way, the hotel also has a piano that can be provided for guests to play. We also played two songs. It was really a big surprise in India where pianos are hard to find.

We went to a conference in Chennai, we stayed in this hotel before, it is converted located, although the shower was broken, one of kind of 5 star hotels in India.

Really not much to complain about this hotel. I was in Chennai on biz, the service was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the food is great and there is a nice bar to catch up with your local partners at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

It is close to the airport, but if there are a lot of customers visiting the industrial complex, it is quite far.

The Hotel is good but below competitors in it’s category. Hotel is very clean. Location could be better since Anna Salai is very crowded and congested road. I had a bad experience with service, especially the F&B team. The gym is okay but way under equipped vs other 5 stars hotel nearby. The Spa is super expensive and doesn’t even have steam or sauna… Breakfast and lunch / diner buffet are average, not many choices.
