The hotel boasts a prime location, situated in a central area, and is housed in a beautiful old building with impeccable taste in every aspect. The restaurant's terrace overlooking the river is also very comfortable. The only downside is that the bed is too small; for such a large room, it would be advisable to make the bed a bit bigger.

The rooms are spacious enough, and the location in the old town is very close to the clock tower, just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

Spacious and luxurious room with huge bathroom. Conveniently located next to public transportation, attractions and shopping. Restaurant at Sky Terrace was overpriced and didn’t taste nice. Restaurant Jack’s at ground floor has nice ambience and serves nice steaks.

This is the best hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is located next to the Federal Palace. After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift.

Good location. Only a few mins walk to the train station. The hotel has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so it's good for people taking long trip who need some clean clothes.
The only downside is the noise, especially if your room faces the street. If you open the window for fresh air, you'll have to deal with construction noise and car noise early in the morning

The room was new and not far from the station. The facilities were clean and tidy. On the second-floor hallway, I smelled cat, so it seems pets are allowed; it was probably left by a previous guest. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, but they charged 90 Swiss Francs for a late check-out, which felt a bit expensive.

This hotel is within walking distance of the train station, and if you pick the right exit, you'll be there in no time. We stored our luggage for three days while we explored, which was really convenient. Great value for money!

Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

The hotel is small but very clean! Also with a balcony Downstairs is the park, very quiet, excellent breakfast! The most important thing is that the boss is an uncle. The spirit of service makes people feel the British housekeeper.

The space was much bigger than I expected and very clean. For the price, it offered incredible value for money compared to other places I've stayed in Europe. There's also a sparkling water and hot water dispenser, and a common room. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
Transportation: The only potential drawback is that reaching the train station requires two transfers, as there's no direct route. The journey, including transfers, takes approximately 25 minutes. Apparently, road construction over the past few months has caused the originally direct routes to be diverted, and it seems these roadworks won't conclude until the end of 2025. When I made my booking, the construction hadn't started, and I only became aware of it upon arrival. If this is a concern for you, I recommend checking Google Maps when you book to confirm whether the roadworks have finished.From€102

I was satisfied, except the room felt a bit stuffy and lacked ventilation, and there was no air conditioning (though you could rent a fan from the front desk with a deposit). However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. All in all, a great stay and staff were well trained and based on my conversations with them, they had been working there for a long time, hence the knowledge and level of service.
