The hotel was a decent stop whilenawaiting the new year countdown and as a transit area. It is walking distance to local attractions and the new year countdown parties. Only set back is you need to walk 3 flights up at least. Toilets are clean and the staffs are very helpful. Basic homey feeling.

After we arrived, the service staff was very enthusiastic and strongly recommended us to go to another hotel, saying that the room was bigger and better, and closer to the tourist attractions. The location is indeed super good, but the hotel is very small, the suitcase can't be put in, and the bed is even smaller, about 90 cm. I feel cheated. . . The service staff is very arrogant. There are no other rooms. They won't change us, and we can't change back to the previous hotel. . How to say it, it's terrible to bring leaders out. This place is suitable for young people to come, go back and fall asleep, and go to the Internet celebrity restaurant to punch in and eat in the morning. In short, this hotel is extreme, the location is extremely good, and the room is extremely bad. You can choose it yourself. I cannot say cause I did not stay in this hotel, they introduced another hotel nearby. Room is so small, location is good.hmm..

The service experience is top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and you can easily communicate with them using a translation app. It definitely meets a five-star standard, even exuding a touch of old-money charm, so you can check in with confidence. Its biggest advantage is the location – it's very close to the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both easily reachable on foot. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, and there's even a Lanzhou Lamian restaurant a few hundred meters away, which is a great option for varying your meals during your trip.

The hotel was quite nice, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 10-12 minute walk from each of them. The staff was friendly and they helped me with the luggage. Breakfast was very good, with a large choice of Turkish food. The only thing they missed was Turkish coffee. Negative sides are that the swimming pool wasn't working in the morning. That was actually the main reason why I chose that hotel, but apparently the pool starts working at 12 o'clock. The other negative is poor sound isolation. I heard my neighbours and everyone walking and talking in the corridor. However, the street sound was eliminated to zero when you close the windows.

When we arrived after midnight the room was not ready and they needed to call the housekeeping to first have the 3rd bed installed. Secondly the room size. It mentions 25m2 but they had difficulty to fit the extra bed next to the double so placed it in front. For the rest it's a great hotel and no complaints but these two topics has influenced negatively our 3 days stay.

This is a perfect place to stay for 2-3 days. The location is superb; the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are within walking distance of the hotel. I would especially like to thank the hotel administrator, Abdullah. He helped us unload and load our luggage, gave us great advice on the best places to visit in Istanbul, and organized an excellent transfer to the airport. If the hotel management is reading this review, I suggest giving Abdullah a bonus. If you haven't decided where to stay yet, I highly recommend it. Not sure why this is a 5-star hotel. The amenities are just okay and the room has more of a 3-star feel. The AC did not work well - we woke up feeling very hot in the middle of the night even though we set the AC to the lowest temperature. On the last night, water was leaking from the ceiling near the AC which just confirmed our experience. We told the concierge and they just put some towels in the ceiling to absorb the water (as a temporary fix?). Hope they permanently fixed it by now.

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views of the Bosphorus and easy access to key areas in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which really enhanced the overall experience. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options. I did face a minor issue during my stay, but thankfully the customer service from Trip.com was very responsive and helpful. They handled the situation quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Good hotel. The staff are responsive. I especially want to commend the guys at the reception who helped me move to another room, and Gonca, the manager, who was very kind in the restaurant. On the downside, the bed linen was old. Also, for some reason, the staff at the spa start kicking everyone out at 9:30 PM, even though the spa is supposed to be open until 10:00 PM.

The rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

This hotel is excellent in terms of location, facilities and overall environment! If the sightseeing needs of the old city are not taken into consideration, I think the hardware conditions provide a better stay experience than the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet. However, the overall service quality is slightly inferior. Every staff member of the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet is extremely warm and friendly, and always greets guests when they meet them; in contrast, the service staff of the Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosphorus is somewhat uneven. It is worth mentioning that the Turkish restaurant in the hotel is excellent, which is undoubtedly an ideal choice for tasting authentic Turkish food.
