The food in the hotel's bar is very good. The room is not very big, but the view and overall facilities are okay. It is between 4 and 5 stars. The only problem was that they forgot to clean our room, even though we didn't go out in the afternoon, they still forgot after reminding the hotel that it could be cleaned. Breakfast is relatively excellent. You cannot hail a taxi at the hotel entrance, but you can walk 2 minutes to the alley entrance to hail a taxi.From€112

In the center of the old town, you can basically go to any tourist attraction within one kilometer. It is very friendly to traveling bosozokus. There is nothing to say about the interior of the hotel. It is almost the same style as Lello Bookstore. Harry Potter is enough. The elevators and guest rooms are a bit Budapest. It feels like a big hotel. The air-conditioning panel in the room is actually touch-screen. It’s very magical~ The service is also good. After arriving, it’s easier to sit and check in. The check-in time is not stuck. There is also a welcome drink. I usually choose the special one. Port wine, and someone knocks on the door every night to deliver chocolates. Maybe the only bad thing is the small alleys on both sides of the hotel, which are basically tobacco shops and bars. Young people gather there at night and make noise, which will probably last until after 2 o'clock. The second floor is being renovated during the stay, which is quite disturbing. Visit the public area on the second floor. If you like retro, you can really try this hotel.From€177

The hotel is probably one of the best in Porto. Unfortunately the online experience had not been pleasant. I realised that I booked a non cancellation stay in advance prior to my trip. When my trip was changed and my Porto is extended from 3 nights to 5 nights. I asked both the agent (Trip/Expedia) and Iater through the hotel for modification of the dates. They refused after several tries. In the end, we decided to forgo one night due to change in air ticket and stayed for the duration of our stay. The remaining nights at Porto. We decided to defer to another hotel. If the hospitality service can be better we would have stay there throughout. This is unfortunate coming from highly recognised hotel here.From€89

Pro: location is good as it is very close to the main station, Trindade. Just 5 mins walk. Also about 12-15 mins to the old town. 3 mins walk to supermarket, My Auchan. Very convenient.
Modern shower and room design, the bed is very comfy with adjustable back support, very thoughtful. TV is big and has many TV channels, with different languages.
Good to have body lotion, and conditioner.
Give a big bottle of water daily, 👍👍
The lobby is very modern and have vending machines to buy drinks.
Cons: room is small, no separation between shower and bed, no privacy at all. The room designed only for couple, not even convenient for parent and child staying in the same room.
No amenities in room, not even tea bags or coffee sachets, no tea mugs, only give 2 paper cups for 3 nights stay.From€62

We checked in, there was no wait, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great touch that the staff member offered to show us a map of Porto and the key things he would recommend doing in the city.
I can’t stress enough just what an excellent location this hotel is in, no public transport is required. All the key sights are within a short walking distance. It is also very walkable from the train station.
The room was great, with adequate lighting, a huge TV and some excellent shower products. The bed was relatively firm and comfortable.
We enjoyed breakfast for the 3 nights. There had been a miscommunication about the price of this, however, the hotel manager was very helpful in rectifying this via email communication after the stay.
The young female staff member we engaged with for breakfast each morning was also very friendly, warm yet professional.
As IHG Platinum members we decided to try this Hilton property and were not disappointed. It was excellent from start to finish and the prompt reply and rectification from the hotel manager is testament to the care, detail and excellent management of this property. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Porto.From€92

I liked the most among European hotels I went to this time on my honeymoon.
It's a small but lovely and very pretty hotel.
When I was curious, it was said that it was built in 1829, but it is in excellent condition. It was rather antique and very good.
When you open the window, the view is so pretty as if it were in a fairy tale.
In the plaza in front, they perform performances, and they are gathered right in front of the bar restaurant, so the location is the best.
If I go back to Porto, I will definitely stay at this hotel!!

The location is convenient. Many popular attractions can be reached within a 15-minute walk. It is next to the road, but the room is also very quiet. Although the hotel is not located in the heart of the city centre, but it is not far either on foot or taxi, with good value for money.

The roof-top bar is rather small and strangely located, as I have to come down to the reception and go back up the other lift.

The hotel is very beautiful and elegant, the location is perfect to walk to the main attractions, because it is located in the Ribeira area just a few steps from the Douro River walk where you can find bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The monuments are all accessible by foot, the area also contains stops of metro and tram. The airport is about 15/20 minutes by car.
In the vicinity of the hotel there are 2 large parking facilities, one very expensive cover (about €54 per day), while the other along the river coast at about €27 per day.
We had a problem with the electronic opening of the room door at the arrival and, to not let us wait, they upgraded us by assigning us a Junior Suite instead of a marriage. The room was large and comfortable, the comfortable bed with 2 couchs for choice.
Isolation is good even if the room looks on the main road very trafficked.
There is the possibility to leave your baggage after check-out at €1,00/cad.From€62

A decent hotel but was disappointed that on arrival I paid an additional 30 Euros for a room with a balcony, its a pity I was informed that they expected it to rain for the whole duration of my stay, I unfortunately couldnt use the balcony at any point due to it being wet all he time, what a waste of money!!!!!From€78
