Absolutely love the hotel. Santhosh has been very helpful and provides excellent service. It’s right inside city palace and has the most amazing lake view. Highly recommended! The room we stayed in was so beautiful and comfortable we extended one more night.

Rooms are good but very less staff available in hotel hence every-time you have to look for staff to serve you. Behavior of staff is good and cooperative. Food is expensive. Location of lake pichola is not 330 meters it's appx 2 km from here.

It was about a 15 minute drive from Udaipur City Station (about 130 rupees by Uber) and was part of the Blue Jay Resort located between the lakes. The inside of the building was clean and the room was a dormitory, but the shared shower was separate (the toilet was separate and shared), as well as curtains and lockers (padlocks required). The accommodation I had originally booked was fully booked, so I asked Trip.com to arrange a replacement. They responded very sincerely and quickly. I learned the reason why he rose to prominence in the travel industry. The accommodation and gardening were good, and the price was within an acceptable range. thank you!

Right in the middle of lake with beautifully decorated rooms with marble. Big lavish bathroom with huge tub and shower. We were upgraded to historical heritage suit with attractive lake facing royal sitting arrangement.common areas were befitting to a palace and the staff was highly trained. The hotel that is really in the city palace complex needs to use the hotel's pass card to enter and exit the gate of the palace complex. The lobby, restaurant and bar are the main building of the hotel. However, it is slightly shabby, and the corners of the old facilities have mold spots and poor sound insulation. The hardware conditions are fantastic. It is a palace of ancient nobles. It can be described as luxurious and displays many ancient artifacts. Invincible lake view! A mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival.
The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise.
The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops.

The most comfortable area in Udaipur is undoubtedly around Lake Pichola. I chose the most beautiful hotel with lake view from the website. It arrived at 5pm. The waiter led me across the courtyard to the room. This white hotel and beautiful decoration everywhere made me overjoyed. But the bigger surprise is still behind. The roof of the hotel is a huge platform with a swimming pool, a tea table and a dining table. Checked in this hotel late but the front desk lady gave the warm hospitality ( as the picture in our room), she also helps lots about taxi arrangement. Because some Dudu car asked over price for us.

They are charging 20 Rs. mineral water at 100 Rs. per bottle 5 times higher than the actual price even though the MRP mentioned on the bottle is 20 Rs. only which I think is not at all justifiable.
