This hotel is absolutely fantastic. For one, it's incredibly vast, yet getting around is incredibly convenient thanks to the buggy service. What's more, it features three distinct beaches, each with its own unique charm – including Lanli Beach and a smaller one perfect for swimming. There are also numerous waterside restaurants. I wouldn't say there's anything I disliked; in fact, the rooms are very new and exceptionally comfortable. Contrary to some reviews suggesting it feels old, I found it to be not old at all. Instead, it has a lovely nostalgic feel, like an American-style cabin.

The newly opened hotel may need some facilities to be adjusted, but the entire hotel team is working hard to do better. The hotel landscaping is very distinctive, and the wooden structure looks very natural in the green mountains. The hotel is a little far from the beach, so you need to rent transportation or take a taxi, which the hotel also provides. There are also many activities in the hotel itself, including activities every morning and evening, massage, boats going out to sea, ATV, elephant park, and boating. The price is not much different from that outside, the service provided is better, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed for 3 consecutive days. The room is separated from the bedroom and the living room. The tree in the middle is very eye-catching. It is very comfortable to wake up and see the green trees every day. The swimming pool is very large and the temperature is constant. Those who can't swim can also bring a swimming ring to play in the water. You can choose to eat breakfast in the restaurant every day or ask the butler to send it to the living room. Because it is in the mountains, there will be more mosquitoes while the ecology is good, so you need to bring mosquito repellent.

Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beachfront pool villa and were already very satisfied with the room's amenities. However, about two hours after checking in, a sudden strong wind blew down some tree branches right outside our villa, landing in the garden. My original intention was just to take a photo and ask the butler to have it cleared. To my surprise, the butler immediately took the matter very seriously, promptly offering us a room change and another upgrade to an even higher-tier room. The new room was incredibly spacious, with a huge 4-meter bed. Housekeeping was super efficient; they would clean the room immediately whenever we stepped out. The attention to detail was impeccable. We stayed for two days and were absolutely delighted. We also took the hotel's complimentary trip to Hong Island, which was a wonderful experience. One evening, we also had the pleasure of meeting a guest relations manager from China, who very warmly recommended dishes from the Thai restaurant menu. The dining experience was absolutely spectacular! The stir-fried spinach with egg, raw beef curry, and pomelo salad are absolute must-order dishes! Both the service and the overall experience were flawless – truly deserving of a perfect score! We would absolutely return to Krabi just for this hotel. Upon check-out, the butler even presented us with a small gift, indicating they truly took our conversations to heart.

Excellent 5star hotel. Exceptional service. Upgraded my room from beachfront villa to a 2bed room beachfront. Swimming pool was huge and a whole garden beach front for privacy. Breakfast was well thought out, international and thai cuisine. Resort is fairly large and have buggy cart to pick you up from room if require. Valet service (your own personal vehicle) is also available and hassle free. We have the option for dinner at naga kitchen(couple dining) called destination dining, which was excellent and very romantic. Food was 9/10 service 9/10 atmosphere 10/10 :) Would love to visit again, and very ideal resort for special occasion.

The location is a bit off, but it is very quiet. The hotel can also be easily rented by car. It is suitable for a quiet holiday. The villa has all the facilities and the swimming pool is directly opposite the sea.

We loved this vital. Staff were wonderful. Place is lovely. Rooms are lovely. Good breakfast. Has a great swimming pool, can use kayaks, feed fish in the lake, lots of wildlife around. Transport shuttle to Noppiat thara beach. We had an amazing time there- was the best hotel we stayed in.

My stay at **Centara Village** was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the **incredibly friendly and attentive staff**. From check-in to check-out, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness and professionalism truly made this a 5-star experience!

Stayed 3 nights at Dusit. Had a pleasent experience overall. Breakfast selection was decent enough. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff working there were all amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities were awesome though. Hotel comes with complimentary workout classes and water sports for those interested. The pools were huge with more than enough sunbeds spread throughout the pools and beach. The private beach at the resort is amazing as well. Its never busy and had awesome views of sunsets. But be prepared to walk alot in this resort as it is such a huge compund. You can request a buggy but it may take a while. Not the most convenient in terms of location but it is to be expected for a private resort. There are decent restaurants nearby if you want other places to eat other than at the resort. This is the place for anyone looking to relax and zen out. Would choose to stay there again just for the vibes and serenity.
