One of my fav hotels go alot with my granddaughters for swimming , staff nice irene in breakfast is lovely and Elaine in pool are really nice be back over soon , id swap the black pudding for haggis as its always hard and dried out , keep it scottish , menu in restaurant needs changing , steak pie nice too dry tho , fish and chips ok not the best menu , kids menu not good at all , but will be back alot for the pool

This hotel is located in the suburbs of Glasgow, with few restaurants or shopping options nearby. It's quite desolate. Its only upside is that it's close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive away, and there's free parking. The hotel's amenities are actually quite good, especially the powerful showers and spacious rooms. However, the front desk service was abysmal, with a seemingly indifferent attitude. They offered us a twin room, but they said they didn't have one, only a king-size bed. When I first tried to get a room card, I found someone already checked in. When I complained, they said they had twins. I was speechless...
