• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free.
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• After 8 guests, there's a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.

This beautifully designed 1bd 1ba Suite located in the heart of Oceanside, CA has everything you need whether you are vacationing or on a business trip.
The Suite is located on the second floor and includes a full kitchen, gas stove, electric microwave, dedicated bath, King-size bed, sofa bed and a SMART TV (Wi-Fi included).

The rental is furnished with brand new furniture, linens, pillows, bath towels and other necessities.
The bedroom has a king size bed and a separate bathroom with a shower.

There is a shared Washer/Dryer hookup on the first level (coins/card needed), the laundry key is on the set of keys provided. Keep in mind, we have other tenants on the property as well. If it’s busy, there are laundromats just a few minutes down the street on the coast.

This unit is walking distance to all of Oceanside’s most popular cafes, restaurants/bars, shops, parks, beaches and much more. Drive just a few minutes North to experience Downtown Oceanside or a few minutes South to enjoy Downtown Carlsbad.

See what it’s like to be a local and wake up to the sound of the waves crashing and the fresh salty air. Walk a few steps to the beach, bike along the coast or take a dip in the ocean, this location has it all!

You’ll be excited to return to the suite with all the comforts of a welcoming cozy home. Please be mindful that this property has multiple units that are not rented short-term and are occupied with long-term tenants. Make sure the maximum amount of guests is not exceeded during quiet hours (9pm-9am) and noise is minimal as it is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are in adjacent rentals units so your adherence to house rules is appreciated.

You will occasionally hear the trains nearby but they are not intrusive as of August 2023, after the noise ordinance law was passed. However, under certain weather conditions they may occasionally blow the horn as a warning in less visible conditions. Keep in mind this is an older beach town suite, so you may occasionally hear your fellow neighbors adjacent to your suite.

Cleaning protocol:

This space and all of its furnishings: counter tops, tables, door handles, kitchen utensils, bath surfaces, etc are fully disinfected with Lysol products prior to your arrival. All linens, toiletries, towels, and bed covers are washed and restocked. We utilize the latest disinfectant products to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. Any pets will add an additional cleaning fee.


PARKING:

This unit has a garage available as well as a space for a second car just outside the assigned garage. Every first and third Monday of each month the city of Oceanside conducts the street sweeper before 10am. Make sure you are parked in the garage to ensure you’re not blocking the street during that time or you will be ticketed.

My home is tucked into a nice peaceful neighborhood close to all major highways and shopping. There's a waterfall in the backyard to listen too while sitting up on the balcony enjoying your morning or evening. There's a big firepit with a wrap around bench for the cool evenings, a swing in the backyard tree to relax and read a book in. For those long and exhausting days you can jump in the jacuzzi and relax away the day. For that exercising type there's a room upstairs with a stationary bike, a Bowflex, an aversion table, with a tv. If your up for an adventure or some exercise there's a beautiful park called Guajome Park right across the street with a little pond you can fish in, trails to walk or bike around in, and a playground for the kids to play on. There's also a paved riding/running trail right at the intersection of N Sante Fe and the 76 that goes all the way to the beach.
