This is an affordable hotel right in the heart of Rustaveli Avenue (this is where you want to be) I would still recommend you to check-in at Radisson or Courtyard by Marriot, but if you wanna save money and be in a decent hotel. you need to book only here at Otiums Hotel (THANK me later) Otiums HOTEL is such a lifesaver, let me tell you here's why. 1. ONLY GROUND FLOOR, (that's good news! since most hotels in the area don't have ELEVATORS) 2. A lot of OTHER HOTEL photos you see on TripAdvisor and BOOKING. com are SUPER SUPER FAR from reality when you arrive in the actual hotels. Old appliances, dirty areas, bad location etc. etc. 2.1. The location from Rustaveli Avenue is far 2.2. The Facilities are dirty and SUPER OLD 3. (VERY IMPORTANT) You wanna be in Rustaveli Avenue during your stay in Tbilisi 4. VERY AFFORDABLE, if you are on a budget this HOTEL is great 5. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Mr. George! Otiums will not provide you breakfast like other hotels, but it was not an issue for me, since I like to go out and explore the food.

The hostel is a renovated old apartment with high roof and really good design and everything is very clean. It is located accross the music conservatory building and I met many musicians. Other positive thing about the location is that although it is near the best street of Tbilisi, there are many local stores and a bakery that are really cheap and lovely. The staff were really polite and helpful but not really happy! The kitchen is a modern one and a good place to make food and talk about gastronomy and culture with other guests from other countries 🙂 There is also a well designed bar with best drinks and it is not expensive.

Beautiful hotel. The location is unbeatable. The breakfast and executive lounge are great. Two questions: First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late. Second, there is a large concave and convex mirror in the room facing the bed which makes it uncomfortable.

We had two days to explore Tbilisi at the end of a ski trip at Gudauri. Shota Rustavelli is next door to parliament and a short walk to the old town. In the lower floors of a beautiful apartment block, the hotel offers large elegant rooms (we were upgraded) with very comfortable beds, marble bathrooms and lovely finishes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and recommended two great Georgian restaurants. The bar areas are pleasant and there is a large pool and small gym in the basement

Located next to a small park uphill behind Parliament House and reasonably near Galleria Mall and Freedom Square. Reception and dining room staff were efficient and friendly. We had a very nice large bedroom with a high ceiling, large windows, good curtains and a balcony overlooking the park. It had a safe, chairs and free water bottles. The bathroom was small but had a good shower, good toiletries and good lights. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Не понравилось практически ничего. Завтраки, которые так расхваливали в отзывах, оказались просто никакими. Каждый день одно и то же: яйца, сэндвич с ломтиком докторской колбасы и ломтиком сыра, маленький йогурт ”Нежный”, мюсли, масло, чай/кофе, стакан непонятного, вроде бы яблочного сока, иногда бывали нарезанные помидоры/огурцы. Менялся только способ приготовления яиц (вареное, глазунья, омлет) и время подачи. В нашем номере неправильно работала душевая лейка, вода текла одним потоком как в водопаде, мы попросили поменять лейку, но никакой реакции не последовало. (Мы пошли сами купили новую лейку за 200 р на период своего пребывания, так что цена хорошего впечатления от сервиса - 200 р). У нас был двухэтажный номер, на втором этаже, как выяснилось, высота потолка примерно 160 см, не было холодильника и сейфа. На третий день такого отдыха мы попросили поменять номер на освободившийся улучшенный с доплатой. На что нам сказали, что сами ничего сделать не могут, мы должны отменить бронирование и забронировать новый номер. У нас было невозвратное бронирование, поэтому совет был так себе. В итоге походив вокруг кровати с поджатыми головами, посидев на одном единственном стуле мы плюнули и уехали в другой отель. При досрочном выезде нас спросили о причине, мы ответили, что не удовлетворены отелем, на что последовал вопрос по их это вине или у нас изменились планы, тут комментировать по-моему нечего. Ещё отмечу, что две маленькие бутылочки воды предоставляют только при заселении, чайные пакетики тоже если и кладут, то очень редко. Поэтому название отеля не соответствует действительности)) Из хорошего в отеле отмечу тишину, хорошую вентиляцию в ванной комнате, нормальную работу wifi.

And I am glad when you can find a hotel at a comfortable price and with it, enjoy cleanliness, novelty, aesthetics. Going past and accidentally entering this hotel. And no regrets. In addition to the perfect purity and novelty for a very acceptable price, I can note the silence in the rooms and behind the windows, as well as the kindness and responsiveness of the staff. The hotel location is perfect for views of the city. Bear in mind that nothing is flat in Tbilisi and the walk back to the hotel is steep. But you can take a taxi. The walk down to Freedom Square takes about 15 minutes, so the location is convenient if you want to be in a quiet area of the city while still being able to walk to the city centre. The hotel staff is friendly, and Bella, in particular, is extremely helpful at reception and always smiling. Breakfast is pretty average and not very well organized. We had to wait a long time for the empty buffet dishes to be refilled. One of the staff ladies did apologize for this. They do however provide good breakfast packs if you need to leave early in the morning, before breakfast begins. The room was very clean, but some bedding should be thrown away. We had a hole in our duvet cover and a huge tear (about 15cm) in a pillow case, which should have been thrown away instead of being used.

The hotel that arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, took a taxi, the location is not difficult to find, into the park has been going. The staff at the front desk had a good attitude and the processing speed was also fast. There were also staff members leading the room when they checked in! Although the room size is not small, the decoration is simple and clean, but the bathroom area is small, and there is still a little dissatisfaction, that is, the quilt is a bit thin. This is a quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is a little uphill walk from the main town, but other than that, everything was perfect. This place has a ‘family run’ vibe which makes it feel nice and warm. I especially want to give a shout out to the lady who serves and makes the breakfast. The hotel location is great, very close to the metro and in the middle of the old city. In between of the both side of the river. It is very easy for you to walk and travel around and have some rest at the hotel in the middle of the day before continue your old city tour. The staff was very nice. I really like the beautiful lady and sorry that I cannot remember the name. The hotel should provide the staff name tag. We do not know their names. The room was average inter, of size and furniture. Bed is very small and pillow is not good quality. We stay 2 nights and the heater was broken in the middle of both nights. The staff offered us more blanket ^^. But it sill cold anyway. the roof top bar next door open up to mid night or 1 am. So if you sensitive with the sound, request the room on the other side. The room floor is not heated. For breakfast is on the rooftop, you can see the view of the Trinity church and old city. The breakfast quality and selection is average. There is the restaurant around the area name Old Metheki, I really recommend. Found it by incident. Good food and amazing river view. Very romantic. Also the winery shop around the hotel selling friendly price. The location of the hotel is the top.

First travel is like i dont want to come back to this hotel anymore. We came to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary in Tbilisi. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.

One of the best chain hotels I've been to. All new. Very high quality, stylish, beautiful. Everything in the RED hotel concept is a combination of old and new, strict and comfortable. Very stylish. The rooms are gorgeous. The bed is comfortable. As a status participant, I was upgraded to two categories, which is very nice. Superior room with balcony - excellent, spacious. The downside is that there is basically no coffee machine. Robes and slippers, as well as accessories on request. But they brought it right away. Excellent French cosmetics (though in dispensers). We had an event, we celebrated an anniversary. The hotel prepared a surprise - sparkling wine and a snack were waiting for us in the room. A very touching letter. For which special thanks. A special mention goes to the reception staff. During my entire stay I never heard the word no. It was always only Yes! They organized for me: a coffee machine (!), slippers/robes/accessories, ice, brought food to my room, arranged late check-out until 4 pm without any problems, helped me print it, told me everything. Lukas and Demian are true professionals in their field! Of the minuses, I would like to mention housekeeping. At first, this person, despite the Don't disturb sign, broke into the room three times (and we slept off the road). But then an outrageous situation arose - the maid took away everything she saw - sparkling wine (half a bottle), a closed bottle of Borjomi, nuts. And what upset me most was the gifted letter from the hotel. As well as all accessories from the bathroom. Plus she gave us one open (!) bottle of water and hung a sign on it that it was new. Terrible situation! It’s good that I put the laptop in the safe (otherwise I would have taken it too). We kindly ask you to reprimand the maid and fine her! The situation was resolved at the reception. And they prepared a new letter from the team for us to remember the event. Thank you, Luka! I hope this doesn't happen again at the hotel. Having closed my eyes to the work of a particular maid, I give the hotel a rating of 5 with an advance payment for the future. I'll be back, I loved it!

Hands down the best hotel in the area, 5 minutes walk from the European Square with lots of restaurants and awesome atmosphere buzzing with activities, live shows and dances on the streets. After all that you walk back to Sandali that is located in a very quiet neighbourhood with breathtaking views. Hotel is very modern, clean and just beautiful. The staff are extremely helpful and polite always on hand to assist . A special mention of Luka who made our stay memorable, went over and beyond his call of duty and wouldn't accept our tip to appreciate his service. Breakfast was good Just a note of caution, watch out when using the kettle as it's positioned right under the TV and steam goes up the set. My family was disappointed that we were only spending one night there, we'll surely be back.

The location is very convenient, close to Liberty Square and to the old city. The double room I had was very nice, well furnished and equipped. Same for the bathroom. Maybe a bit tiny for two people with lot of luggage. The room and the bathroom were made up and cleaned every day. All the hotel looked clean. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of food, the quality was good and the food I had was tasty and fresh. The staff was kind. A special thank to the one of the guys at the front desk who helped me with a lot of patience to deal with a local call center.

A lot of OTHER HOTEL photos you see on TripAdvisor and BOOKING. com are SUPER SUPER FAR from reality when you arrive in the actual hotels. Old appliances, dirty areas, bad location etc. etc. 2.1. The location from Rustaveli Avenue is far 2.2. The Facilities are dirty and SUPER OLD 3. (VERY IMPORTANT) You wanna be in Rustaveli Avenue during your stay in Tbilisi 4. VERY AFFORDABLE, if you are on a budget this HOTEL is great 5. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Mr. George! Otiums will not provide you breakfast like other hotels, but it was not an issue for me, since I like to go out and explore the food.

We liked the hotel. Just right from the entrance, a pleasant atmosphere. A quiet cozy location. Staff is very polite and welcoming, explain everything, will tell everything. The room is clean and comfortable but small. Breakfasts are robust .... various salads, snacks, cheeses, sauces, hot dishes, baking, fruit .... yes what other chic view from the restaurant windows. In general, we have positive impressions. And if you want to drive to a taxi, we recommend downloading YandexGo app (thank you for telling us staff to respiratory). A lot cheaper than just catch a taxi. All good rest!

Our stay in the Courtyard by Marriott was lovely. The bar in the lobby is a wonderful place for a pre dinner cocktail or a quick coffee before heading out. The location is good though staying near the river was where we were happiest. There are many lovely restaurants near by but avoid the 1000 nights restaurants that boasts live music and dancing but never arrives. There are a few 24 hour thai massage places in the area that should also be avoided. Stick to the massage places that aren't 24 hours! The hot tub by the hotel pool wasn't working while we were there so if this is a drawing point, double check. The sulphur baths are somewhat near by and rather affordable.

The hostel is a renovated old apartment with high roof and really good design and everything is very clean. It is located accross the music conservatory building and I met many musicians. Other positive thing about the location is that although it is near the best street of Tbilisi, there are many local stores and a bakery that are really cheap and lovely. The staff were really polite and helpful but not really happy! The kitchen is a modern one and a good place to make food and talk about gastronomy and culture with other guests from other countries 🙂 There is also a well designed bar with best drinks and it is not expensive.

Hotel is not in the center but the city is not big ) It was accidental there as it didn't turn out to settle in other apartments. Family room 50km, spacious, comfortable, all the facilities, I am a crippled customer and I stayed pleased. For breakfast we were invited to the dining room next to . It was a pier for the world - whatever noodles there were ) Breakfast was good. Nearby a huge shopping center. I will definitely come again. Apply to the owners: Some smart master fenced the trap in the family room so that it wouldn't clean up, Water doesn't go away. It's the only minus.

Excellent location right by the old town and within walking distance of everything. We got a lovely room with a sea private balcony which was well appointed. Breakfast doesn't start until 0830 which was a bit late for us but the quality and standard was very high. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and sauna are a nice bonus. Highly recommended.

A small 3 star hotel that has very accommodating staff... makes the place feel homey. The rooms are small yet very clean. It is a few steps away from grocery shop Spar, restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops, money exchange shop and the Freedom Square. Walkable distance to a mall, Rike Park and Bridge of Peace. There was a night that it seemed we were listening to a concert as there is a resto that has a gig in their outdoor seating area. What I love most is the breakfast. It made me feel it is cooked for a family.

Beautiful hotel. The location is unbeatable. The breakfast and executive lounge are great. Two questions: First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late. Second, there is a large concave and convex mirror in the room facing the bed which makes it uncomfortable.
