|1.86km from 5th ArrondissementDue to a change in our travel plans, we ended up extending our stay at this hotel for two extra days in Paris! Its incredibly convenient location, making it easy to get anywhere, was a key factor in our decision. I've already covered many aspects in my previous review, so this time I'll focus on the breakfast.
The breakfast selection was comparable to what you'd find at a business hotel in China, but it was absolutely delicious! Waffles and bread were, of course, available, but the absolute highlight was the croissants. The French pastries were truly exquisite; I've never had anything so soft and tender back home. The self-service juicer, where you could visibly see fresh oranges being squeezed, was quite a fun touch! The apricot juice from the fridge was also quite good; I noticed it was a local French brand not available in China.
Overall, this hotel is highly recommended! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Paris!

|1.2km from 5th Arrondissement1.The service is very great no matter the basic needs and special request. The hotel prepared the special welcoming card for our wedding anniversary trip. When my husband hurt his ankle in one day the hotel provided the ice for him which made him much better.
2. The breakfast is in best value! It is a must if you stay in the hotel.
3. The room is very clean and warm in the winter. The bathroom is well equipped and shower gel, shampoo, washing hands gel etc is Nuex brand.
4. The location is superb and close to the most of sightseeing points within the walking distance. also near to the metro and bus stations. The supermarkets are close to the hotel too.

There is a Walmart City supermarket to the west. There is a Hunan restaurant across the road to the south where I had two meals. The first intersection to the east is the Opera Metro Station. There is also a Sichuan restaurant with good food. The hotel breakfast includes shrimp dumplings, rice and miso soup. The staff is very friendly.

The room felt a bit cramped because of the extra sofa bed, but it was just about functional. All the essential facilities were there. I appreciated the water dispenser located by the elevators on our floor! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. I highly recommend checking out the bar on the top floor! Although we didn't end up buying anything because we had our child with us and it was late, the staff were still incredibly enthusiastic and let us go out onto the balcony to see the Eiffel Tower at night. A huge thumbs up!

娘と2人旅。20歳すぎた娘と同じベッドで寝ることもないので🤭いい思い出になりました。
この街で暮らすように過ごしたら楽しそうです！

The apartment had everything for convenience. Olivier is very hospitable, if you arrive early, he will offer to place your suitcases before checking in. Next to the apartment there is a vegetable and fruit market, a bakery that opens at 7 am, fresh croissants🥰, several supermarkets, a cheese shop and much more. 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. We were especially impressed by the balconies on the roof of the house😍 The only small minus I would note is that you need to be prepared to climb the stairs to the 7th floor:)

Even this is the only 8 beds room but I find the bed is big, quiet and the only with all the charging points function-able! Surrounded by supermarket and eatery, and next to train station, and ease u to travel to tourist place! Highly recommended!

And what a breakfast, original, fresh, good choice and homemade.
Staff very friendly and helpful. I didnt feel unsafe at night at the area, its always busy and lot of people around.
I would definitely go back and i will recommend this hotel to my friend and family.

The nearest metro station which is Riget is just 350 meters away and can connect to the main Paris transportation network easily. Only negative thing is they serve very simple breakfast and during our 6 days stay the menu never changes. We gave up after the 3rd day and only had coffee for 5th & 6th days.

The hotel is kinda old and improvisions done from the old structure to make it more at par with our regular hotel. Staffs from receptionist to housekeeper deliver excellent service with the intention to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The also serve good and tasty breakfast. As an air conditioner, it did not play its due role at all. Even its ventilation function was not up to standard. The room was stuffy and speechless!

It's in a residential area, and the bar downstairs is lively at night, as is the area around the metro station. There are plenty of convenient dining options.
The downside was on the morning of my check-out. The front desk staff (who was enthusiastic despite not speaking much English) told me I needed to pay an extra 51 euros. Because of the language barrier and my Uber waiting outside, I had no choice but to pay and wait for Trip.com to intervene.
If you plan on frequent trips to the city center, this location is a bit far. However, if you prefer to stay in this neighborhood, there's also a Mercure hotel near the metro station that looks good.

The room was quiet, unlike what you'd expect next to the train tracks, and although it wasn't large, it was clean and functional. A lovely small hotel designed with an art deco atmosphere throughout. There are many restaurants, stylish general stores, and the famous Cezanne store in the area. A coin laundry and Monoprix are also within a 5-minute walk. The nearest station is a little far away, so I didn't use the metro or train this time. However, there are two bus stops within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and you can take a bus to Bon Marché on the left bank, and you can also take a bus back from the Eiffel Tower, which was very convenient. And most importantly, the hotel staff are very kind and friendly! I felt their warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Paris.

|4.95km from 5th ArrondissementI came to Paris for my birthday trip. The room I booked gave me a superb view of the Eiffel Tower, especially every night. I would say this apartment is value for money, given the price paid for the view.
However, 3 large items have disappointed me badly.
1) I was overcharged for the tourist tax. I only found out on the last day during check out that the tourist tax was counted via number of pax, instead of per room. I only had 3 pax staying in the room but was charged the tourism tax for 4 pax, which is the maximum capacity of the room I booked. I did not have the time to pick this up on my last day as my driver was already here and I was rushing to my flight. I am very disappointed with the dishonesty I have faced here.
2) Security is a big issue. I have placed “Do Not Disturb” tag outside my room, but someone still entered my room to pick up the portable heater which one of your staff delivered on the first night. I had many valuables in the room and hence I indicated “Do Not Disturb” as I don’t wish for anyone to enter. This is a big security breach and it happened on my second day of stay. I went down to the reception in the evening instantly when I realised someone has entered. The reception just told me that they are deeply sorry and they can’t do anything, and asked me to see the manager the next day instead. The next day, in the morning at 10:00am 31 Oct 2025, when I asked to see the manager, the reception kept telling me the manager wasn’t available. Even when I came back at 6:00pm the same day, the reception still told me the same thing - manager wasn’t available. It seems like the reception is just hiding and preventing me from talking to the manager. This is utter rubbish.
3) Facilities in my room were not working - the heating rack in the toilet was not working, the lamps in the living room were not working. My entire room was so poorly lit. For a hotel chain under the Accor group, I expect something better.

The location is nice, not that close to EiffelTower but close to park and restaurant choices. You need to learn the metro and bus system in order to visit Paris or if you have a family just Uber. Two big issues: the indoor pool water is cold and my 11 year old refuses to swim in it. A pool was a huge selling point and ended being unusable. The place caters to families, and a 24 hour payable washer and dryer would be very useful on the premises. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and I definitely recommend staying there as a couple or with family.
