The hotel that is really in the city palace complex needs to use the hotel's pass card to enter and exit the gate of the palace complex. The lobby, restaurant and bar are the main building of the hotel. However, it is slightly shabby, and the corners of the old facilities have mold spots and poor sound insulation. In short, it is like a small building that was previously occupied by people. Breakfast can be ordered a la carte, and the recommended leg of lamb for dinner is delicious. It is full of butter, and it is a real candlelight dinner ~

I was checked in room no.117 on 29 December for a day's stay. I have only one grievance about this hotel which is regarding a warm water bath in December cold. I waited for warm water in the bath room as the tap kept open for 10 minutes around 6 'o' clock on 29th morning. Then called the front desk for help. He said they have switched on the system and hot water will be available within 5 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes. When I picked up the phone again , he asked me to keep the tap open for another five minutes. This was successful. But water was not falling properly through the shower. shower holes were filled with mud. I cursed the hotel. A horrible experience in a wellnown hotel because of the poor maintannce. Room temperature also was erratic. Room and both room wwere not properly lighted. A wonderul property spoiled by poor maintanance. One compement for the hotel- Good breakfast.

Stayed for 3 days, lake view room Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate. Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon. The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside. Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt. Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

It was about a 15 minute drive from Udaipur City Station (about 130 rupees by Uber) and was part of the Blue Jay Resort located between the lakes. The inside of the building was clean and the room was a dormitory, but the shared shower was separate (the toilet was separate and shared), as well as curtains and lockers (padlocks required). The accommodation I had originally booked was fully booked, so I asked Trip.com to arrange a replacement. They responded very sincerely and quickly. I learned the reason why he rose to prominence in the travel industry. The accommodation and gardening were good, and the price was within an acceptable range. thank you!

On the rooftop, it was a little slow at times but very friendly and welcoming. The location wasn’t too great for tourists. The main sights were quite a few kilometres away and it wasn’t particularly easy to get a rickshaw that didn’t want to overcharge you. Had to pay higher Uber prices to get around without hassle.

I spent two weeks here while seeing the city and attending a friend's wedding. The hotel overlooks the stunning Lake Pichola and is situated across from the Old City area. It is within a 4 minute walking distance of the Old City, including the Jagdish temple, the City Palace, and lots of shopping, yet it provides a serene space to relax from the busy city. The staff were amazing, helping us book a yoga lesson, take a boat tour of the lake, book cars to reach the airport, and make dinner reservations across the city. I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The rooftop overlooking the lake was a lovely place to rest during the day with some drinks. The restaurant at the top of the hotel, Upre, had some of the best food in the city and staying at the hotel allowed us to get a table easily.

From check in to check out the experience was above and beyond. The setting is spectacular and the staff here are what make this property so special. For nine days we enjoyed some of the best spa treatments we have ever had and enjoyed the dining experiences here - particularly the Rajasthani options. Our room was a great size with a stunning view of the greenery and the hills. But again...it's the people here. So genuine, welcoming and warm. Too ***y to name all here but here goes...Sushi and Anusha from Housekeeping, Chef Sanket, Bheru, Sandeep, Pratham in the dining outlets, Kanmihor at the pool, Shivangi and all on the Front Desk team, and all others we met. One staff member stood out above all,namely Deepanjali, from the restaurant. Deepanjali epitomised a 5 Star rating through her “can do and will do” attitude. Deepanjali was always warm, welcoming and attentive be that for breakfast or dinner. When we asked for advice she was informative, knowledgeable and able to communicate highly articulately. The most comfortable area in Udaipur is undoubtedly around Lake Pichola. I chose the most beautiful hotel with lake view from the website. It arrived at 5pm. The waiter led me across the courtyard to the room. This white hotel and beautiful decoration everywhere made me overjoyed. But the bigger surprise is still behind. The roof of the hotel is a huge platform with a swimming pool, a tea table and a dining table. Looking out is a beautiful lake view, and my room is arranged on the top floor, which means that I It is very convenient to enjoy the most beautiful scenery of Udaipur.         This Jagat Niwas Palace Hotel is also transformed from Haveli. It is white and white, which highlights the characteristics of White City. Many palaces and houses in the lake are also painted white, although they are not so unified. . Against the backdrop of Yingying Bibo, the freshness and romance of Baicheng suddenly emanated.         The colors of the evening, the scenery of the lakeside, and the freshness of the hotel swept away the impression of ”dirty mess” in India for the past few days. I made the right decision to stay at this wonderful properly located in the in the heart of Old Udaipur. Initially I was a bit apprehensive to checkin after looking at the entrance but as I entered towards the hotel, the experience was incredible. Splendid location, amiable hospitality and majestic ambiance makes this hotel an ultimate choice for travelers who want to enjoy luxurious stay at an affordable rates. It has ***y things to offer- Nice spacious rooms with big bathrooms, Decent sitting rooftop restaurant to enjoy delicacies and mesmerize scenic beauty of the ghats at Lake Pichola, Wonderful seating area at ground floor for Bonfire, Selfie point where you can click pictures, Jharokha kind of setup with comfortable seating area in balcony outside rooms etc. Each staff member starting from checkin to checkout were extremely helpful and delightful. Special thanks for the Front Office ***ager, Prince (Room Service Guy), Shahrukh ( F&B Assistant) Mohan & his assistant (Chef), Bittu (Auto guy) for ***aging our wonderful stay. Although food items are limited in the menu but the taste, quality & presentation can easily beat any star restaurant in Udaipur. I was really impressed with the calm nature of Chef Mohan who was efficiently handling busy orders in the kitchen with a decent smile. The impeccable service of the staff made us to extend our stay for 2 more nights. The place was more like a home away from the home. Big big thanks to all the team members property for ***aging our stay at Hibiscus- Urban by Nomads.

The room is very large and very spacious. It is also very convenient to get to the City Palace from the hotel for around 100 rupees. The service is also good, the quilt sheets were a bit dirty when I first checked in, and I told the front desk to change it immediately. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the spring rolls were okay, the Rajasthani set meal was totally unused
