Service: Very enthusiastic, because there are children, doormen, front desk staff, restaurant service staff, service members with glasses on the roof, restaurant chefs, and lobby ***agers, all of whom take good care of us. They will take care of us no matter where the children go. They take good care of the children and are very enthusiastic. I am very grateful for the warm service provided by the hotel. Although it is no longer a sea view room, their service attitude makes me recognize this hotel. Thank you to the hotel for preparing cakes, fruits and drinks for the children every day!

In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it.
These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place.
Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area.

We were a family of four incl children. N we stayed at the executive rooms, slightly expensive, but it served the purpose of the stay. Since its a veg hotel, breakfast was limited too. Would i stay there again if required? maybe a yes if i find nothing better than this.

I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .
