|1.21km from city centerWarm and beautiful Mexican-style hotel, the balcony is the swimming pool, next to the restaurant. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, salami and ham, fruit, various breads, coffee, tea, milk and juice. Although there are not many types, they can all be eaten comfortably. The location is good to find, just entered the second intersection of Tulun left hand and went in, there is parking space, ten minutes to Tulun site, X park half an hour to forty minutes, airport two hours, 7 word hotel area less than three hours . It is convenient to eat around, there is a big supermarket, and there is a local life atmosphere, which is not experienced in the 7-character area.

|25.5km from city centerNestled in the jungle of Akumal is a glamping experience everyone should experience at least once. This was not only a beautiful, almost spiritual stay, but you’ll also feel good knowing that the money they make goes to the animal sanctuary which rehabs injured or orphaned animals back into the wild. They also are repopulating the endangered melipona bee. The beds are comfy, the food is nothing short of 5 star quality, the honey is the best I’ve tasted, the cenote is breathtaking. What more could you ask for?

|1.27km from city centerThis has to be the worst experience I have had the displeasure of experiencing. Please read carefully before yoh decide to book this hotel. Upon checking in (1/11/23) you are asked to leave a deposit for incidentals. We booked 2 rooms so 2 deposits. At first when you enter, the room is clean and welcoming but it simply doesn't function. The remote control had the room number taped to it, the back of the remote that covers the battery kept falling off and there was evidence that a piece of tape was used to hold the back in place. Inside the room there was no furniture to place your folded clothes. Only hangers. We woke up the next morning wanting to iron our blouses to hang them only to realize that there was no iron or ironing board in any of the rooms, as a matter of fact we were told that we would have to go downstairs and request an iron and board at the front desk. There were no phones, radios, clocks anything that resembled some form of functionality. So to get the iron we had to walk downstairs since no phones to call to request one. Next to the hotel was a private home and on the property were 2 dogs who would constantly bark. Directly across from the hotel is a construction site so you had to contend with that noise as well. The worst part of our short stay (3nights) is upon checking out at 4am, you are told that someone would check your room before releasing the hold on your card. A man at the front desk went through the dirty towels and came downstairs and said there was a stain on the towel. A stain on towels that were not white or 'hotel worthy' to begin with. He had a picture of what he calls a stain and said they would charge us $17US for the stain on the towel. We were flabbergasted. Aren't towels suppose to get dirty. We told the gentleman that that is something that will come out after the towels are washed. He still charged us $17US for the stain. We will never stay at this hotel again and I implore you please avoid this hotel. This is not a boutique hotel but a cheap motel lacking basic amenities and then rips guests off after searching your dirty linens. My job affords me the luxury of travel and in all the 20yrs of stays in numerous hotels, boutique and all out resorts this is definitely the first time we heard such nonsense. No furniture was damaged, items broken but instead they charged us for a dirty brownish color towel. Definitely poor taste. Also avoid the breakfast nothing to spend $10US on but definitely visit Aldo's at the corner for some ice cream. A VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY.

|7.98km from city centerThis was my second stay at The Seaside Suites and it once again exceeded all expectations!!! If you are looking for a truly relaxing break away from the world then don't hesitate to book a stay here. I will certainly be returning for a third visit. STAFF- What can I say about the wonderful staff...they make it. From the amazing entertainment team-Maria, Carlos, Gabo, Benjamin, Jaydi, Abraham to the Yoga instructor Adriana to the ever happy Luis who headed up our Ceviche challenge, they are all fantastic. Special mention must go to the guys on the beach clearing the stones and sea**** in the heat...and at one point a giant sand bag bag!! AMC or SMC- apologies I've forgotten the name, but well done-you make a beautiful beach an exquisite beach!! Big thanks also goes to Suela, Veronica and Regina who were excellent at keeping us hydrated on the beach. We did coconut painting which was fun and we liked the little board with the daily riddle and list of activities that day. Thanks also to Antonio for assisting us to book the spa visit, you really knew your stuff and we had the most lovely spa experience. Thanks to everyone else as well- you guys make the experience. Any little thing we did encounter that we needed assistance with it was dealt with efficiently and effortlessly. BEACH-The beach here isnt massive but you can take a stroll along it easily. There is easy access into the sea and you can snorkel in the lagoon area and see lots of fish. The water is clear and beautifully warm-I've been in December and October and it was warm both times. No issue getting sun loungers. I liked the spot in front of the lunch restaurant area-close to bar and toilets and felt less crowded than the other end. POOLS-There are a few pools to choose from which were all lovely and some have the big day beds which were nice but we did love the beach area. SPA-Myself and my bestie booked a massage which included a water experience, unlike other places where it's just use of the facilities this one was actually a step by step process which I really enjoyed and it really took the whole spa experience to the next level. The massages were excellent as were all the staff. BARS/RESTAURANTS- There are plenty of places to get drinks and relax and the restaurants are fantastic. We really enjoyed the seaside market for breakfast, great coffee, great morning cocktails, great selection of food and great service. Lunch we enjoyed at the beach but evening dinner is where El Dorado seaside Suites shines.....get your evening meals booked when you arrive, takes 10 minutes with a concierge found in the little offices all along the main walk ways. They are worthwhile, I enjoyed the Italian, the Gourmet Pub and the Clay Talay Asian most but all were fantastic. The swings and hammocks dotted around the hotel really add to the relaxing atmosphere of Seaside suites, I cant stress enough how fantastic this hotel is for that time out when all you need is some R and R. Thank you El

|9.58km from city centerMy boyfriend and I stayed at Nerea for 3 nights in the middle of September 2023. We rented a car and drove from the Cancun airport to Tulum, which took about 1.5 hours. If you plan to drive yourself, familiarize yourself with the location of the hotel because there is no signage off the main highway and it's likely your cell phone wifi won't work. The hotel is chic, peaceful, and exclusive. We felt like the only ones there, even though the hotel was probably at half occupancy. Isabel at the front desk welcomed us and made us feel at home. She gave us a very thorough tour of the property and our room (plus we got delicious a non-alcoholic welcome drink!) Our room had a partial ocean-view and was above the pool. Pretty quiet, although we did hear a little foot traffic from the room directly above us. The bed was comfortable, however something was a little off-balance, meaning every time I flipped around while laying down, it made a noise. Again, not bad enough for me to say anything, but I'm really easy-going so it may be more of an issue for others. There's not a ton of privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom area. Personally, I didn't mind this. But my boyfriend would have liked to keep a little more ”mystery.” LOVED the shower. Didn't use the tub, but it looked relaxing. The lotion they stock in the room is really nice. And double sinks!! A must, in my opinion. The room has a mini bar with some water, soft drinks, and a few beers and can be re-stocked each day if you'd like. Take advantage of it!! They include breakfast with your stay, which is a nice touch and yummy. The beach is small but again, super private which I loved. The sea**** during our stay was not bad at all. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the complimentary kayaks one day. THE BEST PART is that there is a cenote within walking distance of the hotel! Literally, a 3 minute walk down the road. It's $10 to access it, probably more if you want snorkel gear (we did not.) My advice to the hotel is strike a deal with the people who operate the cenote and offer complimentary access for your guests for the duration of their stay. We didn't bring any pesos with us (rookie mistake) but luckily the front desk will exchange up to $60/day during your stay. I think they had an exchange rate of $16. The only con (and it's likely not a con for everyone) is that the location of the hotel is about 30 minutes from the Hotel Zone where all of the beach clubs & trendy restaurants are. Luckily, we had a car and could avoid what I imagine are massively expensive taxi rides. We drove to the hotel zone twice and into city center multiple times (city center is only about 15 min away.) Driving to/around the hotel zone is insane and I can't imagine what it's like in high season. If the party vibe is your thing, stay in the hotel zone so that you don't have to really drive anywhere. If you want a calm and peaceful stay in Tulum, I can't imagine a better place to do it than Nerea. It was my hands-dow

|8.29km from city centerSelfishly, I would like to keep this magnificent place to our own as I want to keep it our secret hideaway in Tulum, but it will be a disservice to the owners and to the wonderful staff. So here I am writing a review. :-) This is my wife and I's first trip to Mexico and we stayed in Ether for 4 days to spend our anniversary. Everything is perfect to our liking. The privacy, the accommodating staff, the serene and relaxing atmosphere of the resort and the quaint room. It made our stay in Tulum memorable. Airam gave us a warm welcome and toured us in the resort while Giovanna is absolutely fantastic and made sure our stay will be comfortable as possible. You will have your own private beach with comfortable beach pillows and mattresses. They have a small pool too for you to chill. The resort is located very near and steps away to good restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back and are already actually planning our next stay here.

|5.31km from city centerThe hotel was beautiful, the rooms were stunning with amazing views. The staff were lovely, especially Frida who was incredibly helpful. I felt like I was in a movie with how stunning our room was - we had an ocean view with a balcony pool and access path to the beach / beach club. The bed was very comfortable and the double shower was really good. I loved that the hotel had a small gym, equiped with modern facilities. The hotel also has so many lovely small touches like welcome cocktails, good night desserts, “good morning” messages in the sand outside your room and fresh fruit ice blocks provided at the beach club. I feel there needs to be more transparency with the service charge on the bills - I didn’t realised until a few days into our stay that there was a further section to the bills we were signing that was covered by the booklet they present you with. The bill should be shown in full, or the total placed above where you sign. Whilst the staff were lovely, we often had items missing from our breakfast each morning. The breakfast is also quite small with 1 x serving of yogurt between two. It would be great if the pool could be cleaned during the stay, or some jets put into the pools to move the water around and into the filter. At current the water is stagnant and doesn’t get filtered and a lot of things fly into the pool from the garden. Whist this seems small, when you are paying the price you are for the hotel, these small things should be addressed.

|21.52km from city centerAs a family of 4, with two young children we had a great time. Food: Buffet food was great and a lot of diversity. The à la carte restaurants you should definitely try the Mediterranean, the Gourmet and Mikado. Room: Very clean and the room service was always done and never missed anything. Pool: pool is clean, with a lots of entertainment and activities. There are things to do all day, volleyball, games, aqua fit classes, cooking classes, bingo, ping pong, etc. The entertainment team is great and make sure you have fun. Kids club: Amazing! Thank you to the whole team for watching after my kids. They loved it so much that they were eager to go next day. They rehe****d during the day and participated in all kind of shows at night. The kids club team had all kinds of activities going all day and they use Whats Up to text you if your child need anything, including pictures of what they were doing. Great WIFI throughout the whole resort. Don’t miss the magic show at the Coba theatre if you have kids.

|21.68km from city centerI stayed at this hotel for 12 days at the beginning of September, on vacation with my family. The first sensation was the slow service and little assistance on arrival, we felt lost, which is not very normal in this type of hotel. The staff are friendly, but in general there is a lack of knowledge about the services and facilities of the hotel, they often did not know how to answer questions about the location of certain places or services provided by the hotel. Rooms are spacious but dated, all decor dated, furniture worn and scruffy. The assistance doesn't work any better, I asked 6 times to be repaired the light on the balcony and until I left it didn't work. Restoration gives a clear feeling of disorganization, the identification plates, most of the time do not correspond to the food, other times non-existent, endless queue for eggs to the point that I gave up, lack of vegetarian options and the existing ones of poor quality… in my opinion so mediocre that we almost always went to Tulum to eat (this one was much better in terms of organization). The best thing about this hotel is the beach, which is a calm bay, perfect for children and relaxing, despite the fact that this year there was a huge plague of sargassum. Very beautiful coral with some fish just after the signal buoys, but they don't let you go there…(once again they don't explain why but after I discovered that the main reason is due to the fact that it is a protected area) In short, I rested and had a good vacation but this hotel is not Luxury experience, need urgent room refurbishment and better organization of restoration. Too expensive for the quality offered. not Luxury experience, need urgent room refurbishment and better organization of restoration. Too expensive for the quality offered.

|11.15km from city centerFirst, some context. The author of this review had over 25 years of senior management experience in the resort industry, has stayed at hundreds of hotels in over 80 countries, and visited Mexico more than a dozen times. You drive around eight miles on a dirt road to get to O Tulum. This would not be a negative for us if the delightful description and pictures were real. They aren’t. The photos on the web site grossly misrepresent the units and pretty much everything else. The reserved unit (pool view) was so unacceptable we forfeited a nonrefundable night rather than stay in it. We did stay one night by paying extra for a honeymoon suite, which was pleasant but not a rave. The pool view unit on the second floor was a tiny, dark concrete box whose main view was a fence. The “honeymoon suite” was bright, overlooking the pool with ocean behind it. But it was run down in many areas and certainly not luxurious or worth the price. The beach in front of the property is rocky and not really swimmable or even very walkable. My only explanation for the many high reviews is that the staff, who were in fact quite nice, coached guests to rave. You can, I hope, do better.

|1.87km from city centerAs soon as I step foot into the lobby Jose, welcome me and my cousin with delicious mocktails. We ended up upgrading our room to two, which was such a reasonable price which I’m glad we did since rooms are on the smaller size. As soon as we settledwe ran upstairs to the rooftop and let me tell you…I was blown away! This is why you book is tor the pool. Staff was so attentive and consistently checking in ( which was amazing). The gym, who my cousin said was lite 🔥. The hotel is located in between central Tulum and the beach which made it a great location for us. Plenty of coffee and good options. Grocery store is near by making it very convenient. |25.25km from city centerThis was our fifth time to visit this beautiful resort within the past 8 years. It was the first time for my mom and sister Debbie. We all had a wonderful time as there is something for everyone. There is a wide variety of food options and activities. We had a very enjoyable and efficient meal in the Lima restaurant on Thursday. We especially enjoyed the clean and quiet beach with the shade screens on the top of each of the palapas. We enjoyed snorkeling, paddleboarding with Miguel Angel and Sina. Adiel, Katarina, & Jessica also made it a fun vacation between Aquastretch & Spanish lessons. Alejandro made us healthy and delicious smoothies each morning. Our beloved Adriana along with Hector, Yasmin the hostess, Alejandro and all the other waiters in the buffet area provided exceptional service and attention as did all the kind ladies who brought us refreshments on the beach and in the lobby area. Thank you all for taking such good care of us. We look forward to returning next year and staying in quiet buildings 3 or 4. USA Transfers provided safe and timely shuttle service for our last two trips which has worked out extremely well.

|29.89km from city centerSecond visit to this resort hotel. Loved it the first time so much we couldn’t wait to come back, but of course we had to wait until after the pandemic! Sadly, it didn’t quite live up to our memories. It certainly wasn’t as clean as the first time, lots of areas looked tired and grubby. Things like the showers and the balconies and also the pools and surrounding areas. It was sad really, because the staff were still as lovely and amazing as ever. It’s been four/ five years since last being here and I’m now vegetarian and was surprised at the lack of choice there is for those of us that don’t eat meat and fish. The beach bar literally only has chips and sometimes rice that’s a veggie option, so I wouldn’t say that was 5 * The saddest part was the sate of the beaches. There was rubbish and plastic everywhere, even on the turtle beach which they claim to pride themselves as eco friendly helping the turtles. This rubbish wasn’t cleared up the whole time we were here and just appeared to get worse and worse. I know that’s the environment we live in now, but when you’re claiming to be an ecological site this is poor, sadly poor. It was so sad to see turtle holes filled with rubbish and debris. The ATM didn’t work the whole time we were here (2 weeks) and they wouldn’t let us draw any money out on our cards, so we hadn’t got extra cash for tips or the twice weekly market. Sadly we won’t be returning or recommending it to our friends

|21.11km from city centerA+++ Family Vacation (2 Adults, 3 Kids – 4, 5 and 7). You should not hesitate to book this super lux spot for your next vacation. We chose Conrad Tulum because it was on the CN Traveler best places to go. It did not disappoint. No way for the resort to be any more lux/beautiful or service to be better. Pictures are real and in some cases don’t do the place enough justice. Place is brand new. Further, the “kids club” was critical to our vacation. Shamara, Sehem, Ivette and Ruth all jointly run the kids club. It is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities from 945am-5pm (lunch with parents at Noon). Making pinatas, painting, reading, traditional Mexican art/crafts alongside pool (there is a specific pool about 2.5 feet-3 feet deep which is great for young children), beach, watersport, treasure hunts around the resort, etc. This is a very curated program for kids, exceptional in every aspect and also customizable based on what the kids may want to do. My kids are begging to return. Thank you to the staff at the kids club! Some other outstanding parts of the resort include morning wellness activities on the beach (Rafael is wellness coach speak to him on arrival for schedule/info) and the breakfast restaurant which has countless stations servicing traditional Mexican food cooked to order in front of you by chefs as well as a plethora of recognizable American breakfast items. It is a showstopper. Rivals the best breakfasts at the worlds finest hotels. Other restaurants on site (pan Asian, Japanese, Mexican, etc) are all superb. Guacamole, coconuts, champagne, wines all delivered poolside, beachside, etc. All the fine service you would expect. Some suggestions for the future as the hotel is brand new. Fix (or get a new) ATM that dispenses Mexican Peso so Americans can tip your exceptional staff in pesos without paying a silly exchange rate at the front desk. For the watersports company on the beach they need high end equipment to match the character of the hotel. For example, snorkel equipment must be the “dry” snorkels and they should have goggle defogger on site and used prior to each swim – price should be raised to accommodate this. Oscar is the local snorkel guide and he is REALLY GOOD. There is a massive set of coral reefs with tons of fish (some as big as sharks) outside the hotel but accessible only with the best equipment. (bring your own better yet!). Childrens food at the hotel/poolside could improve so that the kids have healthy and LOCAL choices (fruit/veg as sides, fun kid local fruit drink, less of the burger/chicken stuff that is on every menu in the USA). Guacamole ice cream cones (made from tortilla chips, delivered as fun snacks for free every day which the kids loved) were amazing and that should be on the menu! Finally, there are some comments about sea****. They have huge crews that come clean it up every morning (done by about 9/10am). Its not a nuisance. Probably by the time you wake its all gone and you never know its there. It

|0.9km from city centerExcellent, safe, clean, beautiful place to stay. Front desk staff Juan Carlos and Emmanuel were incredibly helpful with general tips, transportation, tour, ideas, and recommendations, as well as restaurant ideas. It was a block and a half walk to the main road and there are several restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend the closest which is on the same road called Restaurante La Choca (do not miss it!) You can also easily walk for 15 minutes towards the more busy downtown area on the main highway for a variety of restaurant options. The pool and breakfast area were both beautifully maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Most days it included coffee and tea, of course, granola, yogurt, fruit, honey, breakfast, cereals, eggs, omelettes, toast, and one day there was pancakes. The staff working there were lovely and very helpful. It was a lovely, quiet place to stay, and we felt safe at all times. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and the people that we met who worked there.

|4.35km from city centerI stayed for 1 week here, with my two teenagers. We had room D, which has 2 super comfortable king-sized beds as well as another (queen? or full?) bed. The latter was described as a couch but we were pleasantly surprised it was more than that. The room is on the second floor, with a little outside area to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. We LOVED this place. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job with room service, and the breakfast staff is great (Gracias, Abraham!). We didn't eat any other meals there, although they're available. The small hotel has a chill vibe. It's right on the beach, and since the beach is only shared with one other hotel, it feels pretty tucked away. There is a small rocky cliff where I loved sitting to watch the sunrise and the pelicans feed. The evenings are pleasantly quiet. My kids enjoyed the small pool (very clean!) as well as the hammocks and beach chairs down on the beach. The whole area has tons of sea**** right now, which changes depending on the day to some extent, but during our time there was never absent. I still managed to swim in the ocean a few times, although my kids didn't. The main drag along the beach is pretty busy, but you don't sense that while at this hotel. There are plenty of places that you can walk from the hotel, although after we realized it was more expensive to eat along the ”*****” in Tulum than it is to eat in the US, we took the rest of our dinners in Tulum town (recommended!). The friendly folks at the desk are happy to offer suggestions for restaurants, or any other help that you might need. Having a fridge was great; we kept some beverages as well as stuff for lunches there. Do put food in the fridge - it's the tropics, so ants will arrive otherwise! My kids loved the AC, although honestly the week we were there, the ocean breeze was so steady, I felt it wasn't really necessary. There is no parking (we rented a car) but there are multiple places across the street where you can pay to park. Our place was 200 pesos/day (about 10 USD). The only thing that I'd say could use improvement is the coffee -it's incredibly bad. If you like coffee in the morning, come prepared, or go out! The breakfast is yummy (I mostly had the ”Mexican eggs” which are scrambled with tomatoes & onions, plus a small helping of rice, beans, and sometimes guac)....other options include eggs with ham and/or cheese, or else pancakes & fruit. They don't start serving anything until 8am, so on some of our ”early start” days we had to miss it. Overall, a great stay.

|0.1km from city centerAlways an incredible experience! Central location, accommodating staff, and often a great place to provide some respite from the ever-increasing party atmosphere that was formerly confined to the beach resorts of Tulum. I've found the rooftop an especially beautiful place to commune with the birds - as it is among the highest points in downtown Tulum.
Food is incredible, affordable, and service is outstanding. As I've been a visitor of this place for years, I've seen the ups and downs of the facilities - but it's obvious that management has made some wise hiring decisions and the improvement is obvious.
Centrally located - close to bus station and 'hotspots' but provides bicycles for the short ride to the beach - which is a little long, in terms of walking distance.

The most wonderful place to stay. Everything was super amazing. Location is great, inbetween the beach and Main Street, hire a bike, makes it easier. Built around trees and an open central space, oozes peacefulness. The Kasa & bedrooms are beautifully designed, huge bed, lovely shower, coffee machine & super comfy. Pool/rooftop bar & food with loungers. A great breakfast too. Last but not least, the staff were wonderful, especially Omar. Could not recommend enough. 😁

|8.24km from city centerThis was the BEST spot for our group of 15. I was unsure what to expect but leading up to our reservation, JuanCarlos, reached out to me directly to conform our reservation, provide me with the contact information for Dante (who is the onsite property manager) and even helped me organize and book a shuttle for our reservations all trip! The place is really cool and each building as their own name. We stayed in Casa Coyote, so we had the whole building and 8 rooms. The hallways, rooftop, and business center are common areas, but we rarely saw guests from other buildings passing through. The beds were made each day, we had fresh towels and the location is amazing. It was a little confusing at first for our drivers, but it is located to the right of Loco Tulum restaurant. I would recommend this as a place to stay for any group, large or small!

|1.25km from city centerThe staff at Azul Tulum was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Their response time is also very quick and efficient. I definitely recommend staying here. They arranged for all of our taxi and airport transfers with no problems and handled the checking-in and out process very well. I would definitely stay here again.

|7.68km from city centerI’ve been coming to Tulum for many years now so very few things surprise me about the restaurants and experiences here. But sometimes I’m pleasantly surprised to find a gem in the midst of all the chaos - the people at Hip Hotel breakfast cafe and especially Isai (thank you!) were fantastic and so welcoming and combined with the food and view I was so happy to enjoy my morning here. Definitely recommend!

|1.42km from city centerI stayed in Hotel Blanco Tulum for my bithday and I had an amazing time!! Hotel was clean, the room had AC and was right the way I wanted it. The staff was really nice and accomodating. They made a very nice surprise for me on my day and they added a very personal touch. The bartender, Lucas, made very good drinks ant the pool was very relaxing. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and it's a very important aspect of my trip. I struggled a little with communicating with the staff since I am not fluent in spanish.

|1km from city centerThe room is large and can be used for cooking. There is a private open-air bath on the balcony of the room and an open-air public swimming pool. The road in front of the door is not repaired and it is far from the bus station. Meal prices are too high.

|4.21km from city centerTo experience life in the primitive era, the only electricity used in the room is a fan, and lighting candles at night. Although there is a little inconvenience, it is quite fun to experience it, but it should be uncomfortable to stay a few more nights. To bring children, it is suitable to bring older children, too young children are not safe enough in the environment. One and a half to two hours from Cancun Airport, there is valet parking at the door.

|19.01km from city centerOmg, when we walked into property we already knew we were in for a treat. The lobby it self is gorgeous, elegant, beautiful and tasteful. We were immediately greeted by fresh complementary drinks as we sat down to check in, the whole process could have not been more perfect. We even received a personalized letter printed on nice stock paper. David the general manger is a kind, hardworking, capable, wonderful, attentive and gracious host. He even drove up to get us when we saw us getting confused by google maps on the drive there. He is always in communication with you on whatsapp from before you arrive to after you leave, anything out need he is moments away, he made us felt very very cared for. The property is on the next level. The owners possess elevated taste, they are Italians I hear, the wife is a fashion designers, a small boutique is featured in the lobby and all the clothing is just so nice, fabrics are sourced around the world but hand sewn in the community, providing jobs for the women. Each guest gets a villa!!! and it is even more impressive than the photos, High high ceilings with windows, also large glass sliding doors, extremely thought out layout, perfect concept for the rooms. Main terrace walks out to a dipping pool, and the bedroom terrance features a hammock. Wall art, furniture are so beyond gorgeous. The bathroom is divine as it is indoor outdoor concept, there are beautiful palms besides you as you do your business. The towels were so plush and soft like clouds, I just wanted to put my face in it and fall sleep. In the evening we sat on the deck and just watched birds flying around, you really feel like you are in the jungle, except in a luxe villa, it also feels like you are up in a tree house except its ground floor. I must rave about the food, and chef Andre, he is authentic Italian chef and so so so nice humble and sweet, his pasta is literally the best I've ever had (and my bf) and we've been to Italy. He came out to check on us and the food, we just love him so much. I can see every villa is amazing and every corner of the property is a feast for the eyes. The main pool is again perfection, the way the it's designed is seamless. Every detail is immaculate. Our biggest mistake was we only booked one day because we had to catch a flight the next day out of Cancun airport. I know for next time I can stay for way longer because location is great for the whole area. If your visiting Tulum, you can stay here for the total of your trip no problem, Tulum is only 15mins away. Thank you so much David for taking care of us.

|3.39km from city centerThe most cost-effective hotel in the Tulum Beach area, with a beautiful cliff sea view, welcome drink, and you can book a sea view for dinner, the view is beautiful…
The hotel can't go directly to the sea, so the price is relatively beautiful, and it's not far away if you want to go to the sea. There is a white sand beach next door after a five-minute walk.
The room is big, and hot tea is delivered every day. The service is very good, especially the price is half of that of many hotels in the beach area next door. It's perfect!

Tulum
|1.35km from city centerA very functiona, pleasant hotel considering the design of the commom areas. The rooms are large, with a clean setting that still lacks some amenities (just an open rack for clothes, no towel hangers). Our room (# 110), shared an opaque glass window with the internal hall that let through the light: a nuisance for a good night's sleep; the room's design does not include a well iluminated mirror necessary for makeups, put on contact lenses or shavings. Their employees ate very attentive and take a good care of the maintenance. Beyond the swimming pool area (surrounded by a nice garden),, the building's terrace offer a nice 360⁰ view of the region besides 4 very confortable cubic pools. The restaurant where breakfast is served also offers lunch service: even though it doesn't have a wine list, they will charge you a 500 pesos (around US$ 30,00) as a corkage fee.
