Had one of the best experience staying here. We booked the Urban Suite room to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday with our family members. Upon checking in, they gave my daughter a little box of chocolate which is so thoughtful. I went to ask for another one cause my daughter finished them up so quickly lol. And the receptionist took a bigger box this time and said to share with the whole family. How sweet. We had to wait a little longer for the room to be ready but it wasn’t really a big deal cause we could still wait in the room while they clean up the living room. The room we booked comes with breakfast but initially it’s at a restaurant which is not halal certified. Luckily there’s another restaurant that’s available for breakfast and it’s halal certified. So we were told to go there instead. There’s a playroom available near the lobby which is great to get the kids to play together. And we got a late check out at 3pm.

Was assigned a room in the new wing and had to take an elevator to another bridge to reach the correct elevator. Bedroom was rather small, but bathroom area was big with separated toilet and bathroom which was a nice touch. Room was also clean when checked in. Hotel location is also one of the best with direct bridge to suntec and within walking distance to raffles city. Only downside was the corridor towards hotel room was very cold

Stay cation for my 5yo daughter's birthday, we looked forward to it as we also have to care for 7 months old baby besides my hyperactive girl. The check in was fast as thanks to Michelle, we didn't get any upgrades or room isn't ready yet but a deco was quickly set up in the room after we returned back after lunch at 4 pm. The housekeeping is quick to manage our cot and bathtub with kids toiletries for my infant after I rang them up, thank you. We decided to utilise the facilities as much such as the urban jungle village for our kiddos. It was a disappointing as one of the digital ones isn't responsive and the other was too boring where only older kids will have to use brain to do 'science' work. Ball pit was too small and the dome and tents lack of more interactive toys. Surprised that the collaboration with kidztopia wasn't up to par from MS one as we were their annual unlimited access customer. The flooring isn't well padded. So I am glad that I did not chose the urban jungle stay. There is a small collection of books but my kiddos aren't interested at discovery stuff yet. So my girl headed the pool for 3 days in a row and lucky we brought our floats so she can play safely with new kids that she met at the poolside which is not that crowded ideally. Moreover, the bar staff ensure the pax are well by checking on us. But the front staff are careless as first day encountered 2 young Chinese children playing rough with my girl's float and calling her names and next they are washing their slippers at the children's pool. Next, we were exhausted hence we tried the emporium and despite being locals and paying more expensive Asian local food. The chicken rice was hard but hainese taste was intact, chicken satay was lacking tender but was flavourful, so pho can add tendons... etc, laska and mushroom soup was good, my girl likes their spaghetti and we love the freshly squeezed juices. Macaroons and cakes were decent. Hence, we decided to go for edge buffet on the second night. Both breakfast and dinner buffet was well spread of sumptuous food stations. The staff assisted to clean tables efficiently, Janice managed to get our table fast as we are with 2 young children. I love their staff being friendly, food and services as there are more fresher, various food compared to RISE at MBS recalling the houseflies kept attacking the seafood at our table. The newly decorated room is much pleasant to see but the bed was too firm and pillows are too soft, we had difficulties to catch good night rest. Even we tried their mother's day special cake as my hubby see the supposedly full of berries but was full of magerine flavour and can't find any puree as stated. Bought a few muffins, velvet and choco hazelnut cake on the go to end this staycation. We like to compliment Vijay and Michelle at the reception and Vijay at entrance for their swift attending to us and being understanding making an icing on the cake, since I had bad experience with one of the sales team from SG Pan PACIFIC thus I decided to use trip.com instead. We will recommend others to stay regardless for pleasure or business.

Location is good, very close to mrt and also the mall, with lots of food to choose, and convenience store and mcdonalds. The view is good too, overlooking the whole of marina bay in the bay view rooms. But the room is quite old style although it is refurbished a few years ago. The crucial problem is the drainage system of the bath tub and sink is quite bad, causing the water to flow away very slowly. I guess it is because the hotel is built in the 80s. Another thing is the shower and the bath tub is built in together, which is quite rare to see in hotels, esp. 5 stars ones. And there is no door in the shower/bath tub, when you showered, the water will inevitably spilt onto the floor causing it to be very slippery and dangerous. And it took many hours for the floor to dry up. Service is so so. You have to do your own check-in using the computer counter, which is ok and common due to cut down of staff. But usually guests could not finish the check in themselves and have queries, but there is only 1 to 2 staff during peak hours, causing a long queue and it took even longer than normal check in with staff. On top of that, I randomly found out that there was a ”Clean for green” promotion, you got a $20 credit for dining/spa etc if you do not need your room to be cleaned. This is a good promotion but there is no staff to inform the guest or no notice in the room. If I were not waiting for my friend in the lobby and randomly looking at the screen, I would have missed it. In fact I would normally not require cleaning of the room during stay of consecutive nights, but due to lack of staff informing me, I ended up missing the 1st night.

Second stay at MO. Service was fantastic and staff were helpful as usual, and the front office manager, Mike was constantly checking with me to see that everything was going well.  The premier suite was large and spacious, with a good view of the city, on a high floor I enjoyed the bikecation very much, it was nice and convenient, and I managed to do quite a lot of cycling throughout my 2 days at the hotel without having to rent a bike from elsewhere. One suggestion that I thought could be better was perhaps to rent the bikes out later than 7pm? Understand the hotel stops at 7pm for various reasons, but the night view at Marina Bay is amazing and it would be nice to be able to cycle around the area at night Breakfast at Melt cafe was very good in terms of spread and quality , and the service staff, especially Nancy, was just as friendly, although they were all very professional. Mary-Ann from room service was also very helpful when we were a bit unsure with usage of the switches in the suite Their christmas dinner was also fantastic, the food was fresh and tasted good, and plates were cleared timely. I also enjoyed the food at the hotel lounge, especially during evening canapés. Just take note, if you are booking a club room, that the hotel adheres to the dress code very strictly and shorts are not allowed in the lounge, which is very cosy.  I say this because some hotels do not enforce the dress code. I was caught completely off-guard and did not bring any pants. The hotel, however, was kind enough to lend me one so that I could use the lounge. Would definitely return when the price is right. Moreso if they include the bicycles in a future package. It would also be nice if they could allow us to use the bikes later than 7pm to better appreciate the city's night view (and also as a sort of 'after dinner' cycle)

Ease of check in, just show up at lobby, present my check in voucher and I was able to get the room keys in less than 5minutes. The room was very spacious and the amenities is in clean condition. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep almost immediately. With the hotel, just above the mall, getting last minute NYE shopping was also a breeze. We will definitely return to stay again.

The Raffles Singapore is a one of a kind experience with no comparison. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights, it felt very much like a home. The buildings are beautifully and tastfully decorated. The rooms are beautiful with a mix of modern and colonial style. Even the standard room is a suite with a separated parlour which has its own controls for lights and ac. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We had issues arise and talked to management and they listened and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We had a tasting experience meal at the grand lobby on the first night, dinner and at Le Dame Du Pic and drinks at the Writers Bar. The selection of bars and eateries have you covered for any taste you want, we didn't manage to try all the hotel has to offer as Singapore has such a great food scene in the hawker centres. It's location is excellent nestled between key tourist areas in Singapore and easy access to the metro at the City Hall station

Very pleasant stay with conrad, I think their service is way better than MBS TIP TOP.. surrounding has so much food to choose from and you won't even get bored. Checking in was really pleasant and fast and even equip and prepared us for all our requirement. One more thing to compliment is that they have channels to watch live premier league matches.!!! disappointing things is that they don't have a baby pool or even a float for babies/toddlers. I will definitely come back again to CONRAD as really no comments and regrets on it.

Although the room is small and well-equipped, although it is in the bar street, it is very quiet. The price-performance ratio of SGD 200 per day is not bad! I read some reviews earlier that there is no wifi. I guess the tenants don't know that the wifi password is written on the key card, and the first letter must be capitalized to enter accurately. The Internet speed is very fast. In addition, the bedding is very clean. Of course, it is understandable that a large suitcase cannot be placed on the small floor of a capsule hotel room. Since we don’t have big boxes, we thought it was okay. It is very close to the Bugis MRT interchange station, five or six minutes away, and you can walk a long way to the underground shopping mall to avoid being exposed to the scorching sun. From Bugis Interchange to Changi Airport, you need to take the Green Line and then change to the Airport Express, which is very convenient and takes about 50 minutes. This hotel is located in an area that should be historical. It is very close to the historic Ruffle Hotel. In the past three minutes, you can go to the long bar there to drink a Singapore Sling. If the weather is not hot, or at night, you can walk from the hotel towards St. Andrew's Church and walk to Marina Bay to see the Merlion and the Sands Hotel. Worth a try. Attached is a photo of the long bar at the nearby Raffles Hotel

The decoration is very old and has some smell. You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. In general, the traffic is convenient; there are shopping places such as bugis around; the service is good; breakfast is relatively simple, and there is a Yabo Center nearby that is good for eating; Sim Lim Square nearby It is said that the water is deep, so please be cautious when shopping; there are no dental appliances, there are fewer charging ports, and no water is provided.

*Good* Location: very convenient with MRT 1 minute away and City Square Mall just across the street Design: very nice contemporary design with character, particularly the common areas on L1 & L4 and the room itself Room: pretty big by Singapore standards and for the price Staff: There were some staff who were friendly and helpful *Not so good* Staff: there were a few staff who were friendly but not helpful, or not friendly and not helpful Service attitude & response time: no shampoo was provided in the room, had to ask for 3x (each time saying will deal with it asap) and waited for 3 days before it was provided Room hygiene: below standard, e.g. cleaning was not done properly, dust bin not cleared (there were rotten black banana leaves in it) Disorganisation: confusion among staff of whether I booked 6 or 7 nights, with implication being whether room cleaning would be arranged. Had to clear this up twice and chase for cleaning

This capsule hotel budget-wise is recommendable. The location is great and 5 minutes away from the metro station. I have taken the mixed capsule. I did not expect much because of the price but I stuttered with disappointment when I was there. I availed myself of a stay with free breakfast for 5 days and in these 5 days, never I had tried and seen any food. What I saw are leftovers kept uncleaned. I usually wake up at 5-6 am because I have a conference by 7 am. By that time, no food on the counter. The toilets were furthermore small and crowded. No social distancing or infection control practices. The spaces are cluttered, unkempt, and unmaintained. I have raised the issue to an Agoda representative who told me that I should have the breakfast inclusion. Still, the next day, no breakfast was there. I planned to talk to the reception but most of the time, staff are not present there.

Please read - IMPORTANT about Campbell Inn: My 3 tourist friends from overseas have encountered potential scamming of tourists at this Campbell Inn. They have lodged a police report and contact Singapore Tourism Board and CASE in regards to this case. Hope by doing so, it will prevent the owner of Campbell Inn from cheating other tourists and disgracing Singapore as a safe country again. My 3 friends were ignorant of the various Google negative reviews of Campbell Inn and booked two nights with the Inn. However it seems that they have been scammed. It was their first visit to Singapore and she emailed and they tried to call the Inn several times without getting a proper response from the Inn. They wanted to inform the Inn about the late timing that they would be reaching the Inn. However as the Inn was uncontactable for a proper response, the 3 tourists decided to check-in physically at the premises. The Inn was obviously unsafe as it was occupied by alot of migrant workers in the premises and look more like a illegal foreign worker dormitory. The 3 tourists were initially informed by the receptionist that their room were given to other workers and were even asked to stay together with the male workers in the same room. They realized that these workers were wearing scantily (only sarongs) in the room and some of them appears to be drunk. The 3 tourists refused and left the Inn immediately feeling the whole situation was not right and unsafe. However they were left stranded on the streets in the middle of the night. My friends credit card was deducted for the nights which they did not stay in the Inn. They believed that the Inn management have planned this scam in such a manner that they can easily cheat the tourists who did not know the actual ground situation of the Inn. Also suspect several of these workers may be overstayers without legal work permits as they seems to be staying there for a long time. The Inn is definitely not a safe place for tourists to stay in. The practice of this Inn not only causes distress to the overseas visitors but also shame us Singaporeans which our country projected a very safe reputation to visitors from all over the world. The matter has been reported to relevant Singapore authorities.

I stayed here in early December 2022 for a few nights. In general, this hostel is very conveniently located. It is only 4-minute walk from the Downtown Line MRT station. It is the same station that has the closest ATMs. The hostel requires you to pay your balance using cash. If you want to pay by card, there is an additional 3% charge and you'd have to walk to their sister hostel to use their card machine. The sister site is on another street but they claim it's just a 5-minute walk. Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

In curtin Singapore Reading, very close to the new site of the school, 15 minutes by bus, and close to Jin Wentai, the hotel provides continental breakfast from Monday to Friday, although the variety is very limited, but the breakfast is enough for nutrition, especially the ham is delicious, the hotel apartment room is what I see Singapore Hotel is comparison Big, there is a kitchen where you can cook kitchen utensils and tableware. The washing machine with dryer is very convenient. There are also food courts nearby, but there is a pasta restaurant downstairs in the hotel that tastes very good, and it is also very close to west coast park It is very suitable for running. house keeping is done on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It won’t be too disturbing to rest. Overall, this apartment is very good, very quiet and suitable for living. If you don’t like noisy, it’s also very difficult to book.

I don't recommend this hotel or value holidays to Singapore anymore as it is too expensive and not value for money. this hotel charged me SGD45 for 2 hours of early check-in ( 1 pm) and was too strict for me to check out by 12 noon. They only give one room key and it's hard to go out keeping my family members inside. In my experience, Singapore is no longer a good tourist attraction and the shops/hotels charge you a lot of each extra service as the cost of living is too high for them.

Arrive in Singapore late at night. I was at an age when it was difficult to stay at the airport, so I chose to lie down, but this was quite comfortable. A taxi from the airport costs $33 (including late night charges). The late-night reception was unmanned, but the self-check-in system worked well, and although it was a small space that looked like a closet, the women's 6-person room was so quiet that I thought no one was there, and the mattress and sheets were surprisingly good. It's high and I had a good night's sleep (although in the morning some people started unpacking their suitcases and there was nowhere to step) Showers and toilets are clean, but be aware that the floors can get wet. Also, perhaps because of the corona crisis, there is no breakfast service as mentioned in previous reviews.

Note: The bigger swimming pool you see online is only for CLUB members only. I wish the trip could have stated that before we booked. You will be unable to access the level for club members via the lift. Cleaniless is great. Housekeeping Jennifer is great. She replenished bathrobes and slippers once she has seen that they are used. Location: convenient to get to most places. There is a mall called 100am just diagonal to the hotel, you can get everything you need there. NTUC can also be found within walking distance. Reception is on the 12th floor. If you're non-club member, you have to take separate lifts from your hotel floor to 12th, then change lift to get to 1st level. Communication in Oasia is quite disastrous. Upon check-in, we were told that our stay came with breakfast. However on the morning of the day after, the breakfast area at 1st level told us that we did not have breakfast inclusive in our booking. Secondly, we also requested late checkout which they gave to us complimentary (1.5h after the default 12pm checkout) About 1215pm, they called us in the hotel room, asking if we would like to extend our stay as we have not checked out. After telling them that we requested a late check out, the person asked if we have already told the front desk about it. Why is there a mismatch of information between staff? This should be improved. Overall I still enjoyed my stay. Hotel is spacious and the gym is also kept clean. The swimming pool is closed up (there is no view at all) -located on the 27th floor. I think the pictures sprawled around in google especially once you search up Oasia Swimming Pool, should be emphasized that THAT one is only for club members. I would have paid the extra if I knew that beforehand.

Cube Boutique Capsule Hotel at Chinatown

The cube capsule was very good value for money, considering how expensive Singapore is. We had a double capsule in a large mixed dorm, however the capsules create fantastic privacy and it didn't feel like a shared space at all. The capsules were well maintained and neat and had everything we needed. Mirror, plug etc. Shared bathrooms were cleaned regularly and were great. Location is brilliant, right in Chinatown and very close to the MRT. I would definitely stay here again. Only criticism is that the capsules and bathrooms can get verrrrrrry hot. One night, my partner couldn't sleep all night as the AC just didn't seem to be effecting our capsule. We notified the staff about this the next day and they gave us a fan for our capsule. Which was fantastic. Not great if you need silence for sleeping. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The location is good. Clarke Quay Metro Station and Clarke Quay Shopping Center are just a few minutes walk away. There are two 7-11 convenience stores next to the hotel. The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.

Oakwood Studios Singapore

This review is long over due. My extended family and I stayed at Oakwood Studios Singapore through most of December 2022 and onto the first week of January 2023. The circumstances around our stay was very difficult but the management and staff at the Oakwood Studios made our stay most comfortable and we can’t thank them enough. This is not your typical service apartment but one with a special touch. And it seems to be popular with expats on short assignments to Singapore and families who have patients being treated at MT E Orchard or many of the other medical facilities across Singapore. Nestled across from York hotel and one building next to Quincy this is a most unique property. I have stayed at both the others in the past but I prefer Oakwood by far with its balcony in every room and clean and modern style with kitchenette. But it’s the people that made all the difference. I would like to specially thank Hitesh for going out of his way and even while on holiday to accommodate our ever changing dates and need for rooms. A big thanks to Nass as well for always stepping up and being most accommodating. Thank you Dan, Denise, Kym, Jet and Shobina for all the help at reception, with the brilliant breakfast boxes and recommendations. The residents loved the Thursday night cocktail and snacks which were complimentary and the many hidden outdoor places in the building (including the roof top pool). A must stay in Singapore for those planning to stay for a week or longer. At the time we were there, we heard that the Ascott group had bought Oakwood Studios. As good as the Ascott brand are themselves, I do hope they allow Oakwood Studios to retain its unique style and personality.

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay! Ms Rani, the sales coordinator, was very helpful and friendly and made sure that the entire experience was enjoyable for me. Location is easily accessible , about 10 mins from the closest MRT station. The rooms were clean and cosy. It was perfect for a solo female traveller like me! (:

I stayed here for 7 days because I saw on Google Maps that it is close to everything. The price is affordable, and the room is clean, including the bathroom and beddings. However, one thing that turned me off about this place is that after 9 PM, there is no staff available to assist with any problems. I accidentally left my keycard inside the room and couldn't get back in because they don't provide an extra keycard. I called their hotline number repeatedly, but no one answered. This was a devastating experience, and I told myself I would never return to this place.

The facilities are very good, it is a local villa area, very beautiful, the landlord is also very good, and provide a lot of help. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.

We recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment (2A &2C) and my mother stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Highly recommend this location to stay. Apartments were well maintained, guest services helped organising taxis if needed. Complimentary breakfast had variety. My children loved the pool and swam every day. The garden surroundings were lush and green. I would definitely stay here again
